I went in wanting to buy Battlefield V for $30.00. I found the game at this location for the full price of $60.00. I walked up to the girl at the counter and asked her if that was the real price and she said "Yup". I said "have a nice day, good luck selling Battlefield V at full price when literally everyone else is selling it for $30.00". I went to my car and pulled up walmart.com. Walmart.com has it for $30.00. I walked back in the store to see if they would price match. The overweight gentleman behind the counter informed me that they don't price match with their competition. I asked "who else would you price match with?" He stood firm on his terrible price. I said "good luck selling this liberal propaganda anyway". He proceeded to call me "trash" as I was leaving to spend my money elsewhere....... which is what I recommend you all do. This Gamestop is ripping people off. Don't visit this location placed a pickup order received a email saying it's ready sign on the door says they are temporary closed with female employee inside staring. Won't even pick up the phone, and when I do ask to bring out order that's been ready for 2 days states they can't. So if you are wondering they are closed even during regular business hours when they want. read more

Great Place to Purchase Games I always preorder games from game stop, I enjoy going in and looking at the selection of pre-owned games. I have never had a negative customer service issues, or damaged game (scratches/unplayable). The sales associates who work at Game Stop are knowledgeable and offer advice and suggestions and are willing to spend time answering any questions you might have. If you're a gamer you should give Gane Stop a try. read more

Very rude female employee at this location. Not sure if she assumed i lack knowledge of video games but the way she spoke to me felt like she took me as some ignorant girl who's never picked up a game in her life. I came in to return a game for my boyfriend and she inspected the disk then proceeded to put the disk in my face saying "do you see this?", she was showing the side of the disk with the art cover i responded with " are you supposed to be pointing at something?" ( which she wasn't pointing at anything just had the disk in my face). So she then pointed at part of the disk and stated "do you see the shiny part?" (The entire disk has like a shiny glare so i was confused, ALSO this isn't the side of the disk that gets read by the disk reader). But with whatever she saw she refused to take the return claiming "it was the game but it wasn't the game" (literally her words) she sold to my boyfriend. I would NOT recommend this location. Very disappointing customer service. One of the reasons i went digital with all my games to not have to deal with rude people like her. read more

Gotta give it to this location... Like the reviewer before me said Jason makes this place a stand out location. Some of the other guys there are ok but generally dont seem to care or have the same knowledge about the games and whats good bad or indifferent as jason does. Every time I go in I leave feel satisfied tho honestly and this location is always my number one go to spot. I have had friends who hate gamestops and come to this one and fall in love... I have two friends who will actually drive 20 miles out of their way to come here and pick up their stuff here because they like the quality of employees compared to the ones they seem to attract by their areas. This location is the primary place I purchase my games. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I will usually spend some time in there talking with them about upcoming games and speculation regarding the industry. They ask if you are looking to reserve any upcoming titles because it's part of their job, but I never feel the pressure from them that I usually do from other locations. The store is always clean when I go inside and they have a great selection of titles and merchandise. The chain gets a lot of flak because of their trade in values, but ultimately they are a for-profit business and are usually running a promotion that will increase the amount of $ you see from your merchandise. read more

Been going here for all my games and such and it's a great place with good employees! Why I give it 4 starts and not five is because I had pre-ordered Metroid: Sami's Returns and the Amiibos to come with it and they SOLD my pre-order. Sorry I had work on Friday-Sunday! I came Monday, 3 days after they released and the guy says "WELP. LOOKS LIKE YOU A LIL LATE, WE SOLD IT......wanna go 20 miles from here to get it?" I calmly said no thanks but deep on the inside I was mad pissed. Wasn't gonna bash this place with 1 star for that tho, it's honestly a great place. It just irritates me that they can sell your pre-order 3 days after the release. A week would've been more fair in my opinion. read more

Nice GameStop, cleaner than most. I was killing some time and stretching my legs since I was driving from Phoenix back to San Diego, so I thought maybe I would see a few prices on trade ins I was thinking of doing, you know, just for the info... So it really would have been great if the guy working there actually acknowledged me in the time I was in the store. He was on the phone when I came in, and not only did not look up then to acknowledge me (which when you work retail is like the number 2 rule), he did not say anything like "Hey, be with you in a sec!" in between answering phone calls. He did seem very knowledgable when he was talking to the other customers on the phone, but even when I waited near the counter for him to get off the phone, he hung up and immediately turned to do stock without even looking at me. I'd been considering buying a game, but after a total of ten minutes of being ignored I kind of lost interest, so I left.... And he never even turned around. read more
