I really love that Target does giveaways in the app and in store now. I went over the weekend and got the diaper goodies because my sister is pregnant. It was actually really fun, when you walk up to the little stand, the girl gave us a lot of facts about diapers and they were promoting the new pampers diaper. Then they had us answer some trivia questions and we got free diapers and wipes! Super fun way to advertise and great for expecting moms. read more

I came to This target today 5/26/2026 because it's the nearest one by my home, I usually never have issues but today I was very disappointed!! They had a signed at the front entrance as you enter Target saying "hello summer" all dresses 30 percent off , so I found two dresses I liked went to go pay and it wasn't at all, so I asked the cashier about it which was at cash register number 3 and get respond was "I don't know do you want it or not " but in a rude response!! I calked the store wanting to speak to a manger and the phờ is just ringing and ringing !!! First of all they should've never place and advertise add if it's but in sale, second they need to re-train their employees!!! In the world of online it's hard to remember that I worked in this target and where the food department is now was my electronics and cd department. So here's the review. When did target staff become rude and not care about hitting a customer with a Uboat? When selecting online orders? When did we lose manners like excuse me instead of move or pushing? Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I bought a coffee maker with the service plan. As I looked in the bag at home, I realize that I bought the wrong one. Without ever opening the item, and within 24 hours of purchase, I returned the coffee maker for a refund, but Target refused to give me a refund on the service plan. They promised me they would once the item was returned, but then "Jose" in customer service reneged on the deal and basically told me "tough luck". We needed to grab a few Christmas gifts and do a little shopping. Target is always the place where I go I'm there for 2 things and before I know it I'm checking out with $200 worth of stuff I didn't know I needed in my cart. Kudos to Targets marketing and merchandising lol they do their job very well. At this location it has always been clean and I find everything I need plus more with no issues. I did have to return 2 pairs of pants for my daughter and the employee actually told me they price matched their prices. I had no idea I paid $4 more than I should have for each pair. He asked for my credit card and credited $15 back for the things I bought. I appreciate that so much when someone takes the time to educate me so I know for the future. We all love Target and the family enjoys shopping for our items in a nice clean organized store. Unlike some other stores that have a different vibe shall we say. We will be back in I'm sure this week to do some more Christmas shopping at TarJayyy ;) read more

Customer service SUCKS at this target - not basing this from just tonight's experience because it unfortunately is NOT the first bad experience I have had at this location. Went into Target today to make an exchange and do some shopping with my 4 year old. We do the exchange and my daughter asks to go to the restroom - the restrooms were being cleaned (8:45pmish) another employee tells me to go to the restroom by the pharmacy. I'm very pregnant so I waddle with my 4 year old who needs to go. We wait 10 min outside the bathroom, knock - no one answers but the light is on. We walk back to the front and I ask the employee if he is almost done because he was blocking the bathroom with a cart - he says no and continues to tell me to go to the pharmacy after I explain we had been waiting 10min. I don't make a scene walk back to the pharmacy praying whoever was in there is out and of course, not. 9:05pm at this time, we wait AGAIN and nothing. I see the original employee who told me about the pharmacy restroom and ask her if she can ask if the bathroom is clean now, she's explaining pregnant women with a little girl and all the boy has to say is "no it's not clean". At this point my daughter was about to have an accident on their floor. We are walking out without using the restroom and a woman is walking in asking about the restrooms, manager tells her to go to the pharmacy and I tell her "Goodluck" - after 30 min of my daughter holding her urine no one was able to help with the pharmacy bathroom or clean a stall in the woman's bathroom. Hadn't been to target in over 2 months because my last experience was horrible with a Cat & Jack return, to say the least won't be going back. So over their customer service! read more

I'm Doing exchange and return over 7 years with no problem in any target location, this is the first time they gave me an excuse why i can't do exchang. One of the reason I'm buying in target it's because the exchange and return policy and Never had any problem. A guy name Alec with long hair who suppose to be the "manager" have such a bad attitude and bad costumer service! Very rude very aggressive not nice not polite apathetic and angry looks liked he has some issues not sure how a person like him works with people and not sure how aggressive person like him become a "manager". Target is okay. Generally speaking they have what we need at competitive prices. My only complaint is that they seem run out of stuff a fair amount. So you end up needing to go in more than once or ordering online. I would recommend that everyone comparison shops as prices between the brick and mortar retailers and Amazon change a lot. Especially if you are buying something larger it is worth the time to check. read more

This is the Target I visit whenever I need to by hygiene stuff or movies or popcorn or whitey tighties, or whatever! It's the closes one to me. The location is always clean, organised, well kept, and the workers are always friendly, helpful and overall decent to deal with. The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots to park, I wish they had more trees for shade though. The restroom was always clean, well kept, with plenty of high quality toilet paper. The toilet is of quality here, much more powerful than a common house toilet. If not on guard you could lose a leg to it. You could easily triple flush with these toilets. Overall a great Target, and I always have a great experience when I visit here. They have a good toy section too. read more

After Thanksgiving Midnight Madness Sale! (6 pm-12 midnight Thanksgiving Day) I have never done after Thanksgiving sales so I thought it was high time I just bit the bullet and witness it for myself. PROPS: Friendly and Patient Store Clerks Organized Traffic Flow Good prices on big ticket items: Big screen TVs, electronics, toys Giant hug bears for $10. CONS: For small items buyers like me (Bath Towels for $2), the Disneyland long lines were not worthwhile. Parking Lot was crazy crowded. It made me shudder to consider Walmart's looked like. Clothing sale prices were not exciting. Next year, unless I have electronics or big ticket items, I am probably going to skip Target. read more

While checking out yesterday 06/14/18 a second employee came over after hearing me ask the cashier why a pair of sandals did not ring up on sale. I explained that I found the sandals in the clearance section, that there was a row of them, and that there was a sign that said, "30% off Ticketed items are as marked. Non-ticketed item prices will ring at register." The actual cashier was a female named Mariah, the second person who came over was a male (I did not get his name as I was extremely taken back by the experience.) He had a reddish orange faux hawk style, glasses and a beard. He told me that the sandals were full price, I explained that they were in the clearance section, to which he responded that they were full price again. So I went back over to the clearance section, and took a picture of the clearance section to show there were multiple pairs of the sandals and what the sign said. I showed her the picture and tried to show him the picture. He responded this time by saying, "I'll do it for you this once but next time if it's not tagged its not on sale." I explained very calmly that he should change the sing so that it does not mislead people, to which he replied, "Would you like me to take off the discount?! If you don't want the discount I can just take it off." Still trying to remain calm, I explained that it has to do with it being in the clearance section with a sign that states something which he is contradicting. I then asked for a manager. The next person I spoke to seemed to understand that it could be seen as misleading. I paid, told Mariah thank you for her help and patients, shook the second gentleman's hand who I was led to believe was a manager, although his name tag did not say manager, and left. I did try to call customer service on my way out of the store but the corporate office was already closed as it was 7:57 AZ time. I felt very humiliated by the way that your male employee spoke to me, I was at no point rude, nor did I raise my voice. I had my ten year old son with me who witnessed this incident and on our way out he told me he was sorry that the guy spoke to me like that. I plan on taking another trip to the store to verify the employees name and will follow up with it once I have it. read more

Target it one of the big retailers in the US. They have cloths, electrics, food, household items and more. You can find just about anything here. There iconic red can be seen all throughout the store. Prices are comparable with other retailers and they offer good deals. Just recently they had a deal to buy the new Google Pixel XL 2 where you would get a $300 credit over two years for the phone and you get a $250 target gift card. Was a pretty sweet deal that could not be passed up. When trying to use the target gift card we did run into an issue. Apparently their systems for accepting gift cards was all messed up and we were not able to use it right then. After calling their support we leaned that because of their system issue the gift card needed to be added to the app in order to use it. This was a work around and we were finally able to use the gift card. The target app seems to gives the wrong aisle on the search page so you have to go into the product page to see the aisle for your selected store. Even with some of these issue I still like target. Who knows, maybe Amazon will buy them out. read more

Man do I love Target. I love Target so much that I wish they'd stop raising my credit limit because I could literally find a million things to buy every single time I come. I go in for toilet paper and end up with $300 worth of everything else. I like this location because it's usually pretty organized and I know the layout by heart since I lived close by for years. My older kids love that they can sit in the snack area and eat while I walk every aisle for my sanity and time to myself. I only wish that their employees acknowledge you once in a while especially when they walk right by you when you're looking for something you may need help with. The "gentleman" working the self checkout, a course in customer service would've serve you greatly. While checking out the books we rang up did not price correctly. After finally getting his attention his response was "well you can look them all up on your own" then made comments under his breath and was incredibly rude. Crissy saved the day correcting the price while he sulked behind the counter. We will not be returning but like I said crissy handled the situation with grace. read more

My favorite Target store in the area. I prefer this store because of its cleanliness and customer service. The store is always clean and organized which makes shopping even more enjoyable. If I can't find something on the sales floor, a helpful store representative is never too far away to make sure he or she finds what I need. The customer service is exceptional at this location. The managers don't act as though they are above helping to find a product; the customer service is just amazing at this store. The pharmacy is very helpful in finding items and answering questions. The optical center has a nice selection of stylish and affordable glasses. The checkout clerks are always friendly and ready to help get me out without too much of a wait. I needed to find a pair of pajamas for an event tonight and ended up here. This is not the most convenient Target for me but over the years I have found it to be the neatest and best stocked of the stores I can reasonably drive to. I started out to just pick up a couple of things and almost did not get a cart then realized that would be dumb as I knew I would wander a bit. I ended up with 4 items total. It had been a while since I had been in this store, when I first got my apartment it seemed like I was here every week, and I found everything still neat and well stocked. In spite of the city of Glendale making "improvements" on Northern there appeared to be the normal amount of customers late on a Thursday. When the cashier line all of a sudden got long two managers opened up registers to clear the line. I go to Target when I want to get stuff that is a step up from what Walmart carries. That may be only a perception on my part as I know they are considered direct competitors in the same market. This one gets a 4 not because Target is a great shopping destination but because this particular location has continued to a better than average Target in terms of the shopping experience. read more

I love this Target... probably because u am so close to it. This Target is clean inside and well organized. They have well stocked clearance each day. Be mindful to double check when your items are being rang up. (Some times the prices are different). Before they remodeled things were a little out of order. Recently they added the grocery area which is awesome! They have a lot of items stocked as well as a few lower prices than at the grocery store. Inside also is a Chase atm... They sold me a bogus prepaid phone card. The receipt said it might take up to 3 hours to activate. When I tried to load it 4 hours later, the error message said "card is invalid". Because my bill was due the next day, I had to go elsewhere and buy another card. The reason I have prepaid service is because I don't have a whole lot to spend on monthly cell bills. I tried online chat on the website being that it was already past 10pm my time when I tried to reach out, but all they did online was give me a Target customer service phone number to call. So I tweeted them to see if I could go in that direction. Nope, they gave me the same phone number to call. So I call the next morning, and their customer service line tells me, "We can't help you". I'm getting no where with them so I contact my phone carrier. They tell me the store never activated the card. Since I was able to verify some numbers, my carrier loaded the balance onto my account. But there you have it...Target sold me a bogus phone card and would not do anything about it. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this specific target. I am a couponer & I know Target rules. I came in on a Sunday I was going to make a purchase 8 bottles of Clorox I had no coupons for this I was buying this to give as a donation to a charity. Paying full price! No sale no coupons no cartwheel nothing! And the cashier says you can only buy 4 items of the same product per day per household I said I know that's how it works with coupons but I am not using coupons I am paying full price for these and she said I'm sorry but that's just the way it is she called the manager over in the manager said you can only purchase 4 items of the same product. And I responded with I know that's what target store say when Customers are using coupons but I am not are you telling me that if I had 6 kids I couldn't buy 6 bags of chips in one day because your limit is 4 and she said I'm sorry but that is correct. This is ridiculous. Truly disappointed! I used to drive here from Estrella pkwy but I'll just stick to a different target. read more

If there was a option to put negative stars I would. My wife had bought beats ear buds and the ear buds weren't sounding right so we took them back to get our money back. The girl in costumer service would not taking cause the serial number did not match the box, like how are we suppose to know if they match without opening the box?!! So we talked to Alexander the working manager, and in my 36 years of life I've never felt so discriminated. He was accusing us changing the ear buds with other ones and wouldn't make the return that there was nothing he can do. He said call corporate, so we called corporate and they said that they couldn't do anything to deal with the customer service at the store. So we were driving back and forward to the store trying resolve this issue. So if anyone buys electronics at the store have them match the serial numbers before walking out. read more
