And look, I can forgive no personality; I can even forgive lack of skill to a certain point. What I cannot forgive is a person who dgaf about the person whose arm they are digging in for so long that the patient is crying. What I cannot forgive is someone who doesn't notice sobs, someone who lacks any awareness that they have been digging in my mother's arm too long with needles. Someone who ignores the crying until my momma has to ask them to "please stop" and then a few seconds later, "stop" again. They do not have ultrasound guided IV insertion support, which is greatly needed. Do not take your loved ones to this location. If you have to go to this location, I highly recommend bringing an advocate with you into the room to make sure you successfully get an IV or are paid attention to when they repeatedly fail (they tried twice). I had asked the desk clerk for a printout of the breakdown of charges for each procedure, my portion vs the insurance. He told me they couldn't do that and handed me a post it note with my portion of the two procedures, so two numbers, but no breakdown of the insurance portion or total procedure cost. When I got the insurance bill I realized they had overcharged me by almost double. I called to get a refund and was told 2-3 weeks. I Waited 4 weeks and called again. I was then told my refund had been issued that same day. Waited another 4 weeks and called back only to be told again that my refund was issued the day I was calling. Asked to speak to a supervisor who was no help. He couldn't explain why I had to call 3x and was told each time I'd have a refund in 2-3 weeks, nor was he able to guarantee this refund would be in my hands in 2-3 weeks, only that it should be. Here we are almost in May and they still owe me $315. Not sure why I they can't estimate closer than that in the first place as they had all my insurance info well in advance. It also should not take 4 months and at least 3 calls to get my refund. Horrible cust experience from the billing side. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of 1 is that the two people who performed my actual procedures were great. I do not recommend this business.

They took me back,…read moreimmediately asked me if I smoke marijuana and I was honest about my daily use, not knowing they'd go on to make it all about that. They misdiagnosed me with CHS which made no sense to me because of the cause and type of pain I was having. They only gave me fluids and one dose of pain meds. No further testing. Needless to say the next morning I was in the Banner ER where they did an ultrasound and CT scan, easily finding out I had actually experienced a ruptured ovarian cyst. I have blood in my ovaries and abdomen that Dignity would've seen if they listened to me correctly. Shame on them!
