I've dealt with a lot of imbeciles in my life and Tony has to take the cake. I ordered 20 boxes of flooring from him on 3/25 saying I would have it by 3/30 at the latest. I get nothing from him for 11 days so I call in and Tony was clueless. He said he would call me right back. I didn't hear from him until the following day with the same song and dance excuse that I've seen on every other negative review. I told him that I was leery about ordering from him because of how terrible his reviews were. He immediately got upset with me and began shouting. He asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and I told him that I did now want to cancel my order because of how he was behaving. He followed by telling me to go "f*ck my mother". He began bragging about all of the money he has made trying to belittle me. He told me he's owned and sold several car dealerships. He said he's also owned 2 Harley dealerships making him over $8 million. He hung up on me after this. But don't worry, he called back. He called back to continue to try to make more problems. At one point on the second phone call Tony pulled the whole "why don't you come say that to my face". Tony is obviously an older man and I told him that would undoubtedly be a bad idea for his health and then he instantly turns into a professional victim saying he's only got a 30% working heart. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that everything goes through him because he's the general manager. Trust me, go elsewhere. Horrible to do business with, like others mentioned. Takes your order, charges you full up front cost then leads you on for months with zero communication. Unable to get the product I needed, but would refuse to give me an estimate on shipment times after he has the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! Talked with him on the phone finally and he kept telling me to call back or email on future days. I think his game is to try keeping the restocking fees from people who just want to be done with his rude behavior. No other way to justify why he would treat customers so poorly. read more

Tony is a crook, bought thousands of dollars worth of Lifeproof flooring that "would be delivered to my house within 4-8 weeks", months went by, he always has a story, I asked for a refund after 6 months, he cursed at me and said he was going to charge a 25% restocking fee. Not sure what he has to restock? Imaginary products that he cons people into buying to charge them 25%? If you are looking to save a buck and have a little time to spare, look else where. I'm sure Tony will comment that I am a Californian democrat (he will talk down to anyone outside of AZ), he offered me another product (that would cost me hundreds more and didn't match), and it's covids fault, or better yet, the Presidents. Pretty funny reading all the reviews that sound exactly like what I was going to write. Tony is a crook and a liar. He'll promise you a full refund if he can't produce the item but when the time comes and he doesn't have anything to ship he wants to charge you 25% cancelation fee. This guy has not been able to fill my order in almost 10 months and he wants to charge me for canceling the order. What a joke. Like most of the others I have filed complaints with every state and local agency about his shady business practices which seem to be mostly online orders. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR MOSAIC TILE WITH TONY AND HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I place the order on Thursday and just now received it Saturday only 2 1/2 days later, any delays would be with the carriers not TNT. Home Depot was out of the tile I needed and is currently discontinued, TNT had it in stock, perfectly wrapped in original packaging. We need people like Tony and more stores like his. I honestly do not know how these guys are still in business, tried to buy laminate flooring from them back in June, not only could he not produce the product after months but he refuses to give me a refund and forced me to go to my bank. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to refuse to give somebody a refund if you do not provide the product for sale. I will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau. I never in my life have had a business transaction as bad as the one with this company. I would recommend not doing business with them but if you have to get the product in your hand, do not give him money on the front. I purchased vinyl flooring from TNT. The price I got for the vinyl flooring was about half of what I would have paid at Home Depot or elsewhere for the same exact flooring. It was in the same packaging as Home Depot and the condition was excellent. The pandemic did cause a huge delay because TNT did not receive their delivery from Home Depot. But, TNT was always professional, honest and delivered the Vinyl Flooring as promised. Also, with respect to the delivery, I did not have to sit around for a 4 hour time frame. I was called by one of the owners about an hour before delivery. read more

Not sure how TNT Liquidation is in business. We bought flooring in August. Never received it, nor did we have any communication with this company. We tried calling and every time it went straight to voicemail. Almost like they blocked my number!?! The owner said there would be a delay due to COVID..... but 5 months? Come on! We finally had to go to our credit card company and file a case. I definitely don't recommend buying your flooring from TNT. I'd go somewhere else, even pay a little bit more and be done. Complete fraud, thief, and liar! I purchased 21cases of Lifeproof Buckhorn Gray Oak Vinyl Plank Flooring on 3/18/2021, $913.69 in total. He assured me he could get it but it could take some time. I followed up on 5/24/21 via email, no response. I figured Covid issues, so I let almost another 3-1/2 month go by and followed up on 9/2/21. He responded in all CAPS basically stating, COVID, TRUCKING ISSUE and BOATS PILED UP AT DOCKS. I said if you are certain you can get the flooring I ordered I could wait a little longer, but if you cannot get it, to send me a list of what you have in stock. He said YES, BUT IT IS OUT OF HIS CONTROL, also he did not send a list of other flooring options. By the way, he likes using all caps. I then waited patiently for another 6 months. On 3/22/22 I emailed stating it is obvious you cannot get what I ordered and I wanted my money back. I did not get response. I followed up again on 4/6/22 and this time he actually called me on the phone and said he agreed and that he is sending a check, but he did not send it. Then on 4/13/22 he emails me and says, I'm looking into it. I told him he called me and said he was sending a check a week ago, but I received nothing. On 7/6/22 I email again stating I was giving him one week to get me my refund check or I would be posting negative reviews online. He emailed back same day and said "let my find out what is going on, that he would get back to me later in the day". I never heard from him. I emailed him again this morning, 7/15/22, got no response. Therefore, here is my review, he stole $913.69 from me. I bought Life Proof Flooring, Autumn Harvest Gray Oak 26 boxes from Tony Emanuele June 3, 2021. Its been a year and a half and I still don't have my product. I have emailed and called him several times! He is very rude!!! He blamed the delayed shipment on truck shortages due to Covid and that he had a falling out with Homedepot. my last encounter with him was on September 27, 2022. I called him to ask about the product I BOUGHT & PAID FOR, he rudely interrupted me and told me to email him because he was unloading the truck. I emailed him the same day and I got NO response. I called him 3 weeks later on October 18, 2022 to ask for a refund and immediately got upset and told me they went out of business! I told him I was entitled for a refund on a item I never received and he got upset and hung up on me. My husband called him the same day and Tony told him that he and the owner had a falling out and he was let go! I AM PURSUING ACTION and sending him a Refund Demand Letter and disputing the charge with my bank. I am also going to take him to smalls claims court and hope to stop this bad guy from scamming others!!! read more

One star is too much. We bought tile from them months ago and he said he owed us 5 boxes we paid for. He swore he would get more because he gets it all the time. He lied. When we went back for our money he said we actually owed him for the side tiles we took. My husband said he would return them since we cant do our project without the 5 boxes he owed us, so we had to go with another tile all together. And he told us they dont take returns. So now we have a bunch of side tiles and no matching tile because he lied to us thinking we would get the rest. Now our project is 5 boxes of tile short so we are stuck with the ones we already bought that are not enough. And he says we owe him. Fucking joke. Never go with this guy. read more

I just got off the phone with the owner and he was the rudest person I have EVER spoken to in my entire life. I just wanted to know if they had a floor in stock and he was so condescending and mean. I was trying to find out how much one box of flooring was before I chose how much I wanted to buy because if it's too expensive I would only do one room at a time over the next couple months...this guy was like how many square feet do you need total? I was like if I could know how much 1 box is, then he cuts me off and says are you deaf how many square feet do you need? I'm like I'm trying to explain something to you, then he cuts me off and says how hard is it to answer a simple question? I'm like please stop cutting me off I'm trying to, then he cuts me off, FOR THE THIRD TIME LADY how many square feet do you need? I'm like you are being rude I'm trying to explain something to you. He is like if you think I'm rude I don't want your business. I'm like fine, I don't want to do business with someone I can't even explain something to without being treated so horribly. 1 star is 1 too many. This company took my money then denied they had it. They couldn't confirm if they had the product or not. Was told they would charge shipping at a later date. When asked what shipping is I was told $400-900(price unclear). I asked for an explanation and was lied to about the weight of the product. I corrected his weight estimation and Billy Bob (the exaggerated fake name he provided) became irate calling me a bitch and an asshole. He refused a refund because I was "loud". Then wouldn't take my calls. He tried to take 70$ as a restock fee on a product he didn't have. He berated me for giving him problems on his day off when HE called ME. Continuously referring to me an hun and other sexist terms. I had to have my card canceled and reported him as a fraudulent business. The lies continued to roll out the longer the conversation went on. Outrageous claims about how he's worth millions, owns everything, and gets 90% discounts on shipping. Honestly an absolute lunatic because I asked to cancel my order. Avoid not only this man's business but him in general. He is not stable. I have recordings of the phone calls and I will be pursuing this matter further. read more
