When I first walked in, Mike immediately discovered that my charging cord was damaged and recommended that I simply replace it, which I did. About a week later, my phone stopped charging through the port again, although it would still charge on the magnetic charger. I was worried that the charging port itself might need to be replaced. I called Nerdy Neighbor, and Mike told me to come in when he was working because he already knew the history of my phone. He also asked me to bring everything I normally use to charge it, including my charging stand. When I came back, Mike quickly discovered another tiny rock lodged inside my charging port! He removed it immediately, got everything working again, and didn't charge me a dime. I truly appreciate Mike's honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Another thing I really like about Nerdy Neighbor is that if they can't answer when you call, they return your call within just a minute or two. We took a picture of it and the description of it and asked for his opinion. He told us we had selected a very good computer that would last us many years. We brought the new computer to Al and he transferred our info from the old computer and had us test it out before we took it home. After that, we discovered our printer was too slow for our new computer. Again, we talked with Al. We found a good printer and Al hooked it up for us and made sure we were happy.
