It is no-nonsense, no-frills, but absolutely rock bottom prices on…read moregranite, quartzite, etc. They usually get remnants from jobs that didnt' need all of the order, so it's a bit unusual to get enough to do a whole kitchen unless it's a small one, but this place is fantastic for getting slabs for bathrooms, an accent counter, or furniture modifications. They have good fabricators that they are partnered with for cutting your stone to size and install. Their website is pretty good and will give you a good idea of what to expect when you go, but nothing replaces going in person. Plan to spend some time there to go through what they have, but once you pick what you want, they are great, friendly and helpful. Have used 2x and will definitely repeat when needed.

This was my first remodel, so I did a lot of research and got multiple bids. Andrew's pricing was lower than others, but his work looked almost too perfect, which honestly made me skeptical at first. I reached out to one of his past reviewers before hiring him, just to confirm they had a good experience and they had nothing but great things to say. Now I understand why. Andrew handled demo, moved the shower to a different wall, installed all new tile, plumbing, lighting, and built the entire shower from scratch. He also has a strong eye for design and helped guide decisions in a way that felt collaborative, not pushy. He showed up exactly when he said he would every single day and worked full 8-10 hour days until everything was complete. His communication stayed clear, consistent, and reliable. He kept the job site clean, contained the dust to one area, and was extremely respectful of my home. I took notice that he was the only contractor who took his shoes off at the door when walking thru to bid. That said a lot to me about him. He continued to do things that showed his good nature and great character. Another thing I really appreciated was I felt that he genuinely looked out for me. A designer I had hired was pushing me toward options that were well over my budget, and Andrew encouraged me to take a step back and think it through. He even suggested better alternatives, which I ended up using. That kind of honesty is rare. He also recommended great companies for other parts of the project, including AQ Glass Arizona Shower Doors and Aaron Dominguez Granite, both of which did excellent work. He stayed on budget, did everything right the first time, and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I've already hired him again for my kitchen and guest bathroom, and he's even come back for a few smaller requests without hesitation. The only "negative" is that he's booked pretty far out, but that's really not a negative. It just means he's in demand. He is absolutely worth the wait. I feel very lucky to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.

Their project manager had an issue with the owners and walked off the job early in our project and the owner took no interest other than scheduling subcontractors. He didn't even stop by to check on the house unless we called him with an issue. The owners are extremely unorganized and there is a huge lack of communication. The owner sends out invoices for things we did not agree to like she's printing money. We were not asked what we wanted when it came to tile grout, trim pieces or any important details, they just made the decisions for us. White grout in all our traffic areas?! Our countertops were not level, so the dishwasher and wine cabinet didn't fit appropriately. (See pic) Our cabinets were not even so our Thermador refrigerator was shoved in and trim pieces were crammed around it to try and make it look better (pic). They did not tell us we didn't have a cabinet coming for the range hood, it also wasn't included in the cabinet quote. We had a big gap in our kitchen trying to find someone that could do a custom cabinet. When we found someone and he came out to measure he refused to make it because the cabinets were so uneven and not level. We were left with a walk in shower without any door or glass, because "they forgot to put it in the quote". The wine fridge didn't fit under the counter so they pulled up the tile, shoved it in and then tiled up to it. If we have any issues with the fridge we are going to have to have our flooring redone just to get it out. Our landscaping is ruined because of their contractors cleaning things right on our river rocks outside our front door. Our porcelain tile throughout our entire great room, dining and kitchen is so uneven I think I could have laid it better. It's embarrassing to have guests over for dinner and they can't scoot their chairs up to the table. We literally had a pendant light fall out of the ceiling because it wasn't secured properly. The worst part is that they NEVER apologize or take accountability for anything. The pictures of the toilet are of our brand new tile in our master bathroom...they did, after we sent them these pictures have it cleaned and replaced the toilet with a cheaper one (without an apology). The owner only came out when we requested it. Other pictures are of the cabinet around the refrigerator (that's how they left it), all our outlet plates and door switches have gaps in almost every room, and the flooring has this stuff on it that takes forever to get off. Please take your business elsewhere (Luxe Remodel is who came and did work for us and we were so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail). We paid a huge amount of money in cash, always running the checks over to the house the same day they requested it or get bombarded with text messages throughout the day demanding money. She also blew up our phones when the cleaners wanted an additional $75 because the house was left such a mess from their contractors, telling us she was charging us! I am embarrassed for them. The way they treat their customers I am surprised they are still in business. She is going to respond that we rushed them, added things like special order larger tiles than were originally chosen. In fact, their tile person told us to go with the larger tile because it would be less expensive, less work and less grout. We were happy with the tiles we had chosen. Also, she is so oblivious she says they added an office when if they ever looked at our house they would know there was always an office there, we purchased a barn door and they hung it. I could go on for days!
