Updated After checkout I was waiting for my ride in the upstairs waiting area by the elevator and an elderly gentleman went to a window clearly upset and appeared confused. It was not hard to hear him he projected loudly. The young woman working that window spent time with him using outstanding interpersonal skills to calm him down. He needed extra attention to help address his questions. I witnessed her locating facilities located loser to our location and providing him All the information necessary to address his concerns. This was over the span of 15 minutes. When he left I approached her window to offer a fist bump a tell her she was awesome! That was an amazing display of kindness, empathy I rarely see. I've had different surgeons due to different problems. My latest surgeon is Dr. Mark Allen. He does hips and knees. He has a very good "bedside" manner and listens and explains everything. My surgery isn't for another week . I was in to for my pre op evaluation. Dr Allen's MA is a breath of fresh air. Her name is Ashland. She was very though and also made me laugh the whole time. A Very pleasant girl. Then I met Charlotte Petin, Dr Allen's PA-C, She was also great! Answered all my questions, spent time talking with me and gave me info and what to expect on the day of surgery . They have a great team. I feel confident going into my procedure next week. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or/and family. Keep it up!!!!

There is a ton of parking and finding your way around is very easy and straightforward. I came here a few days a week for about 6 weeks and have had a really great experience. The people working here are very friendly and do a good job of finding exercises to target problem areas. They also have an app that can be used to do your exercises at home. The waiting area is small, but there usually isn't much of a wait. Mollie and Zack are awesome! I can't recommend this place enough.

However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

Casey C. and Renee C. were great nurses, working as a team to get their job done for all the patients there that morning. Dr. Wilson was kind and attentive, making sure the medication was enough to numb the area. He placed internal sutures first, then dermabond on top to help prevent worse scarring compared to external sutures alone. 10/10 would recommend this fine establishment for anyone's emergency care (not urgent care so be aware this is gonna cost more!). The nurse practitioner "Dr. Jay Ford" is possibly the worst doctor I've ever been seen or evaluated…read moreby. He misdiagnosed me with acid reflux as a main source of pain and ultimately caused my condition to worsen when he didn't give me proper medication. He even had called another urgent care employee "special" (the other, offensive r word) for not being able to find a vein to start an IV line. He's extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly lackluster at his job. He also had restricted my water usage for no apparent reason when my throat felt extremely dehydrated and parched, since he claimed that I had to wait for my CAT scan results to process first and I was already "hydrated" based on my blood test results (this guy literally refused water for over 2 HOURS, and I eventually had to end up "sneaking" water from the sink; and he was EXTREMELY rude when asked about it). No patient should ever be treated in such a disgusting way and I truly believe that anyone unfortunate enough to see this "doctor" at this emergency department could see their condition get drastically worse (especially if restricting water usage is a common theme amongst this "doctor," which wouldn't surprise me at all), as this guy is clearly incompetent at his job and has no idea what he's doing. TL;DR: To anyone unfortunate enough to get assigned NP "Dr. Jay Ford" at this ER; I truly pray for your safety and wellbeing, because this doctor is truly awful/dangerous, and he never should've landed a job in something of such high importance (like emergency medical care). Terrible business, terrible doctor; 1 star. Never coming back.
