A lot of waiting time to get to your appointments. Also kind of a dirty place. Could use a deep cleaning of the whole building.

I have never had a night appointment for an MRI -- or any appointment for that matter -- but last…read morenight I did at Banner Imaging Estrella, and it was, by far, the best medical experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt something different. I was immediately greeted by Alma at the front desk. Even though she was assisting another patient, she acknowledged me right away. Her spirit seemed to beam through the glass. Her smile, her tone, and the way she welcomed me made me feel seen and valued within seconds of arriving. I was early for my appointment, so I sat in the lobby -- but I didn't wait long at all. Soon, I was called back by Jocelyn. Her voice was calming, gentle, and incredibly kind. She provided the garments I needed for my MRI and reassured me that they would be with me shortly. There was something so comforting in her presence. Then I was introduced to Abby, the MRI technologist. She, too, carried that same kind and gentle spirit. Abby and Jocelyn worked together to help my tiny self get positioned into the machine, treating me with patience and dignity every step of the way. Before beginning, Abby asked what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. "Smooth jazz," I replied. Throughout the entire MRI, she communicated clearly with me, explaining what was happening and checking in along the way. While this wasn't my first MRI and my situation wasn't life-threatening, it was absolutely my first experience receiving such outstanding, compassionate service. If anyone out there feels anxious or hesitant about undergoing an MRI, I would encourage you to visit this location. The care, warmth, and professionalism of these three remarkable young women truly transformed what can often be a stressful experience into something peaceful and reassuring. I sincerely hope the company recognizes and treats them well -- because they certainly deserve it.

Doing a…read morepassword reset or trying to sign in is literally click, wait two minutes, then the screen responds like you just clicked it, spins for about three-five minutes, and when you have to do a text or email verification code, it either never shows up or will eventually show up with 10 of them. I recorded but can't post a video of me trying to reset my password, it was already a minute in when I started recording a two minute video, then at least another minute for the page to finally move to the next page, which is crazy in 2022.

I had my mammogram appointment here about two weeks ago. The location is convenient -- it's in the…read moreparking lot next to Target and surrounded by several other businesses. When you enter the building, the suite number and name are clearly listed outside the door, which makes it easy to find. Upon arrival, the receptionist was polite but a bit dry, not as welcoming as I've experienced at other locations. The technician who performed my imaging was very kind, friendly, and informative, which I appreciated. However, I was a little taken aback when I entered the exam room and noticed another patient's gown still sitting on the bench -- it made me question whether the rooms are cleaned thoroughly between appointments. Overall, my experience was decent, but I may consider returning to my previous location in the future.

I get here and do the mammo and they tell me I have to schedule the MRI and the ultrasound separately?! That is not what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. So I call and schedule the MRI & the Ultrasound at a different location further from home, THEN I get calls and texts that the new appointment needs to be rescheduled, no explanation as to why, NOTHING. I reschedule and then I get ANOTHER voicemail and text that this appointment needs to be rescheduled also! So, WTF is really going on?! Then even when you have a scheduled appointment, they KEEP calling with an automated message telling you that you need to schedule an appointment?! As a MULTI BILLION $$ company there needs to be A LOT addressed!! The scheduling and the entire system is trash on top of an already trash healthcare system. Who has the availability to keep taking time off work, for all these damn appointments and then have to reschedule and request a different time off?! It's insane and Simon Med needs to get it together!!
