Stood in line before cut off time for X-rays made it in time - stayed in line over 20min because 2 people in front of me took a long time. And then got turned away because it was already 10min past their cut off time. Such a waste of time. Don't say you take "walk ins" for x-rays until 4 (like it says in the website by the way) and then turn people away. No regard for people who work full time and are trying to get things done at 3:30. read more

Place was an absolute waste of time. Completely unprofessional. I had a two week appointment after a Doctor referral, and arrived on time at the Litchfield facility. After I get to the examination apparatus I'm told they don't have the proper equipment and I have to go somewhere else. Basically that's it. The so called specialists told me to go to the front desk. I was so disgusted and unimpressed I just returned to my Doctor to let him know. I also let my insurance company know, just in case they try to put in a claim. read more

I had an appointment this morning at this location. I was told when I arrived all systems down and they didn't have orders and told me to call Dr. to get them in order to keep appt. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain them after several attempts. I went to ask for an eta for system they didn't know and they told me it was down since yesterday morn. I asked why they made no attempt to call patients to advise beforehand and they said they could not. I wasted most of my morning and staff seemed very inconsiderate. They knew a day beforehand yet made no attempt to contact patients to prepare or reschedule. Terrible management. Only reason they received a star is because there was no option not to select one. read more

I would recommend this place for the staff. The front desk girls were kind and compassionate with my needs and multiple questions. Karen who was conducting mri was so kind and sweet and so patient! I do have bad anxiety and she walked me thought everything. Sometimes you can't control what ur mind and body will do once you're being hit with loud noises and not able to move or breathe comfortable in the machine. I wish I was told a long time ago they had a stand up mri at different location. So, thank you Karen for even telling me about and I had to reschedule. Only complaint was the wait time. My appt was at 10 and didn't get seen till 1145. Also, big frustration with getting a hold of front desk directly. I mentioned to the front desk girls and it seemed like they didn't care and phone lines worked. I didn't point out that I was traveling 3 hours out and I could have booked to another location instead of wasting my time. You guys need a better phone system for ur patients. Imagine have cancer or broken bone and not able to get a hold of front desk with general question that a third party you hired can't answer. read more

Cancelled my appointment and gave it away to someone else. They never contacted my about the cancelled appointment and did it without my knowledge. I found out by accident when I was double checking my appointment time on the portal. They said it was because they didn't have preauthorization, but I had received notice of the approval the day before and had they contacted me before cancelling my appointment, I could have shared my documents. Instead, I have to wait for my new appointment as well as wait for someone to "call me back," about my complaint. I'm not holding my breath for that phone call. Three out of four MRIs at simonmed have gone the same way. No one there really cares about the patient experience at simonmed, which is why I prefer Banner and will be staying with Banner from here on out. read more

If I could give 0 I would. The last few days my appt has been rescheduled 4 different times at 4 different locations. When I finally arrived my insurance wasn't updated and ran (which was not on me. I gave the 1st office I had been to that day for my appt my insurance cards intentionally so it would be a non issue later.) When I finally was able to do my MRI I had to do a contrast and the tech left such a horrendous bruise now I won't even be able to donate plasma from this arm which is a necessary extra source of income for me. Thanks for the run around, miscommunication between your own offices, multiple rescheduling and bruise Simon med. I should ask for gas money. read more

I would happily give 0 stars if possible. I needed an xray so I got multiple text messages a day to schedule when I finally call to schedule an appointment I am told they only do walking for X-rays and send me to their Buckeye location off of Watson. I arrive to be told they don't have a tech to complete the X-ray and I am sent to 13555 W McDowell when I arrive after sitting in traffic for half hour, I am told they only do MRIs and I am sent across the way to 13567 W McDowell. I arrived to join 1 other person waiting for an ultrasound. I waited 1 hour as I sat listening and watching the techs drink coffee and socialize. I never got my imaging done because their time to socialize was more important than serving patients waiting in the waiting area. The manager arrived while I was waited and instead of asking why are there patients waiting, she joined in on the social hour. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. I do not recommend this business at all! read more

Terrible customer service from the counter check-in at the 13657 W McDowell. Ste. 111, Goodyear, AZ. I walked in today at 4:10 for a walk-in x ray. The website says they take walk-ins up to 4:30 and they close at 5. I had my order in hand, and gave it to the rude lady at the counter. Before looking at my order she tells me, it is at least an hour wait, and I joked that when I called for an appointment I was told it was walk-ins only for x-rays and typically 15 minute wait or so. The lady at the counter said, "We don't take appointments and it is going to be at least 54 minutes"? I said, "ok, but you close at 5?" She didn't answer and asked for my id and insurance card. Then told me to have a seat as her system was down and she needed to find out how much to collect before checking me in. I let her know, I had already met my deductible and asked her if she could just bill my insurance? She said, " NO! We must have all payments prior to providing service and I will let you know when I get the information, please have a seat." I said, "ok, I am here already..." I could not believe how unprofessional this person was and how she obviously didn't want to help this close to closing. I knew there was a Banner Radiology just across the parking lot, called them, answered a few questions, and was told they could see me in 10 minutes. I got my order back, walked across the parking lot, was greeted cheerfully, and a lady named Patty took me back, completed my 2 scans and I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. In the past, I had to bring my aunt here for various scans. The staff were always very polite. And it still holds true today. Everyone from the desk staff to the techs are very courteous and friendly. The tech do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I had to come here for a follow-up CT scan. And even though my appointment was for 10:45, with show up time of 10:30, they called me in at 10:33. And I was out by 10:45. read more

I went on for X-rays on my 4yr old. Got there around 845 was attended quickly. No long wait. I spent About 10-15 minutes there. They took us back and the xrays were really quick ! Would recommend this location had a pleasant visit location is clean. read more

My prior imaging center was taken over by Simon Med. It's always difficult to change when you've been with one place for so long. I made my appointment call to find Simon Med had all my records. I made my appointment close to home and when I arrived everyone was very nice. Diane did my Dexascan and made sure I was very comfortable. Then Mona did my mammogram...she took extra time to explain to me the new State of the Art technology that was being used. I am very happy with my visit. Thank you for the easy transition. read more
