Beware of the return policy. Reading it is like a best confusing at worst unethical. Explain to me how a door which has only the bore hole done (by the company whom the door was purchased), with no other defects cannot just be resold as a " LH/RH with Bore door". At lest be honest with your return policy which is loud and clear from store management as Daniel Guzman chose to tell me "Shut the F*** up". Never in my life would I make a fool of myself as a leader telling a customer something like that regardless of how angry or frustrating the situation may be. Customer service is nonexistent when you are trying to order or get anything accomplished here. When you call in they will put you on hold and never answer the phone after you were put on hold. It will send you to a voicemail box that is full so you cannot leave a message. They will tell you to email and then they will never respond to the emails either. read more

This company was a huge disappointment and frustration for us. We gave them our original doors to measure the NEW doors we ordered there. So far it's taken them 5 trips to our house and it's STILL not right. They have to return again and I have lowered my expectations that they'll get it right this time. We've had many conversations with Daniel who dismisses our input and deflects responsibility for continuous wrong measurements. The owner of the company is never around to talk to and no one really seem care to make things right. Don't expect them to ever call you back and don't expect to get your old doors back. If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Every single time I call I'm on hold for at least 10 minutes and then it eventually sends me to a voice Mailbox that is full and hangs up on me. They screwed up my original order of doors after I waited over a month for them. They return the next day with one of the two missing doors and I waited three more weeks for the Rest of the order to come in. Absolutely no notice on delivery. The guy calls me the morning of the delivery and says I'll be there in 20 to 30 minutes. Seriously? What if I wasn't there? Then they show up with a replacement door with the wrong color hinges which I am still waiting to get the correct. I'm so done with this company. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Everyone has extended warranties due to Covid-19. But not this place. My contractor got Covid and delayed our project. Went to return the extra baseboards today and was told they couldn't give us our money back because it was over the 30 days. Buying doors is a real pain. What you want is rarely in stock which means you have to special order which can take months - really, I do not exaggerate, I have waited 2 months for a simple normal sized bedroom door to arrive. So I was shocked when the guys at Baseboards, Doors & More told me they could make a pre-hung door that looks just like all the other doors in my house and have it done in a week! The price was half what Home Depot wanted for the door I'd have to special order. Of course I said do it! A week later I went to pick it up. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much being as it's next to the railroad tracks at 43rd Ave & Camelback. Bad assumption, their facility is as professional as any I've been in and is pretty large, too. Lately I've gotten used to indifferent service and having to fight for everything I paid for. Business is good right now and everyone's so busy. Everyone at Baseboards, Doors & More bent over backwards to get me what I needed; answering all my novice questions, giving me all the info I needed to get my job done right, helping me get my purchase loaded and never once was it done in a condescending way. It was really refreshing to feel like a valued customer! I'm happy with the door I bought and would do it again. In fact, I'm thinking next time I want a barn door to call Baseboards, Doors & More for a quote and maybe save some big bucks! read more

Not a happy customer. I own a investment properties and am in the middle of a complete renovation of one. I went into the 43rd Ave store and they did not have the 4" baseboard we wanted. Because we are on a tight schedule, I went ahead and purchased the 5" (more expense) which they assured me they did have. When my floor vendor went to pick it up a week later this morning, they had sold it. Really shady dealings, didn't like the customer service when I was in the store, and now this. This will set the project back. Phoenix needs a better baseboard place than this with all the construction we have going on. read more

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IN SERVICE My wife and I purchased doors from Baseboards and More - Arcadia https://bdmaz.com/. Despite not selling us the correct doors we asked for, they have done an even worst job in helping us to solve the problem. There are two gentlemen that work in the Arcadia store that were very nice at point of purchase, but were completely the opposite when we called back to let them know they sold us the wrong doors. I have called more than 3 times trying to speak to their manager and have not received a call back. The owner has also has not made himself available to help. The company should immediately address their customer service. Until our issue is solved I would not recommend this company. read more

Placed an order on 10/22 for a French patio door. Gave them the exact size of the opening and then wound up buying new locks also. We verified several times we wanted a right hand swing door that opened inward. We go to pick it up and I notice the control for the blinds is on the outside. They made the doors to open outward. They blamed it on us but our original invoice clearly states IN and was even highlighted. Apparently a miscommunication between the sales dept and warehouse. They reluctantly agreed to fix it. Said to come back in a week but no call. After 8 days we called and they had it ready two days later. We got the right door and brought it home. Went to have it installed and the door is not the right size. It's two inches too wide. FYI they apparently only measure door size and NOT the door opening like every other box store. Husband tried calling to discuss it and line went straight to voicemail at 8 am. He's currently waiting on a call back from the manager but I am not holding my breath. We almost bought the door at Lowe's but were told several times to come here. We paid 3 times what it cost at Lowe's trying to get a better door and now it won't fit and no response or anything from them. I wanted to like them so badly based on everyone who referred them. I just can't for their customer service and that we now have a $2,000 that's worthless to us. Next time going to Lowe's and leaving it at that. Learn from me and don't make a $2,000 mistake. read more

Received a quote on December 27th for 4 1/4 finger jointed primed at 97 cents a foot (Written on a business card). Arrived on New Years day and they were closed...ok sure. Arrive on 1/8 and prices were just raised to $1.10 that day..can you believe it? I asked to speak to a manager and it so happens to be the same lady that quoted us the 97 cents price. Best she can do is 1.05...fine delivery by the 13th. We verified multiple times we wanted primed not raw. I even took a sample that was raw and confirmed with the warehouse that mine would be primed and this was just a sample of scrap. 13th comes nothing, 14th nothing, 15th and I call. Apparently I'm wrong and delivery was always for the 18th between 11 and 2. I check the invoice and it says the 8th (day of purchase, clearly someone goofed and can't admit the mistake). Whatever only 3 more days. 18th comes its 2:00 and guess what isn't here and no one has called. I call and after being put on hold for 25 minutes he calls the delivery guy. And wouldn't you know it while I was on the call it was my turn and he's already on his way. What a coincidence... boards get here and guess what isn't primed... I called the manager and told him all of this. He can come pick up my order and deliver the primed stuff in 4 days (9 days after original delivery) but I'd have to pay another $150 because the invoice doesn't have the primed code on it. Like I know their invoice codings and had any ability to double check his employee's work. This company won't take another cent from me and I recommend you don't give them yours either. Poorly trained, can't follow their word and have a widespread problem with admitting when they messed up. Bush league... read more

I've been trying to place a simple order now for 4 days, I've been hung up on several times and promised call backs that never happened. I've been told that they are just too busy, that sales reps cant take my call and don't know when they will be able to.. They tell me that i'm calling the wrong number?? They claimed the number on their website is not correct and they have another number so it is my fault I cannot get through to the correct store/line.
