This place is easily accessible from the freeway and has good access back. I hadn't visited this Center in years so it was a nice comeback and exploring type of trip. Free outdoor parking and WiFi at many of the larger stores and restaurants.

There are restaurants, services, stores, apartments, and even a park with new things opening up quite regularly. While some places remained open from the PV Mall days from Costco, JC Penney, the Mesquite Library, and a number of the restaurants, banks, services, and shops on the outskirts of the PV. At the same time, the new places to open have changed the way the culture at the PV is. One of the first places to open was the new, enormous Whole Foods complete with an Amazon drop-off station and machines. Now, we also regularly enjoy Federal Pizza, Frost, Flower Child, Melt, and others. We also occasionally enjoy Mission BBQ, Trevor's, and Hawaiian Bros BBQ, which are all rather new. We're excited for CALA and the Big to open up soon! Right near a number of the restaurants, shops, and parking is The Park at PV. It's a grassy area that is great for special events, relaxing with gelato, just taking it easy and people watching, or even walking dogs. I've enjoyed visiting The Park at PV on several occasions in the last year. I have enjoyed book events, grand opening celebrations, Fall Family Movie Nights, and while I don't partake, I know a lot of people enjoy Sunset Sweat, a summer evening outdoor class sponsored by Visit Phoenix. I look forward to seeing how the PV continues to grow as new phases of the development open up!

Many of the businesses were established out of houses, which made these places quaint and cozy. We went into several gift shops, plant stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. The buildings were connected by little alleyways and paths they you could walk to from store to store. There was plenty of parking along the streets and although this was an older, historic town, it was well-maintained. Be sure to check out the various placards and signs on some of the buildings to learn about their history. Cool spot! Lots of southwestern charm and pretty lampposts in this sleepy town.
