I've dealt with a lot of imbeciles in my life and Tony has to take the cake. I ordered 20 boxes of…read moreflooring from him on 3/25 saying I would have it by 3/30 at the latest. I get nothing from him for 11 days so I call in and Tony was clueless. He said he would call me right back. I didn't hear from him until the following day with the same song and dance excuse that I've seen on every other negative review. I told him that I was leery about ordering from him because of how terrible his reviews were. He immediately got upset with me and began shouting. He asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and I told him that I did now want to cancel my order because of how he was behaving. He followed by telling me to go "f*ck my mother". He began bragging about all of the money he has made trying to belittle me. He told me he's owned and sold several car dealerships. He said he's also owned 2 Harley dealerships making him over $8 million. He hung up on me after this. But don't worry, he called back. He called back to continue to try to make more problems. At one point on the second phone call Tony pulled the whole "why don't you come say that to my face". Tony is obviously an older man and I told him that would undoubtedly be a bad idea for his health and then he instantly turns into a professional victim saying he's only got a 30% working heart. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that everything goes through him because he's the general manager. Trust me, go elsewhere. And if you're the owner of this company, I'd love to chat.

I had never been to a Winco, and since I was in the area already, decided to stop in. I was…read moreimpressed by the cleanliness of the store and the wide aisles. They had many national brands as well as Winco branded items. The prices on most everything was less expensive than a "regular" grocery store like Fry's or Safeway. I stopped in the women's restroom and it was very clean. We decided to do self-checkout since the lines for the two cashiers were very long. I had some issues checking out an item that had two bar codes. A store employee was by my side in minutes and helped me to scan it correctly. She was very friendly and helpful. Winco does not accept credit cards, but they do take debit cards. They have plastic shopping bags available for free. I liked how they had a pizza-by-the-slice stand near the exit. I will definitely check that out next time.

While inside we were asked if we were doing ok, if we needed different sizes etc which was great. We didn't need help because everything we picked was true to size. They had a few sales like buy one get one half off certain shirts. They also sell jewelry, hair items, as well as shoes. I was pleased at checkout to find out they offer a loyalty program if you give them your number and email. You earn points toward extra discounts. They also have a credit card as well.
