I was recommended West Valley Cabinets by my parent's neighbor, and they also used him for their garage and laundry room cabinets. We called PJ up for our new build home and he quickly accommodated a consult around a hectic moving schedule. He came out and showed us all the options, and gave sizing recommendations for our garage cabinets. We ended up choosing Twilight for the color. From the thorough consult to installing, the attention to detail was my immediate notice being a former contractor myself. His crew was very pleasant and you can tell they enjoy working for him, very pleased with the great value and finished result. 5 stars all the way around. read more

The owner of West Valley Garage Cabinets came to our house and provided a quote for the cost to tear out our old cabinets and replace with new ones. He requested a 50% deposit, and we wrote him a check for $1,746.00 which he cashed the same day. That was over a month ago and they never showed up and will not return my calls or return our money! read more

I purchased garage cabinets in 2025 and within a year the laminate began peeling off on one of the cabinet doors. I notified the owner PJ texting him photos and he agreed the door needed to be replaced. PJ made several appointments to replace the door over a 4 month period and never showed up one time. Some of his excused were I'm out of town, my installer got heat stroke etc and continued to blow me off and make excuses. I spent over $6,000 on cabinets that have a lifetime warranty and was finally tired of getting the run around, so I was forced to file a complaint with the ROC. PJ didn't even show up when invited by the ROC to inspect the complaint, PJ hasn't honored his word, product, or warranty. read more

Do not use this company - very poor communication. Multiple no shows for appointments with no information or follow up call. (Days where we took work off to be available). Our project is left crooked and incomplete. Save your time and money and find a reliable company. read more

Don't waste your time on this company coming to your house. I had two appointments set up with them and both were no shows. The owner was the one that was supposed to show up. No call or anything as to why they could not make it. Poor communication and customer service. read more

They have installed garage cabinets for me twice, and I have had nothing but success both times! Everyone I have worked with from designing and getting estimates to installation has been easy to work with. Truly can't recommend them enough. They're great people and do fantastic work! read more

Beautiful! Did everything they said the would do! Quick install, great price! No deposit required. Customer service top notch.

You are wrong in your information. You only did 1 job for me which is the photo shown. I cancelled my 2nd order because I was going to use my custom cabinets in its place. I canceled with the receptionist in plenty of time, the cabinets were not in production at that point. She never canceled the order and your crew came to my house but nothing was installed. It doesn't matter how much you pay your employees, if they see something they want and know they can get away with it, they will take! End of story.... read more

I have used this company twice now, once for the garage and then for my master closet. Since I work from home, I needed to make the closet functional for both work and storage. I remembered being happy with the first job they did, so I called to have them come back to work out a design for me. PJ listened to everything I had to say and all my needs for the space, then came up with the perfect design. The crew that did the install were on time, respectful and very pleasant. They did a great job. I am very happy with how it came out and I highly recommend this company! read more

West Valley Garage Cabinets - 9ft high 16ft long garage cabinets - Cabinetry Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

About 6 months ago Bruce from West Valley supplied me a quote on my garage cabinets and I was impressed with Bruce so I signed a contract with them. after 3-4 months most of my doors began falling off. To me it looks like the cheap hardware that was used to hold the doors was the reason. Bruce came out and viewed my doors he came to the conclusion that all doors need to be replaced. Two weeks later all my doors were replaced. then this last weekend (12-10-22) I opened one of my cabinets and the door fell off. My opinion it appears the cheap hardware and small screws is the reason it pulls out of the wood. I reached out to WSest Valley and they said they will replace which is great, but the the price I paid I should not have to keep replacing doors. My suggestion is use better materials and hardware, then this issue will not happen again. read more

These guys are a true GEM in the valley. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations at every step. When I called to schedule a quote I spoke to PJ who was extremely knowledgeable and clear about how their process would work. Bruce came out and did my quote the next day. The most impressive part of the quoting process was how imaginative Bruce was in helping me design the cabinets, work bench, storage racks, and placement etc. He was patient, thoughtful and it was clear he has been doing this at a high level for many years. I also had a butcher block I was using in my home office that I wanted to use as the work bench and he offered to take it and cut it to match the length of the cabinets! Lastly, when install day came (about 1 week after I accepted the quote) their tech Jerry arrived to do the job and WOW was he incredible. He walked through the plans that Bruce provided him to make sure I fully understood where everything would be installed, measured again and gave me some additional advice and recommendations, then he went to town on building and installing some of the nicest garage cabinets i've ever seen. The quality of work, value, craftsmanship, and the HEART of this company is evident in everything they do and me and my wife couldn't be happier with their service and our experience working with them. More companies in the Valley should emulate what PJ, Bruce, and their team have done with WVGC. read more

Don't hesitate to hire this company! They are great. This was the second time i had used them, this time for a larger job and they installed everything correctly, everything was measured perfectly and gave me a choice of finishes. And their turnaround was very quick. They build the cabs before they come to install them in your home. The guy measuring was very professional, accurate and nice and knew his materials very well, and the installer was also very professional and hard working. I wish all companies were as professional. read more

We used this company for garage cabinets and I will say that my husband and I were both blown away by the amazing customer service. Jim did our estimate and he was super friendly and professional. He took his time to make sure his measurements were accurate and what we really appreciated was that he was honest and didn't pressure us at all. This is what ultimately drove us to the decision of using this company. Within 4 days, our beautiful garage cabinets were installed. The guys who came out to do the install were also very friendly and did a great job. This wasn't their first rodeo. They had it done pretty fast. They took the time to explain the do's and don't of maintenance and care for our new cabinets. The customer service you get from this company is unmatched. You don't see this kind of service unfortunately anywhere else. They will be highly recommended by us and we plan on using them for epoxy flooring next and more cabinets in the garage. read more

They built and installed custom fit cabinets in our laundry room and did a great job. Price was reasonable as well.

As we went from 3500 sq-ft with full basement in VA to 2200 sq-ft in AZ we downsized a lot. However, not enough. Adding garage cabinets became a necessity. We could not be happier with the work done by WVGC. The owner (PJ) came out and helped us plan the project which also included laundry room cabinets and sink. He gave us a date and the installation crew was there on time and did a very professional job. Of all the additions to our new house (landscaping, drapes, etc.) I think this is the highest value addition. read more

I had this company out for an estimate and the owner showed up promptly and was very courteous! He worked out the estimate with me at my kitchen table we agreed to the price and installation date and he advised that he would send me a hard copy shortly. I really liked him. Now to the negative. After receiving the email estimate invoice, I noted that there were some cabinets missing in the hand drawing and the estimate increased by several hundred dollars. I know material prices are on the rise so I wrote him an email to make sure it included all the cabinets and questioned if the figures were correct. He did not respond. No problem, the guy is busy with all these five star reviews. I followed up with a couple voicemails; taking the blame on myself that maybe I misunderstood something and could someone please call to clear things up be fore the install on July 12. No response. I felt like I tried my very best to give this company my understanding and my business but was not confident that they were even going to show up so I wrote yet another email stating that I wish communication was better but that I am compelled to use a different company at this point. . . Never a response and they obviously didn't show up on the 12th. I ended up using Quick Response Garage cabinets. The sales guy was a bit weird but the installers were awesome. I got more cabinets including drawers in some of the lowers and nicer hardware for almost $1000 cheaper than West Valley quoted me. I still feel ghosted but am very happy for the unprofessional treatment of West Valley Garage leading me to Quick Response... Who I highly recommend!!! read more

I'm a repeat customer with a decent experience first time. Second time not as good as the installer left the cabinets with glue stuck on the faces and saw dust on the sides and inside the cabinets. The installer should have done a thorough cleaning before the final sign-off. The cabinets were installed correctly and level so that part ok. As a face for the company the installer needs to be detailed with the finish product. read more
