Verizon suspended my cellular service because I cancelled wireless internet service after 30 plus frustrating days trying to get it to work properly. Verizon has demanded that I pay $800 for wireless internet "perks", most of which I DID NOT USE in order to restore my cellular phone service that was NOT delinquent. A trip to the Verizon store was useless. Staff could not even connect me with someone who could help me. My phone is disconnected and nobody at Verizon finance will help me until I pay $800. We came in here today to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and had an amazing experience! We came in on a Friday right at open time, and we were seen right away. The process to switch was so easy, and all of our options were explained more than once to make sure that we understood. The added benefits that they have for switching to Verizon and being on their service in general is amazing compared to T-Mobile. The only downside is the phones that my sister and I wanted were not in stock, so they have to be shipped to our house. Yeah, don't ever go to this location. Went yesterday to just buy a few accessories for my phone and it turned into almost an hour of my wasted time and I ended up leaving with nothing. Every single worker was awful that I had an experience with, especially Alex! At one point our conversation got heated and she began raising her voice at me and I was not having that. Also, pretty positive she put my items in the pickup lockers with no intent of me being able to get them out, which ultimately why I left. Paid for items online for a in store pickup...while I was standing in store willing to just pay for the items and leave. They gave me the run around and were very rude and condescending. I like the IDEA but not the actual experience of having Verizon. 5G cellular service, whole-home internet service, what's not to love? Let me tell you. My home is only a mile from the nearest cell tower, but I get zero signal inside my home. I have to use my cox internet to make a cell phone call! Then Verizon suckered me into trying their whole-home internet service because that would "fix the problem of no signal in the house" (how, exactly, you ask? I asked the same!) and of course because there is no signal it did not work, and now I'm still fighting with them to get my money back. I still use them for cellular service when I'm away from home because I don't have much choice. Perhaps in huge cities Verizon is great because they concentrate their services there, but for smaller cities it still appears to be a grab bag. read more

The customer service here is very bad. They don't try to help you or solve your problem. They just send you to their call center. And the service at the call center isn't always great either. Arrowhead Verizon Store visit. I recently went in to add a line and get a new phone for me and transfer my old (iPhone 15) to my son on the same account. Daisy helped us so much! She explained everything as she went through the process and got me on the best plan for my situation! She saved me money, switched the phones and added the new line for my daughter (in-law) making everything work seamlessly! Caleb, the store manager, convinced me to switch from a personal to a business account, telling my I'd save a few bucks a month. Why not, right? Well I get the bill and it's more than double what I was paying before. Looking into it, he didn't transfer over my previous trade in credit, which was not disclosed to me. He also didn't disclose that the fees and surcharges for the business account would be much higher than what I was paying on the personal. He also added a third line to our account "to transfer the service over" but didn't disclose that I'd be charged a monthly fee for this dummy line that goes nowhere. Now I'm not one to resort to reviews, preferring so solve this face to face, but since this happened he's been avoiding my calls and texts. I even went into the store physically and was told he was moved to another store. Can't get through on the Verizon customer service line either because the verification won't go through and apparently there is no way around this. Extremely frustrated and wishing I'd never walked into the store. Exceptionally poor service after the fact. Either he doesn't know what he's doing or he intentionally swindled me. read more

This store is horrible, there was a young lady that messed up my trade in. Only gave me a 345 credit instead of a 1000. She had a nasty look on her face when I walked back into the store to a show her what she did and didn't want to help. Eventually she called customer service talked to them for a minute and handed me the phone saying they would fix it. Was told my the rep they did until I received my bill. Went from 250 to 530. You will be loosing me as a customer. You really need to fire people that do this to your customers!! read more

First of all, don't ever come here. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. Patrick was our Verizon rep and he was utterly inappropriate and had such a foul mouth. He tried to make a quick sale off my grandma and then rushed her out the door when all of her information wasn't transferred. We acknowledged the fact that all her data wasn't transferred and asked what he could do. Patrick told us to go to our closest Verizon store in that they would transfer the rest of the data for us. Such a horrible experience. We went to our nearest Verizon store at 10249 Grand Ave. Where customer service was more than exceptional. Unfortunately in order to get the rest of my grandma's data they would've had to completely reset the phone and charge a setup $35. read more

Well what can I say? This is going to be a mixed review. A three star rating is fair and is an honest overall assessment of product and service. We needed a wireless hotspot for our RV because the RV park where we are staying does not provide Internet service. For five days straight days we were busy making phone calls to other service providers (to clarify, we had not yet called Verizon) to get information on temporary Internet service. None of these service providers had the courtesy to even call back. Then, we were referred to Verizon. We arrived at this location and upon checking in were informed that our wait time would be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. It would not have taken as long if we had made an appointment but we were unaware of that service.. We asked if they could take our phone number and give us a courtesy page when our name was ready to be called and they said they could not provide that service. They said that if we were not in the store when our name was called we would have to go back to the end of the queue and wait another hour to an hour and a half. So we were held hostage for 90 minutes until our name was called. He had no other option. He invited us to look around the store at their products. There is only so much time that you can walk around and look at products. They only had one wooden bench where customers could sit while they were waiting, so most everyone milled and moped around during their excruciatingly long wait. While waiting, we watched one of the managers (I don't know his name but he had a beard) interact with customers who came in the front door. He was pleasant, concerned with their issue and helpful. There was one encounter with a particularly cantankerous lady who was very loud and demanding. The encounter was exasperating to say the least, however he never lost his cool and remain polite throughout the 20 minute encounter. When it came our turn, we were directed to a representative by the name of Cam. He immediately apologized for our wait and thanked us for our patience. We told him what we wanted and he showed us two devices that would take care of our issue. He explained the costs and the capability of each. He was polite, engaging and gave us information in a way that was easy to understand. We made the purchase, returned to our RV and it worked exactly as Cam had promised. Cudos to the manager with the beard and Cam for their positive customer service. As to the company, there are some reevaluations to make on procedure for sure. read more

I wouldn't recommend switching to Verizon. Nothing but problems. They have a huge miscommunication (lying) problem between their sales representatives and people who work on the corporate side. The sales Reps will literally say anything they can to make a deal and sell you some new plan or phone. The promises they make are not honored by corporate. Ive been with Verizon for 11 years and have changed my plan with them maybe 16 times. 4 times this year alone. I've never once asked or wanted to change my plan, they just find ways to make plan changes and then charge you more for it. the last sales rep convinced me it would be faster to mail the new phone out as it would be here next day. i guess I'm the idiot for believing they would actually do that, it's now saying a week before the phone will arrive. but don't worry! they will blame the the sales representatives and tell me it was all his fault and he lied, not the "company" read more

I normally don't write bad reviews but today I had no choice, I came in to this Verizon store to return equipment (Home Internet) and cancel just the home Internet portion of it and the Store Manager greeted me very rudely saying if I didn't have an appointment I had to come back tomorrow cause he wasn't going to stay there past closing time cause he has a family he wants to go to, granted it was 6pm and they close at 7pm. On Saturday I made the switch from T-mobile back to Verizon. Worked with Verizon customer service over the phone to set up the new accounts. They advised me to go to this store to trade in my old phones for an $800 credit per phone, and pick up my new ones. When I arrived, I was told that they were too busy to handle the trade in and would not help me. They handed me a bag with the new phones in it, and I had to make an appointment to come back on Tuesday to do the trade-in It's now Tuesday, I'm sitting on the phone with Verizon customer service outside the store. When I brought back the phones I was told that a different deal was applied to the account (not the 800 per phone promised) and the trade ins would be processed for a total credit of 350. The deal applied plus the $350 ends up giving me a credit of about $250 less than what I was initially promised. Now I've been on the phone with customer service for about 20 minutes and am still waiting for a resolution. Had this store actually done their job and assisted me when I was here on Saturday, we wouldn't have this problem. I've now been at the store for an hour. They weren't able to correct the issue over the phone. Had to go back in the store. They were able to correct one phone, but not the other. They're going to call me tomorrow to finish the trade in. I wish I could rate this excuse of a store zero stars. They are scammers!! I recently went in to buy the new iPhone 14 Pro they said there wasn't any in stock so I would have to order it. I did so and they sent it to my home. They did not require a signature for the package mind your it's a phone that cost over $1000. Exactly 5 minutes after this was delivered a person came up and stole the box right off my front porch. I called in to get this handled they told me they were going to start up a ticket and process a new phone being sent out. I requested it be in store pick up. They assured me that a new phone would be sent out in a week. Being that I never received any confirmation email or phone call. I reached back out to customer service who had absolutely no notes on any of the conversation about me getting a new phone. I hung up with them and called into the store again to speak to a manager. I then got a familiar voice that answered and sounded just like the lady I spoke with on Friday when I called about phone being stolen. She all of a sudden got me a refund and said that since I didn't want that refund we can go ahead and get a new phone ordered now and sent to me. I specifically said there was no way I trusted that and I needed in ayote pick up. She stated that was not an option but suggested I could place order pay and then call fed ex once I receive the tracking my number to tell them to hold my phone. Mean while I'm receiving texts every 2 hours stating that my account is past due and the most recent message was to inform me if I don't want any service interruptions to pay the remaining balance. I have never had such terrible service from a phone company in my life. I have now waisted 5 plus hours trying to resolve an issue that I hadn't created to begin with. 5 hours of time I should be focusing on running my own company to ensure my customers never get this same treatment because it is absolutely unacceptable.
