Had one of those unsolvable problems after wanting to kick my computer across the room i called tri city where my dad went to previously and had good work and asked for some help over the phone i got some advice and pointed in the right way which would solve any basic persons problem i said thanks and went about trying to solve my issue after 10-15 more minutes i called back and said hey how much would it cost to have you solve the problem he said table times 35 and could run up to 175 if i do it for you but since your trying to do it why dont u come down pay the 35 and ill help you out and you could learn as well it sounded better than kicking my computer through the wall so i drove down and proceeded to spend the next 4-5 hours learning and chatting trying to solve my nightmare problem since he couldnt solve it i was offered no charge i insisted there was no way so ended up settling on the 35 originally quoted and had a great time while i was there i observed how they handled customers and the work left by customers and im impressed a guy came in with some questions just like me "far simpler problem lol" fixed thier pc at no cost quickly and straight to the point leaving the guys pc in better shape than it arrived in less than 3 minutes Overall rating Service 10/10 Knowledge 9/10 Pricing 10/10 Speed 10/10 Definately would return read more

I was having problems with my computer scrolling etc. I called Greg. His voice mail suggested texting him which I did, asking when he was going to be at the shop. He gave me a time, and was there when I got there. He went to work on my laptop right away, diagnosed the problems, fixed it, and answered several other questions I had without seeming in a big hurry to get me out the door. My laptop had a problem with the HDMI port and touchpad. I came in today and Don helped test and inspect both of them. After taking a look, he told me that the best solution for the HDMI was to send it back to the manufacturer under warranty. On the bright side, my touchpad works again (thank you). Great Service. Greg could not do anything with my old computer with Windows 10. He had a rebuilt HP computer with Windows11 that met my needs. He transferred all the data from my old hard drive, and I was up and running the next day with no problems. Pricing was reasonable and save me from having to buy a new computer. read more
