Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. The common element in both of these reviews is a sales person. This person is no longer with the company and in the months since, I have not had any difficulty getting what I need in a timely manner. In addition to having top quality products, as a contractor, Avonti makes me look good and treats my clients with respect. Their installers of their cultured marble and TruStone are exceptional in their trade. As someone who has been in the business for 20 years, I appreciate a local manufacturer with a nice showroom, and unique products that you cannot find in the big box stores. During a significant remodel of our home, we relied on ProSource of Phoenix to help guide us through major design decisions and provide quality products worthy of the investment we were making. One of the largest and most important selections was nearly $30,000 in Mohawk engineered hardwood flooring (a product we were assured by ProSource would bring both beauty and durability to our home). Mohawk floor was recommended by Prosource. Unfortunately, when serious issues arose with the flooring quickly deteriorating and splintering, ProSource chose to hide behind Mohawk's denial rather than truly advocate for their customer. Instead of taking ownership or helping push toward a meaningful resolution, they essentially became paper pushers for the claim process. Two independent investigators identified flooring issues and no evidence of our misuse. As homeowners, we were left dealing with a defective product, mounting stress, and an estimated $10,000-$12,000 in labor costs, while the only resolution offered was replacement minimal material with no labor compensation. That is not what we expected after making such a substantial investment through a design and flooring professional. A company's value is proven when problems arise, not just during the sale. Sadly, our experience left us feeling unsupported and abandoned once the transaction was complete. Think twice before investing substantial money into products and promises that may not be supported when things go wrong.

They investigated the source of the leak and determined that the cause of the problem was stucco related and not a problem with the window itself. They removed the stucco from the area, repaired the problem, and applied new stucco and painted the area. Looks perfect. Can not even tell what section of the stucco was replaced. All of the people I dealt with were professional and easy to work with.
