Ah it's good if you don't need handicap parking, you have such a huge parking lot with. I can't tell you how many doctors and specialist you have and your handicap parking is limited to one and a half rows that's it. My wife just was there and had to park out in the middle of the back 40 just to get in with knees that can't walk and no space whatsoever if she was to park, she would have to drive around until she finally got lucky or miss her appointment. Something really needs to be done.. great care great services but the services that really needs to be provided because this is visited by elderly people who are handicap they need more handicap parking. read more

The worst experience I have ever encountered. First the MRI was not done because the info they had was not what I expected. Second it was impossible to contact anyone at Banner. Third I was put thru all sorts of inconvience and without food because of fasting. Nobody cared. Now I left to fend for myself. Fourth I paid $125.00 for nothing. Thanks for nothing. BEWARE! Billing is a nightmare! Medically I guess they're OK. But they have submitted my claim incorrectly several times now over the course of a year. I've called, my insurance company provided medical policy guidance, I'm now sitting on a 3-way call with both their Billing Department and my Insurance company to resolve. No Respect for Patient's Time On Friday, May 9, 2025, at 8:43am received a voicemail from Vincent - Banner Imaging - MRI Department asking me to call him back at 520-381-6709. On Friday, May 9, 2025, I called Banner Imaging a total of eight times to answer any question they may have for my scheduled appointment on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9:20am. At 10:57am personnel put me on hold for 54 minutes and 36 seconds prior to them disconnecting the call. I called an additional five times after they disconnected my call in an attempt to reach Vincent. At 6:20pm I received a text message telling me to arrive at 8:50am to safely prepare for my 9:20am exam on May 10, 2025. On Saturday, May 10, 2025, I arrived for my appointment at 8:40am, was checked in, paid co-payment then was asked to hold on a minute. I was then informed the system said "Do Not Scan" per Vincent. I played Vincent's voicemail message for office personnel, showed her my eight telephone calls to 520-381-6709, the call that showed me placed on hold for 54 minutes and 36 seconds and the text message I received stating I have an appointment for today. Banner Imaging refused to complete my scan per Vincent's note. Banner Imaging NEVER called me, left a voicemail, or sent a text message that my appointment was canceled. read more

My appointment was at 10:35. I arrived at 10:35. There was a line back all of the way to the door. In the 15 minutes that I was waiting in line three to four others joined the line, that had not moved. They finally called my name to check-in at EXACTLY 10:53. The young man (with the computer hiding his face) was friendly enough and advised me that I'd been labeled a "no-show". I stated that I'd been in line for 15 minutes. Then I looked down at my phone and saw a text at 10:52 stating that I was a no-show. Then he said he was checking to see if there were other available appointments and "MIRACULOUSLY" there was a 10:55 appointment that I could have. What!?!? First of all, why would you label someone as "no-show" when you're looking at the line of people waiting for OVER 15 minutes (because remember there were people in line ahead of me) to be checked it? Any one of those people could have been the client. It's because these medical providers overbook, hope for no-shows to bill the client a fee and still get paid by the insurance company for the people who do show up. The woman who completed my exam (Jeri) was very nice, professional, thorough, gentle and kind. It's too bad that I can't give a higher review but that check in process had already ruined my attitude and opinion of the establishment. read more

Fast and friendly with no lines when I came in. Valley Radiologist in Goodyear is my kind of imaging facility. I decided to get it done in Goodyear in hopes to avoid the crowds that I experienced in Phoenix and Glendale. I have no regrets. I was in and out within half an hour. The nurses were friendly. The radiologist was hospitable and even showed me my x-rays even though I wasn't sure what to look for. He identified where L5 was on my x-ray. It was super informative. I will definitely come here for my radiology needs. read more

I show up here AFTER getting a confirmation yesterday that my appointment was here at 6:30am that I confirmed and said yes to. When I get there they said my insurance wasn't confirmed-- that I called and confirmed yesterday morning. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to come out of her office. It was too early for them to call billing or me to call billing and they said "I don't know why appointment confirmation texts still go out even if your appointment is cancelled." I drove over 40 mins to get here at 6:30 am and now driving 40 mins back home and now have to wait to get an MRI that I need today. Don't recommend. And I definitely recommend the Manager learn how to be a manager. read more

Kiara is RUDE! This business is now called Banner Imaging (Though the door says Valley Radiologists) and they will act like your stupid if you ask if you're in the right office! AVOID THIS PLACE! Our daughter was scheduled to have an MRI here. Our appointment was for 7 am, we arrived and 6:30 and found the staff unwilling to greet us. This was our first visit and we were unsure if we were in the right place as the signage is old and does not identify the office as a Banner affiliate. After waiting a while and not being helped, I explained aloud we were hoping to find out if we were in the right office. Instead of checking the schedule she advised us we were at the wrong office. She then sent us to another office in the medical plaza (that we later found would not even open for 2 hours!). When we figured out we were given bad info and returned to Banner Imaging she had the nerve to blame the issue on me and was exceptionally rude. I was concerned to find that she was in fact the supervisor on duty!!! When I asked to speak to the office manager she refused to give me the information and walked off, not returning to the front during the entire time it took us to wait for another appointment and complete the MRI. Now I have to contact Banner administration to voice my concern as she was unwilling to do so. Banner Imaging please find competent people to operate your business!!! read more

Trying to schedule an ultrasound appointment. Recording says wait time will be greater than 30 minutes. I put on a movie and waited it out. 1 hour and 5 minutes later I was finally able to talk to someone only to be put on hold again And then disconnected. Starting the waiting process back over again only to be told their phones are not working. Day 2 called and out back in hold recording saying hold time is greater than 30 minutes again. read more

If you have an appointment, you are in and out. And if you want records, call the # on the website one to two days prior to your pick up date. If you don't have an appointment, I waited two hours for an xray. read more

Very professional, very comfortable, and very prompt. I have been here quite a few times over the years and it always goes like this: Check-in complete first 5 minutes. Call back within the next 5 minutes. Test begins within the next 5 minutes after that. I had 3 tests there today. Check-in time was 2:25. All 3 tests were completed and I was back in my car by 2:55!!! I wish every lab could be as efficient as Valley Radiology (now Banner). read more

Ive been waiting for my ct scan for almost an hour and the ct scan tech told the receptionist(Celeste) to tell me that she'll get to me when she can. This is after I told her my pain level is at a 10. My appt was at 8:30am and it is almost 9:30 now. They are working with patients who are in a lot of pain and they let us linger in the waiting room and "get to us when they can". I had a 3 hour mri yesteday and my body hurts. Celeste, the receptionist, told me it would be 10 more mins, and then she took 2 patients back for a ct scan, that came in after me. Its now been an hour since my appt time and I have no idea how much more time I'll be here. Thanks, Celeste, I will never use your company again. read more

I got there on time and in about 15 min I was called back for my MRI which lasted about 30 Min. Very professional and caring. I have been there many times over the years and it's always gone smooth. This is a update went for Hip X-ray as post op. Was seen right away and had the most caring techs. They made what could have been painful, a pleasant process. read more

Went to a competitor bec Dr suggested them; got there only to find out they don't take my insurance (why didn't someone call me to let me know that?}. Then started the saga with this outfit: called at about 6:15pm (info says open until 7pm). Recording put me on hold for over 45 minutes, at which point I figured they had all left so hung up. Next day called again, earlier in day; hung up after about 30 min wait (no recording telling me how long I'd have to wait). Third day I lasted about 15 minutes and said to he33 with it. Went to office and spoke with sweet young woman who did a great job of calming me down from my complete disgust. Said she'd call when she got whatever info she needed and she did. Problem was she spoke so softly on the message I couldn't hear what she was saying, even after turning up the volume on my cell; the number I tried didn't work so I went in AGAIN. This time she got me in after just a 25 minute wait and the young woman who did the ultrasound was awesome: friendly, apologetic and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. Somewhere along the line I was told that the practice had been sold to Banner Health and many people had been let go, including most of the scheduling staff. Finding someone to do this work in this town is not easy, which is a good thing for these people or new patients would simply give up; I know for sure I would. I had made a mistake and went to the wrong location for my CT scan, the front desk staff was accommodating, did everything possible to get me in at their location. They worked me in to their busy schedule and I only waited about an hour. The nurse who did my IV was pleasant and nice and I barely felt the needle to go in, the technician was awesome and they had me out of there in a matter of minutes. I wholeheartedly recommend this office, Great job ladies!! read more

Arrived on time for a bone density scan but waited over an hour from the scheduled time for this 15-20 minute test. Yes, they kept coming and telling me just a few more minutes but really....waiting in the dressing room for 3 times longer than the test itself takes! From now on I will find somewhere else in the West Valley for these types of tests. I simply refuse to pay the high price of health care and be treated this way. read more
