Carolyn greeted me and was very meticulous in taking down my concerns about the computer. Two days later I went to pick my computer up and due to its age, it's time to for me to replace it. Jeremy Rohde was our Tuff Techie who came to our home to fix my laptop. My laptop wouldn't find our wifi connection. It was driving me crazy. Jeremy came out and agreed it was a peculiar situation. He was able to get onto the net with my laptop another way and find that there were drivers in my computer that needed to be updated, but without the internet, that couldn't happen. Once Jeremy got those updates on my computer it was up and running. If you need tech help, give Tuff Techies a try. They're excellent at figuring out the problems and getting you up and running again quickly, at a very reasonable price. The customer service was excellent from the first call to completed job. My brother took his phone in on 3/13/25 they said it would take an hour or so to fix and they would call my phone once it was done. No call came, my brother went into the store before they closed and was told the phone still wasn't ready, he called again right before 5 and was told it still wasn't done but that the person working on the phone was going to stay until after closing to make sure the phone was repaired it should be done by around 5:30... My brother went into the store at 5:30 and the phone still was not done, they said they would have it ready the following morning... My brother drove in to go check on his phone and the store is closed on a Friday before noon due to weather. Roads are fine now it's plenty warmed up many businesses have opened up. There's no contact number that they gave him. He did stress to them that he needs his phone for work. After a lot of jumping through hoops trying to get a hold of someone, finally we were able to get a hold of Kyle who I believe is the owner, he was so wonderful about everything and told us the he went in regardless of the closure to fix my brother's phone himself, got it working and admitted he may have dropped the ball in reaching out to get a hold of someone to get my brother's phone back to him. However that is all squared away and he is meeting my brother at the store to return his phone. I just want to give our sincere gratitude to Kyle, for his workmanship and dedication to his customers.
