I wasn't sure exactly what this place was...I honestly thought it was likely a shop with stuff that I didn't need and overpriced items, and a pushy salesperson who would bother me. I was expecting that it would be like shopping in Sedona. I can shop in Sedona and pass on items because I won't pay an excessive price for something that I don't need or wouldn't buy otherwise just to buy something. What I discovered is that this place is FUN and AMAZING and ENGAGING, and I wish I had more time to shop!!! The prices were mostly very fair!! I scored some really AWESOME Father's Day stuff for tomorrow!! Heck YES to returning over and over!!! Based on the amount of very unique and fun Father's Day options the day before Father's Day, I will assume that this place will always have seasonal stuff catering to the needs of the community!!!! It will change up often to accommodate the option to maximize sales!! It's on the smaller side but it packs a PUNCH with so much to look at that I went up and down isles a couple times and saw stuff that I missed the first time!! I was WOWED with the place!! It is a great discovery!! The gal working there was so ATTENTIVE, but not pushy and it was not awkward or uncomfortable! I felt like she was a pal, not a salesperson. Thankfully so, because I had a question and instead of missing out on a sale (ME and them), she problem solved, and I left with an item that is so exciting to give to my hubby tomorrow!! When I showed my teen, he lit up and said that it is "PERFECT for Father's Day for Dad!!" He approved of the other items I picked up too!! I wish I would have known how amazing this place is sooner, and I would have taken him with me days ago when the selection was likely even better!!! He would have enjoyed it, and he is 13 years old...and a guy!! He likely would have found stuff for himself (home baked goodies)!! There is something for everyone!! I love this new discovery!!!!

We were so impressed by the offerings and service at the Desert Ridge location and expected the same experience here. Wrong. This store felt picked over. The employees were a mixed bag. One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location.

I also noticed that they keep up with the seasons, they must have a big inventory and are always changing out certain sections of the floor for certain items (or their items sell so fast.) Very disappointed with my mattress purchase and the customer service afterward…read more I purchased a Revive Cool Support Ultra mattress from Living Spaces after trying it in the showroom. The mattress in the store was soft and comfortable, which was the reason I chose it. I was also specifically told by the salesperson that the mattress came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the mattress delivered to my home feels completely different. It is extremely firm compared with the showroom mattress, and after sleeping on it for only six nights, I can already feel an indentation developing in the middle where I sleep. I weigh approximately 120 pounds, so having this happen to a brand-new mattress after less than a week is very concerning. I contacted customer service immediately and provided pictures of the indentation. Instead of feeling like Living Spaces wanted to help resolve the problem, I was repeatedly told that mattress sales are final and that I cannot receive a refund. They are sending someone to inspect the mattress, which I appreciate, but I am extremely disappointed with how the situation has been handled so far. I spent over $1,300 on the mattress alone, and I expected both the product and the customer service to reflect that investment. I didn't simply change my mind about a mattress. I contacted Living Spaces within days because the mattress I received does not feel like the one I tried in the showroom and is already showing what feels like an indentation. At this point, I am hoping Living Spaces will stand behind the product and the 10-year warranty I was told I was receiving when I made the purchase, and work with me toward a reasonable resolution. I will update this review after the inspection and after I see how Living Spaces ultimately handles the situation.

Horrible customer service! And if you have a policy you don't get to pick and choose when you do it for your customers. DO BETTER!!! Either enforce it all the time or don't enforce it at all. Just picking when you feel like you want to do it based of the customer is discrimination. The lady that originally helped me at the counter before the manager was lovely though. Unfortunately their manager is clearly incompetent. Hopefully we can learn to step it up next year...and be more careful with our hiring process.
