The place is totally air conditioned, no windows, has flat screen tv's and consoles, comfy chairs, what more could you ask for? However, since I have a life (is a life without gaming, really a life I want to live??), I can only make it in here sporadically. Don't even get me started on the customer service, which is hands down, the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced this side of the desert, including Las Vegas. Here we were, chatting up the shop clerk, when lo and behold I find me a copy of Vampire Hunter D. Now I know the game is kinda crappy, but I had to have it for my collection of rarities. Cheaper prices than on Amazon too. So far, this is the only store I know of that stays open so late for all of your gamez (yes, I said GAMEZ) needs.

Really pissed off how this was handled and I had to walk 2 blocks to find a shop when all along there was a bathroom right there.

Seller's beware. If you don't know your products really well you will get absolutely hosed here…read more They claim to use E-bay sold listings as their pricing point, but after selling them several items they raised the prices exponentially. Should have walked away, so no one but myself to blame, but don't fall for the friendly neighborhood store facade, it's cut-throat. No transparency on their offering whatsoever. They gave me basically a 32% offer on a lot of products easily worth 1000. Should have walked away, but I didn't, don't make my same mistake, sell it on E-bay, and buy what you are looking for on E-Bay, prices are better both ways.

This is only my third time here and one of my go to places to get puzzles -- they have a whole wall of them! They seem gently used most of them, the few puzzles I have purchased there have usually an extra odd piece that doesn't belong or maybe 1-2 pieces missing -- which I think adds an extra challenge!! I think I noticed there was a deal for getting 3 puzzles but I can't recall what it is off the top of my head. Anyway, it was a bit more expensive for puzzles than the goodwill but I would say the quality is a bit better. I love a good community bookstore too -- this place is a gem and I hope people continue to support this place so they never go out of business!!
