Today I went to 73 -Bell and they said the only days they do X-rays is on Tuesday and go to the 63 - Union Hills location. So after sitting for an hour, the technician comes out and says their machine can only do X-rays up to 60" tall and so all chest X-rays are cancelled. I'm never going back to this zoo of a place. I recommend for folks on the northwest part of the valley to go to Banner Imaging at 7701 w Aspera Blvd. I got in and out in 10 minutes.

Friday (moms appt. is on Monday) I get a call from Simon Med saying they needed an order to do moms other breast to (compare)! B.S. Went round and round again and finally cancelled moms appt. Disability reached out to Phoenician to get clarification on my husband's disability. Well the doctor didn't have any paperwork from the disability company and had no idea that they had reached out but his receptionist said it was in the computer. So the receptionist printed it out, after I asked about it, and took it back to the nurse. She came back after a time and said, you need to fill it out and then he will sign it. WHAT!? No, I don't have all that information. "Can you use the letter he wrote to excuse him from work?" No because it says, he's in pain and if you have more questions call the office. Again everyone is nice they just don't have a clue and communication is non-existent between staff as well as throughout their organization. Two stars for how nice they are.
