Things really have changed since covid. I didn't realize how early they closed. They didn't have a lot of our girls sizes, but Chelsea offered to look in back and was able to find many items we needed. I would never have known they had anything in back. Usually if stores have it, it would be on the floor. I appreciate her going above and beyond offering to look for us. I also appreciate Balessa checking us out a few minutes after closing. I had no idea when they closed and wasn't paying attention to time. She was so friendly and wasn't pushy at all. We appreciated her so much. After checking out she took the time to order the items they did not carry in store online for us. I always have an excellent experience here. Always clean and organized as well.

Many of the images are modular and allow for tons of different combinations (i.e. hats for various animals/people, etc.) In addition, Kim herself is a significant figure in the rubber stamping community, having worked with various magazines and high-profile design teams. I've purchased both stamps and steel dies from Paper Smooches. Each of my orders have arrived very quickly and the products are all top-notch. Customer service if phenomenal when you have a need or a question. I've also worked with a retailer that carries PS products, and this retailer has had nothing but glowing reviews for the service she received. Even when she had needs at the very last minute, Paper Smooches came to the rescue. PS has a wonderful design team, so if you need ideas for how you use any of the products there are numerous ideas for each one available with the click of a mouse. I'm a very happy customer of Paper Smooches and plan to be one indefinitely. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I shop at the Safeway a lot because it is near my home and I can find maybe two or three different things that my other local grocery store Frys does not have. However the prices are ridiculous. I spent $120 for about a full weeks worth of groceries and then I stopped at Safeway to buy for things two twelve packs of sodas and my total was $64, literally two bags I spent over $60. I came back a couple days later for one full meal I repeat one for meal the main dish the two side dishes and the bread wonderful meal for four people $102 and I can show you guys the receipt it is absolutely out of this world how much they are charging at this location it could be every Safeway but it is not even a Whole Foods store. I can understand if you're shopping at AJ's or Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. But this Safeway is absolutely ridiculous on prices. I can buy an entire weeks worth of food plus snacks plus meals for the kids school lunches for under $200 yet here $100 will only last me for one meal one meal it's absolutely insane. Anyway the point of me writing this review is because they sell my favorite type of dessert and usually I always check the expiration date I have never had a problem with that before on this particular pudding. Of course the one time I don't check the date I end up buying a four pack that expired a month ago that's right an entire month ago. I go home I put it in the fridge the next day I am the only one who ate one then the following day I have the worst food poisoning ever. I know I couldn't figure out what I had eaten that would make me so sick. Specifically since my entire family was fine we all ate the exact same food except for the one pudding cup. So I decide to look at the expiration date and there it is a month old how great. So as I'm nursing myself back to health from a horrible days worth of you know what food poisoning is like, I decide I will find my receipt and bring it back to the store. Now this is not the only time I've ever bought something at the Safeway with these particular expensive prices and it has been rotten. About three months ago I bought some pork to make Carnitas and it was rotten as soon as it hit the stove. It ruined my meal since I had to figure out what else to make for my family. And I never brought them back Since I was so upset about it. And we never ate them thankfully nobody got sick. But this time it was just too much I bring it back and the lady at the counter just very quietly tell SMI I'm sorry about that and hands me my change. I also tell them that I went back to the aisle where the pudding cups are and there's only one left and it's expired two weeks ago. What kind of crap is this? I'm not asking for $1 million, but at least you would want me to be happy and be able to buy a couple more items wouldn't you offer me a gift card or ask me if I want discounted items or anything like that anything other than just say oh I'm sorry here's a change? I have been in customer service long enough to know that no matter how small the item or the issue is you should at least try to compensate a little bit more than just say I'm sorry to the customer. This store is already very empty all the time rarely people come to the store except for those who don't want a crowded location. Again it's a matter of location and convenience within the few houses around it but believe me I'd rather drive 15 miles up to Whole Foods where they have better quality then deal with another rotten food or get so sick because they don't check their expiration dates or their meat. Beware!

My daughter had the cart at the end and the older "gentleman" bagger pushed my daughters cart sideways very aggressive (with my newborn granddaughter inside) and told her to move her cart so he could work. He was not nice about it at all. I was checking out behind her with my grandson inside the cart . The older woman cashier took the divider and jammed it into my food and shoved everything sideways and then gave me a nasty look. Neither one of us were greeted whatsoever. We will be shopping at Frys up the street from now on and we will never be back to this store. Horrible service

I called but they were not going to be able to get the arrangement out until Monday and I wanted them delivered same day or following day. After calling around and every other shop also being busy or too far out to deliver, I succumbed to ordering flowers from this store. I ordered a dozen white long stemmed roses. I was pleasantly surprised by the text communication I received when flowers were being created, a photo of them and a text when they were out for delivery. My Tia commented how fresh the roses were and how lovely they were. I was most appreciative to hear the freshness of the flowers & my cousin sent me photo ,which matched what I ordered and received in a text. Sometimes, you wonder how true to the ad the arrange delivered was. It is such a small gesture to receive flowers when a love one passes but it is very welcomed. I am very happy with this store.

The other watch was my dad's watch that he gave to me shortly before he passed away. They listened to me tell them a little bit about the watch and my dad, and found the problem right away. It needed a new movement. They ordered the Swiss movement and had it working perfectly within the timeframe they quoted me. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
