While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. There are SO many Kirkland's items that were previously available online that you simply cannot find in the stores. Holiday shopping was one of my favorite reasons to visit the Kirkland's website, and now that option isn't available. I understand businesses change, merge, and restructure--but from a loyal customer's perspective, this feels incredibly uncoordinated and poorly planned. If you're going to transition customers to something new, at least have the new experience ready before taking away the old one! I love Kirkland's products, which is exactly why this is so frustrating.
