If you want someone to show up 30 min early, then make the appointment 30 min earlier. Fix your scheduling department. However, I had filled out all the paperwork online, like a good little patient, then there's no reason to show up 30 minutes early. I don't need 30 minutes to put on a gown. Next Carla the technician should be fired immediately! She stated that since I did not show up 30 minutes early that she didn't have the time to do all four MRI's. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment. Then they kept me in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Then another 10 minutes to change and wait in the changing area to be told I was late and they didn't have the time to do all my scheduled MRI's. It sounds like Carla has a time management problem, not me. Why didn't you get me back there as soon as I walked in and not keep me waiting for 30 minutes. Carla has to be one of the rudest and egotistical technicians I've ever met. I was on time, you don't know how to manage your time. So now, if I expect to get the MRI on my left shoulder, which she refused to do, I will have to pay another copay of $100 just for that and make another appointment somewhere because I will never go anywhere where she is working. SMIL and Honor Health needs to do better. Remember that your main concern are your patients and not your employees attitudes.

I won't lie; I was terrified of having a mammogram done thanks to the horror stories I heard years ago before I was at an age when mammograms are suggested. I was very surprised at how gentle the technician was and how quick the procedure was. Every time I have gone to this facility, for which ever procedure I needed done, the staff is always professional, caring, and efficient. I don't think I have ever waited longer than five minutes to be escorted to the room for changing into the gown for my procedure. Once in my gown, I have never had to wait to have the procedure to be done. From the moment I walk in the front door through the end of my visit, I am always treated like a person not just another number on a form. From check in to check out and everything in between, all the staff members are always friendly and very willing to help in anyway I may need. They even try to make certain that I am comfortable whilst having a procedure done. Even on phone calls, the staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. If you are in the Prescott area and need to have any imaging done (MRI, x-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, etc.), I would highly recommend using PMI. Even if you don't live in the Prescott area (such as the Phoenix or Flagstaff areas), and you are tired of waiting for your procedures, sick of being treated like another number, you've had a bad experience at an imaging facility, or you are just afraid of having a procedure done, this is definitely worth the drive. Another plus for this facility is that it does take Medicare. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Agyer going round and round, she'll finally do a Med Chat with their insurance/billing department. When they respond and she is informed you were correct, she won't even apologize to you. I would have gone elsewhere, but I was in a time crunch. After being checked in for a 4:15 xray, apparently the xray tech left for the day at 4pm. At about 4:50n, the male front desk personnel informed muaelf and another person waiting for an xray, that there xray tech left for the day and did not notify them per office protocol. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's worth the drive to another facility of imaging business. I can't believe this place is still in business!

He was super nice, and I felt very comforted by his tone and demeanor. Being in the tube is no party, but my ears were covered by high quality headphones, and I was allowed to choose the music. A different nurse with a jovial laugh removed my IV and helped me out. All of the employees had great, positive attitudes, which is remarkable considering the sparseness of work ethic these days. I will keep Valley Radiologists as where I get my MRI's done.
