Jeremy Rohde was our Tuff Techie who came to our home to fix my laptop. My laptop wouldn't find our wifi connection. It was driving me crazy. Jeremy came out and agreed it was a peculiar situation. He was able to get onto the net with my laptop another way and find that there were drivers in my computer that needed to be updated, but without the internet, that couldn't happen. Once Jeremy got those updates on my computer it was up and running. If you need tech help, give Tuff Techies a try. They're excellent at figuring out the problems and getting you up and running again quickly, at a very reasonable price. The customer service was excellent from the first call to completed job.
