They did put me on a cancellation wait list and did call with a followup. The facility was easy to find, with plenty of parking. When I arrived, I was immediately summoned to the front desk where I got the business completed. It was a friendly and easy process. After being seated, I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. The young lady was very friendly and did a skilled job at inserting my IV. My MRI tech was also very friendly and communicated constantly during the MRI process. Everything they did was well planned and executed. She recommended that my service provider has to call them back and say there is a stat on reading those x-rays. I was really hurting. I needed explanation as to my cause of pain.
