I've been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. You do need to make an appointment, but I've never had an issue with availability. They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. You can basically request just about any lab test here without needing a doctor's order. Very handy if you know what you need. Wow. I am impressed. I like things as automated and efficient as possible and Any Lab Test Now was great. I booked an appointment online, and finished my intake form online right after. Showed up to my appointment, Bri at the front had my intake form ready, got my blood drawn, and was out the door within 10min. Additionally, the blood draw was great by Leslie. I typically have to be stuck multiple times, and I've even had to have a butterfly draw done from my hand. But Leslie found a vein on my left arm quickly, and poked me once. The four vials drawn were done quick, and I was out the door. I received my female health panel results the next day, sooner than the 3 business days I was told to expect! Came here for a Varicella Titer test for nursing school, the clinic is very clean and I was out of there within 30 minutes. I'm a hard stick and usually have a horrible time with labs, Leslie was so patient and gentle and was able to draw my blood without any issues. So impressed!! I brought my eight year old son in to have a blood draw. It was his first blood draw and he was very nervous. Best parts: 1. When I called, they got us scheduled right away for a next day appointment. 2. Office was nice, clean and comfortable. 3. The technician did such a great job, my son said it barely hurt. 4. When I was sent away from the 1st lab I made an appointment at for a thyroid panel, they recommended Any Lab Test Now. Its located in the Northwestern most corner of the Southwest corner of Dobson and Warner (does that make sense?). There was no one waiting when I arrived, so I was helped immediately. I filled out my paperwork and paid, they DO NOT take any kind of insurance. They are, however, pretty affordable. The lab tech took my blood sample, he was very efficient and gentle. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I opted fto be notified b y email so I should have my results by Monday. Went in and they do not accept insurance, cost was triple my normal cost. They said they would have the results tomorrow and for the convenience I decided to give them a try. They called me back and they had a student. She first stated my vein was next to a tendon and went to the other arm. Didn't like that and came back to the original arm. Sticks me and misses the vein, instead of pulling needle out, keeps trying to manipulate the needle in my arm. Finally somebody came out and found the vein. I called a day later after not getting my results, and they said it takes 7 days. I only did it because they said I'd have the results tomorrow! read more

I agree with the previous statement, if i could give zero stars I would. They are very disorganized. Each location, so I was told by the Mesa office, is individually owned and operated. They all use the same appt line though. The appt line didn't ask all the necessary questions and of course the office blames the appt group. When I was asked to speak with a manager I replied yes and was promptly handed a business card. I would not recommend this lab to anyone! read more

This is pretty cool. You can get any lab test you want. Hemoglobin A1C, H&H, STD testing, drug test, thyroid panel to name a few. You can also get B12 injections. The prices were a little high but I guess you pay for convenience and it's nice you don't have to go to the doctor. It's clean. I was a little worried about privacy but you could speak quietly or just write things down if you didn't want people to hear. I didn't have a lab draw but the lady in front of me did and the tech got it on the first try. I can imagine if it gets crowded the wait could be long and she told me when I called to be prepared to wait and hour but I didn't wait really at all. read more

Used this lab a number of times for a metabolic panel while I needed to watch my kidney function. I hate blood draws, I've had so many so I always ask for a small butterfly needle and specify where I want it taken. The young lady that did my draws, I always make sure she is on duty, does a great job and I have used the email method mostly. The price was reasonable for the panel and the results are in 2 days. Would seriously give this place zero stars if I could. My family and I had out blood drawn at this place on the 23rd of December. There was only one employee present. I don't know her first name but she has short blonde hair and her last name is Becker. Over the top rude and just unprofessional. I called the center today because my doctor had contacted me saying that they had not sent the results over yet. I called the main line and sure enough it was "Nurse" Becker that answered. She said that the results had been sent "electronically" via the information that I had provided on the form. All I wrote down was the phone number to my doctors office. How do you send result electronically through just a phone number? Makes absolute zero sense. Becker had the audacity to tell me I should just come and pick up the lab results if it was such a problem. This place is such a joke, and I can guarantee that the state run clinics are probably more cleaner and systematic. Save yourself the frustration and just go to Sonoran Quest an actual LEGIT place. read more
