I have insurance and for 5 months the idiots at AZ Diagnostic Radiology billing put no notes in my calls, only tried one time to send the bill to my insurance company and basically blamed me for all of the problems with the billing and were rude beyond belief. So I have insurance, I have the paper that shows insurance company approved the CT. I have done everything AZ Diagnostic has advised me to do for the the last 6 months and they sent me to collections. I have a perfect credit score and always pay my bills. The facility was extremely clean. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly and efficient, working through the line extremely quickly. I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time, but arrived 15 minutes early as instructed to check-in and the technician performing my procedure explained everything to me, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could not have asked for a better experience for my first mammogram from start to finish.
