After being seated, I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. The young lady was very friendly and did a skilled job at inserting my IV. My MRI tech was also very friendly and communicated constantly during the MRI process. Everything they did was well planned and executed. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. When I missed 2 days due to an unrelated illness the missed days were immediately rescheduled. Everyone was professional and pleasant, from the ladies at the front desks, all of the radiology techs as well as the doctors.
