I own a business that (up to now) buys often from the store. I placed an order for this oil (15W40…read moreDelvac) and ask them to price match a competitor for $18.59/gal. When it arrived I noticed I was charged $19.99/gal. I called in and talk to the manager. He said there is absolutely no way they can price match for this amount. I mentioned online at this very 2nd that store had the same product listed on sale for $14.99/gal. He acknowledged that it was on sale, and still refused to adjust the pricing for my business. So even though I may spend thousands of dollars each month with them, would he saying is he is willing to sell cheaper to someone off the street than to a business that provides them regular business. So what is the reason for having a business account set up with him anyway?!? This store is a joke. :-(

Keith actually helped me figure that out as well as he helped locate the starter and assisted in trying to help hit the starter to get it started. It didn't work but he helped me locate a towing company so I could have my car towed to the shop. He was friendly and patient the whole time and went above what his job even entailed. I would highly recommend this place and the battery that I had bought previously 4 months earlier was still holding and keeping a charge perfectly fine.

I get there the next day and say they "might not be able to take it because of the lead". He goes back and talks to the owner who says he will give me $.05 a pound.
