The time, care, and attention Arisa gave went far beyond what you would expect from a typical retail experience. She was not focused on simply selling products and moving on to the next customer. What I watched was someone who truly wanted to create an experience and make sure every want, expectation, and concern was heard. What stood out most was that it was not about finding the most products for my wife, but rather the right products. Arisa took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for and thoughtfully guided her toward a handful of items that truly fit her needs and style. From a male perspective, as someone who does not buy makeup but absolutely values great customer service, Arisa is exactly what you would hope for from a brand like MAC. We came for a stove top Expresso maker that we saw online, but when we arrived in the store we realized that pick up in store does not actually mean it is in stock in the store. Since I was buying it for my daughter and we wanted it this week while I am here, we chose a different style. She found it online for a little better price.
