    I just left this facility, having undergone my first mammogram. After reading the reviews I was…read morevery nervous, but I have no idea what some of these reviews are complaining about! The facility was extremely clean. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly and efficient, working through the line extremely quickly. I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time, but arrived 15 minutes early as instructed to check-in and the technician performing my procedure explained everything to me, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could not have asked for a better experience for my first mammogram from start to finish.

    I received numerous texts and calls after I needed an x ray. The emails and texts mention that…read morex-rays are walk in and no appointment is needed. I go to this location on a weekend, they mention there is no x ray tech there. They send me to a second location. I call the second location before making the drive to confirm that they have an x ray tech. They confirm but once I arrive they mention they cannot help me due to the x ray I need and the tech did not do those type x rays. I mentioned I called to confirm and she said "yeah I don't know why they would send you here". She tries to send me to a 3rd location. I call again to ask why do they mention "walk in" if the actual x ray hours are only M-F 8am - 3pm. I explain that I am not driving to a 3rd location after already using an hour of my time and my gas. The call center person said "maybe it's the type of x ray you need" I asked if he could confirm that the location would be able to see me. Places me on "hold" and it just sends me to the survey and "thank you for calling Simon med". They fail to communicate properly on the hours that the x ray is available and give you the run around. The call center person was not helpful as I called before going to the 2nd location just to get turned away. It would be more helpful if you were able to call a DIRECT location that you plan on going to versus a representative who has no idea about medical needs and just says "yeah they have a tech"

Doing a…read morepassword reset or trying to sign in is literally click, wait two minutes, then the screen responds like you just clicked it, spins for about three-five minutes, and when you have to do a text or email verification code, it either never shows up or will eventually show up with 10 of them. I recorded but can't post a video of me trying to reset my password, it was already a minute in when I started recording a two minute video, then at least another minute for the page to finally move to the next page, which is crazy in 2022.

He was very unprofessional during my appointment, I came in to address ongoing pain that I've had for almost ten years, but when I tried to tell him that, he completely disregarded my concerns and didn't actually listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He didn't seem to actually pay attention to the answers I gave him and had me repeat myself multiple times. Overall, this appointment made me feel completely dismissed and belittled and did not at all address any of the concerns that I came in for. This office completely wasted my time and I will not be coming back.

The office is very clean and looks new. We only had to wait 1-2 minutes before being taken back for the ultrasound. Brooke, the Ultrasound Technician, was outstanding . She was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. Based on the clarity of the images, the ultrasound equipment seemed to be state of the art ( in comparison to other ultrasounds I have been to with my ddaughter and daughter in law). Brooke explained everything in detail, and was very thorough, checking measurements, anatomy, and organ development. All of the images and videos were emailed to my daughter upon leaving. I highly recommend this medical center. As a retired Registered Nurse, I can usually determine competent medical care, and all aspects were there.

    This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional medical offices I have ever dealt with…read more My wife was referred for an emergency ultrasound after concerns from her OB about our baby's health. Because of this office's limited availability, the earliest appointment they could offer was over a month out, several weeks after the OB recommendation. In a situation where timing actually matters, the delay alone was unacceptable. When we finally got to the appointment, we found out they had scheduled everything without ever confirming that they accepted our insurance. Because of that, we were left with a nearly $2,000 bill for a visit that should have been covered. Since then, I have called repeatedly to try to resolve this. Every single time, I am told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. Not once has that happened. After more than three months of trying, not a single call has been returned. No follow up, no accountability, no effort to fix a mistake that they caused. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to send us to collections, which makes it very clear where their priorities are. Rather than speak with a patient who is actively trying to resolve a problem, they would rather ignore it and escalate. During all of this, my father was taken to the emergency room for heart issues. He ended up being in the hospital for over two months and ultimately received a heart transplant. He is now recovering at home. How is this relevant? Well, if you are considering dealing with this business, remember that it would be faster to get a heart transplant than it would be to work with them. This has been an incredible situation to deal with while supporting my pregnant wife, navigating a family medical crisis, and trying to get a response from an organization that seems completely indifferent to the people they serve. To be fair, the doctor was good and the care itself was fine. There were no issues there. However, everything surrounding that care is completely broken. The scheduling, the insurance verification, the billing, and most importantly, the complete lack of communication when something goes wrong. If everything goes perfectly, maybe you will get through your visit without issue. But if anything goes wrong, you should fully expect to be ignored and left to deal with the consequences on your own.
