I thought it would be easy but I stopped at two stores and was told they couldn't help me and that I had to contact customer service. When it came to choosing a phone, Ed truly listened and figured out what phone was best vs going straight for the most expensive!! Also took the time to transfer everything over for me. I came here on vacation a year ago and saw Justin when my phone broke. He spent all day helping me get my iCloud swapped over to my new phone which even Apple couldn't figure out what was wrong. He was so patient and nice so when my screen protector cracked and I went to my local store at home, they were NOT helpful. But once again I came down here to visit and went to see Justin, not only was he still there, he once again was the hero of the day. Outstanding customer service. Go there and ask for him. Warren was awesome ! He was super patient with my mother who is in her 80's. I drove in from California last Friday , picked up my mom and went straight here since she was having major issues on her phone. .l have no idea about Android phones so I can't help her . Dominic first assisted us and he also was patient and friendly but my mom has an older phone so Warren, the manager, came over to help . I'm so glad he took the time to talk with us and explain to my mom what was causing the issues. Basically , in a very nice way he told her it was operator error. Those are my words , but she was just pushing banner ads etc and causing havoc on her phone . Warren cleaned up the phone and made it easier for her to call and text people etc . He was so kind and thoughtful and repeated himself several times so she was able to fully understand what he was saying . What a nice gentleman. After being with at&t for almost 2 years I'm switching back to Verizon due to the disrespectful behavior and blatantly being lied to not by just associates but also by a store manager. This location is full of liars and I refuse to deal with liars. You should recheck who you employ with your name. I thought my lack of knowledge on new phones would be a problem but Justin made me feel comfortable and didn't push me to the most expensive option. I initially went there with the intent to buy a newer version of my current iPhone now. However, I had some second thoughts and I didn't want to spend 1k on a phone. Justin -Manager, helped me, & he was very polite and I let him know that I was in limbo and wasn't sure what to do. He let me know that I should just wait, since, there is probably a newer version of iPhone the next month. So we ended up filing a claim and I ended up saving some money. Went in to add my husband to my line. I was quoted $197 dollars for the both of us including new phone and unlimited data. Well Katie the employee who helped us told us our monthly bill would be $197. Couple months down the road, our monthly bill came out to be $233 dollars. Katie misinformed us and we were expecting one the $197 not the $233. I am not pleased with this AT&T. They need to be better prepared and actually inform their customers on actual information instead of lies. read more

Since it appears that no one has reviewed this place in a while, let me give y'all an update on the current service standards. I went in yesterday to get a new sim put in to my device since I had just started my service with them over the weekend. As the employee is pulling the sim tray out on my excellent condition Samsung S7 Edge, he breaks it. I figured that since he broke it he would just say "hey sorry, I can find a quick replacement for that, just give me a second". Instead, the employee decided to be condescending and tell me that the only thing they could do to help me is sell me a new phone. Luckily, I live nearby a different AT&T authorized retailer and they just went in the back and got a new part for me, just like that. It's weird how easily minor problems can be resolved when people actually care about their reputation and the reputation of the store they represent. read more

AT&T advertises that they cover 99% that Verizon does, so "they are just as good as Verizon!" Well, that 1% must all be In North Eastern Arizona because we just got back from a week long vacation in the mountains and we were the only people who did not have service. All the Verizon customers had service but AT&T customers were ALL out of luck. AT&T does NOT cover 99% that Verizon does. I am switching to Verizon tomorrow! Do not bother getting AT&T! The service we had her today was the best I have ever had at any other AT&T corporate store. The Rep Jeremiah Wilsery was very helpful took his time and done a out standing job. I will be upgrading to a new phone soon and he will be the one I see. The person working with him was also very outgoing and helpful.. If you ever need to do anything with AT&T high recommend go to this store.. Trust me I hate dealing with the metro store I was going to before. read more

Beware of AT&T, as of March 2019 they have owed me a deposit of 500.00 for phones I purchased a year before, payment always on time right from my account every month when it came time for my deposit they meaning 10 diff times I updated new address NOBODY could get it right everyone gave me to every diff department nobody knows anything now they said we mailed your deposit, this was 3 months ago I have called at least once a week (its in the mail) they say now all of a sudden a month ago its in the mail AGAIN gave me a reference # that don't mean anything I would never trust this company EVER I am still waiting I stopped my service now they want to take from my deposit to pay last bill this was something that should have been returned to me over 5 months ago this is their problem they are thieves DONT EVER GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT BACK and nobody knows anything here Kelly Shilts !!! read more

Wow! The the customer service, quality, efficiency, all around experience is beyond high end quality. I walked in and was treated like I was the most inportant customer in room. Every time someone came in they were greeted and treated exceptional. The reps listned and addressed my concerns, were knowledgeable and helped me get the best plan and products.
