Quite the selection of lighting for the home and outdoors. Lots of shiny crystal, glass and some metal. They had a large array of chandeliers. A little overwhelming if you're simply looking for ideas. We began our search for dining room pendant lights. We were looking for more contemporary styles. Staff here were in abundance. The two staff we spoke with were nice and suggested we go online for the search. They have a warehouse in Phoenix and Tucson. Staff said if we saw something online and they didn't have it in the showroom, he'd be happy to get it from their warehouse to show us. Could not be more helpful and accommodating. Brought back an outside light that I had purchased a few years ago and they were set to contact the vendor and get it replaced or provide a new modulator to get it working again. Fortunately they tested the light before I left and it actually was working lol. I've got an electrician coming over to figure out why I'm not getting any juice. read more

Purchased a replacement globe after many discussions about it fitting. Received the globe weeks later though paid for FedEx. Globe didn't fit. I have never been Blatantly ignored from a company as I have been from Premier lighting. I initially was extremely patient waiting over six months for a ceiling fan. They finally were able to get me the fan but then it did not work. I spent hours troubleshooting and having an electrician come out. They then told me I needed a new receiver. After mailing me a new receiver I had to pay for another electrician to come out again. Premier lighting would not return a phone call or help me at all. I left messages every day for Ken the manager with no return phone call, my sales women Maxine would never return my call nor the assistant manager Lisa. Very disappointed read more

We ordered multiple ceiling fans and pendant lights from Norma Jean at Premier Lighting in Scottsdale. When the items came in, they promptly called and arranged an installation date. Their installer Ted, was punctual and polite and very knowledgable - completing the install of all items in about 2 hours. Very pleased with Premier! Shortly thereafter, 2 fans started making odd scraping noises. Norma Jean immediately ordered replacements that were promptly installed upon arrival. Unfortunately, one of the replacements also had an issue which again was handled promptly and professionally by Norma Jean. All issues have now been resolved and we couldn't be more pleased with the new products, and the "after sale service" we received from Premier Lighting. We believe a business should be evaluated not by what goes wrong, but how unexpected issues are handled, which - in this case, was excellent! We cannot blame Premier Lighting for a fan manufacturer's oops, but we can sincerely thank Premier for standing behind what they sell and doing it with a great attitude and seeing the process through to completion and pleasing the customer. This is one of the most unfriendly stores I've been in. They act like it's a favor to the customer that they are there. It's expensive and they don't stand behind the products. If ever you need a light fixture go there find it and shop on line for it, you will find it at a better price and you won't have to deal with the nasty sales people. read more

Used in 2005, 2018. Bad backend, tempting front end. First time got very nice products received a year late. I was seduced by products again. Three time disaster. The "dark bronze" finish I ordered waaaay off - flat brown paint. They offered to have them painted, but was asked if they were just "good enough" to use. Had to find tiny special lightbulbs to try to make product acceptable. When installed, one pendant had a chandelier bulb base and other has different size bulb base. Impossible to make work! Staff informed me that Justice vendor always has problems. Huh? Why sell them at all, besides selling them with enthusiasm? Meanwhile, before that installation occurred, I picked out bedroom lamps, and sales person was going to check on low/no manufacturer's stock. No follow up as promised. And bye bye to them forever! Don't be seduced. Upgraded by one star. Got my money back with no problem. Bedroom lamp information delivered while getting that refund, and she actually located a "discontinued " lamp and preselected two more. Why no call to tell me that? Too late. I would never shop here again. I knew when I walked in something was not right. Sales people and Manager not friendly. When I tried to return they charged a 25% restocking even when I was willing to buy replacements 3x the cost. I got them down to 20% but very costly. Stated all places charge restocking. No they do not. Manager stated he could charge me shipping back charges. He lost sight of why they are in business. Not customer driven and definitely not honest. The best part of it was the guy that works in back with installation. He was the first to tell me they have flexibility. They choose not to be on the customers side. Too costly and quality limited. Zero stars. The absolute worst customer service. They're all smiles until they take your money. Then you'll never hear from them. We ordered lights and fans for over $7000. We were told it would take 4weeks for delivery. 4 MONTHS LATER, after we called them three times, we finally got the merchandise. There was a piece missing from one light. They said it would be delivered in four days. Three weeks later, I called and was told " oh it just came in yesterday. I said I would come by to get it and they said " oh it's not here, it's at our other location". Complete dishonesty. Terrible terrible service. If there were no other lighting stores but them, I'd be dining by candles. Do yourself a favor. Shop somewhere else. This place stinks!!!! read more

Can't get my order in, won't refund my money. Placed an order for three ceiling fans, with estimated delivery of two weeks. After three weeks passed without communication, I followed up with the salesman. It was at this time I was informed it would be at least another three weeks to get the fixtures. Since this did not align with my need date, I next requested a refund. I was assured it would be processed that day, but may need a few days to clear my bank. Two weeks, and several calls later, I have yet to receive a refund. The salesman is not returning calls, and I plan to pay a visit to the store ahead of calls to my bank's fraud department, and the BBB. Avoid this store at all costs... I fell in love with the Minka Lavery lighting that Premier Lighting offers! I knew nothing about Premier Lighting when we visited the showroom. We were greeted promptly by Diane and she quickly got to work showing us the items we had seen on their website. It was a pretty long process, with many questions and lots to consider when buying new light fixtures for several rooms and bathrooms. Diane was always available for my phone calls and questions and was easy to work with. Her information was always accurate and she got would always communicate with me promptly. The installation gentlemen were prompt and really knew their stuff. They had some good recommendations which I appreciated! The fact that Ted and Omar were able to come to the house and finish the installation in one visit also demonstrates Diane's accuracy and skill in putting this order together. The product arrived in excellent condition with all parts included. The entire process was so professional. I am happy to write this review for Diane at Premier Lighting and feel comfortable in recommending her to anyone! Great job Diane, Ted and Omar. I ordered a supposedly in stock ceiling fan bracket from their online store. 2 weeks after I placed the order, I still had not received the item or even a confirmation of shipping the item. I emailed them. They informed me that they did not actually have the item and were still waiting for it to be delivered to them from the manufacturer which was to happen that day or the following day. A week later, still not confirmation of shipment so I emailed them again. They told me my item was being shipped that day, tracking number to follow. The next day, still not tracking number. I email again, they finally give me a tracking number and say it's being shipped out that day. The tracking number was for a package pick up, not a shipped package. It didn't go out until the following day! Long story short, I waited over a month for my "in stock" item. read more

Poor follow through, poor advice, poor customer service! Multiple visits to the house with broken fixtures, wrong bulbs, fixtures that were wrong size for the area....the list goes on. I sent one final email to the individual we worked with and apparently my questions/email did not warrant a response. We had placed our initial order well in advance of the completion of our house making this process now go beyond 8-9 months and that is uncalled for. However, I will say this....the installers were great, they understood and had sympathy for every issue we faced, but unfortunately their hands were tied. So run, don't walk to a different lighting store. Anything would have to be a step up. read more

I am a designer and I had the pleasure of working with Brandy Levy in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly organized and has exquisite taste. I always knew when I brought a client in to meet with Brandy that she would listen attentively to their needs and be mindful of their budget. Honestly, Brandy made me look good in front of my clients. I am sorry to say that I can no longer bring my clients into Premier Lighting due to their lack of air conditioning. I have gone by a few times in the last two months hoping that the a/c was remedied. Unfortunately, the high-temperature still exists. It is really a shame as I have had a long and successful relationship with Brandy and Premier Lighting. In addition, I think it is unfair of the management to subject their employees to these working conditions. read more

I went to Premier with the plans for our new custom home. The style was basically "Tuscan." Their showroom was amazing, many, many styles to choose from. I spoke with the owner, Dawn Stantus, at length. She described lighting as "jewelry for your house." That is a perfect description. Unfortunately for me, all the lights that drew my eye were modern/contemporary and Dawn very tactfully pointed out that my choices didn't really match the style of our house. I agreed. In fact, I went back to my husband and showed him the lights I liked. He agreed they were amazing and also didn't match the style of our home. Instead of picking new lights, we went back to the architect and changed the style of our home. To be honest, I was fine with the original "Tuscan" style, but now I am ecstatic with the new style, my enthusiasm for our whole major remodel project (only saving one wall) has increased 10 fold. Premier Lighting were fantastic in their very tactfully given advise, which has created a contemporary and relaxing home for our family, not just beautiful, eye-catching lighting! read more

I called Premier Lighting, spoke with Tanya, and she told me that she would order a "sample" of a chandelier that I liked but was not in stock. A few days later she called and said that the sample was in and that I could come in anytime to check it out. My family and I drove across town to get there only to find out that they never even ordered the sample. Tanya kept saying "the rep" said to show you the satin nickel finishes (I know what that is since it's specifically the finish I was looking for)... and then she'd show me a picture of the SAMPLE in their order catalog. Then when I asked where the sample was, she kept showing me the satin nickels finishes and some other chandeliers that weren't even close to what they promised they would order. Seriously, quit wasting my time and my family's time and just admit that you didn't have it. We won't be shopping there EVER just because of this incident and we will also happily discourage others from shopping there too. read more
