I didn't know there was specific "way" to buy furniture here but apparently there is. I saw a bench I liked, took the ticket up to the front, and handed it to the cashier asking if someone could grab it for me. She signaled to another employee to help grab it for me. Not so bad, right? Wrong. That employee was the nastiest person I've encountered in a while. Instead of just asking me nicely where the bench was located she RUDELY said "well where is it even at?????" I told her straight up that was a rude response and it wasn't necessary. She then DOUBLED DOWN on being rude and said "well what am I supposed to do, search the entire store?!" And stormed off. I was absolutely appalled. When I asked to talk to a manager, and explained what happened, SHE LAUGHED IT OFF. She said "oh haha I'm sorry I'll talk to her though!" I don't get the feeling she talked to her. Such a weird experience. Like, do you want people spending their money there or not?

Got back here in Oct... opened the boxes.. it was not gray but black. The color on the box says, Mountain Ash. ( sounds gray, not black!) We loaded the panels up to exchange them. They no longer have the color we wanted and refused to let us return them... Unopened boxes, color they still have!! Nope, sorry, cant help you. Beware! This is not a customer friendly business. Still, they offer a wide spectrum of options for tools. Home Depot had advertisements for a deal on a tool: buy two batteries and you can get a certain excellent tool for free. The sale was good for this weekend, but they were out of stock when I got there this morning (Saturday) minutes after opening. Too bad, especially having driven 70+ minutes to get there. Friendly, not pushy, informative, patient and phenomenally helpful. We purchased two mattresses and a L-shaped power recliner couch. He was quick to research which warehouse had what we wanted. Set up the delivery appointment. They delivered the Mattresses today and gentlemen who came were fast and efficient! And so nice! They weren't able to take Our mattresses away per the original plan because we were their first delivery of the day so Roger helped us find an alternative solution and Edgar was quick to call the store and get us a refund on the pickup. We're hopeful the sofa delivery will go just as smooth.

This is a really huge Target campus with two main entrances and car delivery/pickup area located in the center. There's a men's and women's restroom, a Starbucks, and an optics department inside. There's a produce, deli, and fresh meat area. There's also the usual clothing, furniture, electronics, packaged food, stationary and office supply, cards and gifts, etc.. A very large shared parking lot for this strip mall at front of store. The shopping carts are improved ergonomically. I like the side handlebar grips. They are also very large and durable. Customer service was great here today. Everybody was smiling and friendly and offering assistance. I received great assistance at two different locations. I also received great assistance at the self checkout area. There weren't any full checkout lanes opened during my visit. Self checkout was the only option. I earned a free five dollar gift card while checking out and a service attendant helped me to retrieve it. I also use the Target Red Card to receive an automatic 5% discount on my entire purchase.

The Art supplies business seems like a difficult one to be in. But Blick's quality and wide selection, makes them hard to beat. They run sales occasionally, which depending upon our timeing, can be a decent opportunity to get things at a reasonable price. Service here was friendly and knowledgeable. Today, we came away down forty bucks or so. Probably the cheapest we've spent in a long time. LOL. But if you are into paint supplies, paper, oils and watercolors, they're the only game in town.
