Since I was buying it for my daughter and we wanted it this week while I am here, we chose a different style. She found it online for a little better price. I hadn't seen the matching tops and skorts at Kohl's before. Nice concept for a workout or tennis. I love a skort when the weather is warm. There is also a Sephora inside Kohl's at this location. This review is regarding Kohls online shipping. This is the 3rd time and the last time I will order online from Kohl's and suggest buyer beware!!! They shipped via post office and I never go my item!! I have been ordering from kohls online with no issues until the last 2 months! My most recent purchase were dishes that were barely packed and thru came in pieces. Customer service convinced me that it would be packed more carefully and reshipped the dishes. THEY ARRIVED BROKEN AND WERE PACKED THE SAME WAY!!! This time, #3. I ordered a bathing suit top. Never got it!!! I'm told there was an issue with the address label this time??!! This makes no sense cause I've received stuff from them before and that add that address is in the website. I don't have to provide it each time. Now I'm told it's being returned to Kohl's . I have no control over that even from the shipping records I can't even tell where that item is and they will not credit me back for an item I've not received or sent. I think this is all unacceptable I'd highly. I do not recommend using Kohl's online because they're shipping and fulfillment centers. I don't know what's going on at Kohl's but I'm just saying buyer beware !! I've had a horrible experience dealing with them and their incompetent shipping department. I went today and it seems that she has ramped up her harassment of customers, so I took my Amazon coupon and marched RIGHT OVER to your store and had the most wonderful experience. Nobody harassing me, but associates were available when I had a question. I'm sure the store numbers for Lake Pleasant have probably gone down, as this store location is not that far away to NEVER return to the Lake Pleasant location ever again. Please heed this warning. The line was so LONG that the girl called for us to come right behind the customer at the counter versus waiting at the sign that said "wait here" so that the "line won't look so long." We all had a big laugh because the line was NOT any shorter. There was only ONE cashier. We went to the other side of the store (they have two entrances and two sets of registers to cash out) and there were THREE cashiers PLUS a cashier at the jewelry counter and NO LINE, no wait!!! This Kohl's at this location gets on my damn nerves. I don't visit let alone shop Kohl's very often but last summer we did visit and bought some Nike slides. However, that whole section where the shoes and slides were at was a complete shit show especially where the slides were at but we were able to navigate our way through, locate our slides and get the hell on but it did save us a trip of not having to go to Westgate/Anthem Nike Outlet store to get slides so that was nice. Since that time, I may have ventured in once or twice more especially for school clothing for my son but the prices are outrageous but apparently if you know how to work the system with Kohl's Cash, Rewards and other store coupons you can sometimes do pretty well and bring the prices down and get quality clothing etc. My main complaint is the cleanliness of the store (Last sunmer) and lack of inventory on Nike at least during the times I have gone and acourse the high prices. Fast forward to today (after being approved for a Kohl's Credit Card prior to visiting the store) the store looked much cleaner and organized. I applied for the card because I went online and seen that this location (Closest to my home) had the Nike Slides and with my being approved for the card I would get 35% off my purchase plus I am rebuilding my credit. I said bet! So we get there and guess what? No Nike Slides that the website said was in stock. I said whatever and looked around for an associate and asked if they had any in the back and he said no but checked the inventory at 19th Ave & Bell and said they had them there at least the ones I wanted. So I said cool thanks! My wife got her slides that she wanted and I at least got my pair of Nike shoes that I needed and wanted. We go to check out and I showed the cashier the email that I was told to show the associate since I had no physical Kohl's card yet and she started saying that she couldn't use that, she would need my ID and for me to enter information on the keypad and I was like WTF because it seemed like I was applying for another credit card and then come to find out that 35% off discount? It can't be used on Nike's! I said you know what? Just cancel this order and credit my account back because this is stupid. I don't like this location especially after today's issues and I definitely will not be visiting this location again. The associate that helped us look for the slides that we wanted was nice and helpful but the cashiers they all looked miserable except for one. read more

It seems like everyone loves Kohls but me. Now, I get that they have Kohls cash and coupons and all. For this reason when I need a bigger purchase like a vacuum, Sketchers, towels, silverware, and or a vacuum I tend to go here because with all the combined coupons it is cheap and even free buuuuuuuuttttttt every time I go it is a pure disaster. Every, single time. I swear this place is haunted. Every time, every! single! time! Did I mention every time? The store sees me coming and (insert evil laugh) it says to itself, "Oh here comes Mary. Let us aggravate her to no end and make her shopping experience the worse one eva." Haha! Take today for instance. The chip reader did not work. This caused a fraud alert to be put on my banking account. This caused me to have no access to money for a few hours on my only day off in 6 months and just pretty much ruined my day. I had to drive home and then back to get my purchases since the ATM would not give me cash due to the fraud alert. Sigh. Granted maybe not all their fault, but still, like I mentioned, Every! SIngle! Time! Bad Juju for sure. The thing also that annoys me is the way the store is planned, set up, and built. Who planned the floor space at this location? Why are there columns cutting an already too narrow aisle in half and then all the merchandise packed in? Add a displaced and left out store ladder and you can not even walk down the aisles. Their own carts do not even fit down the aisles. Forget another person wanting to be in the same space as you. Are they all like this? It is just plain miserable. You can not shop or even walk around without getting bumped into. I leave with bruises on my body. I just do not see the attraction of Kohls. I can use coupons at Macy's and other stores. I gave the store two stars because the workers are always pretty nice. Kelly saved this review from zero stars to an upped two. She should own the franchise. I had the best Customer Service experience today due to her kindness, patience, and generosity. There is that at least. Silly me will probably go back but I won't enjoy it. LIsten up Kohls! Get your act together. Remodel or at least do not pack the aisles and people all together in the same area and please hire more staff for Pete's sake. Lines wrapped around the store and in the shopping aisles is not cool either. I also noted on several trips that there is at least two inches of black and brown flying dust and debris on the floors in the dressing rooms. Talk about sickening. Went to their store at Litchfield and Bell Rd. looking for some men's walking shorts in white and couldn't find any. So asked the manager and she looked but didn't have them. I purchased a pair of khaki shorts and left. When I got outside I decided to call the Kohl's at 55th and Bell to see if they had any white shorts. The lady who answered in the men's department ask me to hold while she looked, She came back on the phone and said they had a couple of different ones in white. Now this was about 4 pm on Friday afternoon. So I decided to drive over there to get some in white. I took Bell Rd. from Litchfield to 55th Ave. and it took about half an hour with traffic. I get there and go straight to the men's dept to search for the white shorts and they didn't have any. I told the manager I called and was told they had them, and how long it took me to get there and didn't like being lied to. Wasted time and fuel and no one cared, no apology and didn't offer to see if they could get them. I left there very upset and went straight to Macy's at Arrowhead. Macy's had 3 or 4 different brands in white. I had just opened a new account at Kohl's that afternoon, when I receive my new card I will cut it up and send it back to them. Terrible experience. Parked and got out of the car. Noticed broken glass in the parking spot. Went into the store and asked if someone could bring a broom to sweep up the glass. Ajah (store manager) wanted to first see it and wanted to argue with me about it. Staying it wouldn't do anything to my car. I asked again, can you get a broom? I'm not even asking for him to sweep the glass. I will sweep it. He is arguing with me about it. He told me he doesn't need to get it and I can just drive away. He wasn't going to help me. This is the store manager. I told him, I know you don't want to sweep it but why can't you get a broom? Finally, he gets a broom. I sweep under my car. Of course no dust pan so I pushed the glass away from my car, but it's still in the parking lot. Absolute jerk to me. Arguing with me. This is the Kohls store manager. So many out of work and they choose to hire someone who is so rude to the customers. Parking lot has broken glass. So many other places to shop or return Amazon. This location has a rude unprofessional terrible manager. My business is going to Target, Walmart, and everyplace other Kohl's. read more

I'm not sure how a company can think stealing $10 from a customer is sound business practice. I had the item received from Christmas, I had the receipt with the amount paid, a Nike golf shirt approximately $45 in a large size. I wear 2XL. When I went to exchange for similar item they told me you can't go up 2 sizes...what??? They then proceeded to provide me the current value of $35 for the item (even with the receipt) in Kohl's cash and gift card...because after they stole $10 from a customer they really want to spend money in a Kohls. My mother in law may as well have walked into the store bought a shirt and opened her wallet to store security so they could just reach in a take $10. Came here to take advantage of the current new year clearance sales. I was looking for their Sonoma brand denim jeans for men mostly. I haven't been able to find any pairs of their Sonoma denim in a size 32x30 at their other locations. Couldn't tell you why, they'll carry every size but that one. Super annoying. So after scouring their other locations I ended up here. How did things go? A little better. First off, this Kohl's location is pretty clean. It's decently organized inside. Their denim section is a bit of a mess and could use some tidying. It's tough finding an available employee on the sales floor to ask questions to, it has that post COVID abandoned retail store vibe you see pretty often nowadays. But the good news is I was able to find a couple pairs of jeans in the right size, albeit in very limited color ways. They only had light blue Sonoma jeans. Would've liked to find them in black as well. Was also able to find a pair of work pants for my brother, but only one pair in his size was available. Overall this store was okay to shop at but it's so annoying trying to find some stuff and you can't find anyone to help you unless you go directly to the register. read more

First of all, my review of five stars is on a curve, ok. Department stores are not one of my favorite places! But, as far as these stores go they are one of my favorites, if not the best. And here's why... I have a SMALL little problem called "Social Anxiety", at least that's what they call it anyway. I don't go shopping in stores! AT ALL! Here's why this is considered my favorite store though... I don't have to go out shopping to shop there. Now I know every other store you can shop online, but this store if shipping will cost more you can have it shipped to the store. Now I know you can do that at other stores, but this store has a very special door WAY away from the front door with the pick up counter right by the door! Not even other Kohl's I've done this at has this very special door! You walk in that door, you are basically already in line for the online pickup, so far every time I've done this I've been at least first in line just waiting on the person at the counter, but mostly just walk right up to the counter and pick up my crap with just showing the email from the store and my license and I'm out the VERY special door that's right there! I think the longest amount of time I've spent there doing this has been five minutes! SERIOUSLY! FIVE MINUTES! Give or take a minute.. And yes, I've tried other stores, and other Kohl's stores doing this, and none of them compare! Some other Kohl's stores don't even have that VERY special door!!! Don't know why, don't care! This store is my favorite for that reason alone! Don't know what the rest of the store looks like, DON'T CARE! There, take that for what it's worth... again, I am rating this one particular Kohl's store. read more

My Grandma has lost some weight and needed some new clothes. She had a special coupon for Kohl's and she had some kind of credit to use here so here is where I took her. I find Kohl's to be the kind of store I have to be in the mood to deal with. A lot of times one has to sort through the crap to find the good stuff and since Grandma likes to hit the sales rack first, I had to dig deep to find the patience to deal with everything. Luckily, we were able to find a few things that worked for her and I was glad. I was also happy that she listened to me when it came to sizing and was very grateful that the dressing rooms were large enough for both of us to be in. My Grandma is now 88 and I look like her. I have a feeling I know what my body will look like when I am 88 as well and once I managed to swallow that reality, we both had a little bit of a laugh. Customer service isn't the best at this location and I guess they get quite a few shoplifters as there was a police takedown going on in the housewares section as we walked by. I just chalked that up to entertainment and steered Grandma the other way. read more

I love this Kohl's! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They use to be a little unorganized but they have pretty much fixed that. (The Jr. Department's changing room's and clothes use to be out of control. Not that way anymore.) Everything is super clean, even the fitting rooms, some stores really lack in keeping their fitting rooms clean. The lines move quickly, and if it starts to get back up they get another person up there right away or open up a line at the customer service desk. They never question you when you take something back. And as always Kohl's has some killer deals sometimes. read more

I went here to shop for clothing around 9:00 Saturday night. A man spoke to another woman and I when we were trying on clothes in the stalls in dressing room and asked us if it was a women's dressing room or if it was unisex. It was clear that it was a women's dressing room in the women's department with only girls and women's clothing hanging on the return rack at the entrance. We told him it was a women's dressing room. I got scared, quickly dressed and rushed out. I warned a woman who was outside with her young daughter that a man was in the women's dressing room because her daughter was going to try on clothes. I believe the man was inside the dressing room before we walked in because we were talking about why there wasn't a light in in the room and we discovered it turned on when we walked in. I contacted a cashier and floor clerk and was told that the manager wouldn't remove him because there was no security working at the store and even though it was a women's dressing room there were no signs stating it was only for women. However, the man was finally asked to leave the dressing room when I told the attendant and clerk that I was going to file a complaint, and they told the manager. read more

Huge selection of items to choose from and always has awesome sales going on. I have a credit card with them just to get the extra discounts. You can pay for your card bill at the registers so I make my purchase and then pay off the amount on the card right after so I can get my extra discounts but not get the interest on the card. The clearance section is always a mess and you really have to do a lot of sorting. Set asides some extra time if you are a clearance shopper. They often have 70% off section and I can get baby clothes for $2. You will find excellent prices if you just have a little patients. Return policy is amazing. You do not need your receipt if you purchased on your kohl's card. They have never given me a hassle with any returns and they customer service employees are always cheerful even after the Christmas holiday. They have great shopping carts for all styles of life. They have car seat holders, child holders, handicap style, and much more. They are smaller and easier to get around the store in then those huge bulky carts. Only down fall though is finding the right cart for you while during their busy hours. I often just take my stroller in to shop with my son. They don't ever give me a problem doing this. Many stores frown upon stroller shopping but they are cool with it. Service is always friendly and prompt. Sometimes lines are long but that is goes along with the territory of shopping at a department store that everyone loves. read more

Hello, I love Kohl's. I have a kohl's credit card. It was actually my first credit card period. I enjoy going to this Kohl's and have for many years. I appreciate the Covid protocols and understand their necessity, however your fitting rooms have yet to re open. I cannot but clothes without trying them on first. As you know different brands in women aren't consistent when it come to sizes and I can't continue to purchase 2 or 3 options and bring the rest back (I also do not see how this is safe as they were sitting at my house with family and friends coming by before I return it to your store). I understand the Covid protocol may throw a wrench into the whole fitting room thing, but maybe a sign saying proceed at your own risk, fitting rooms are not able to be sanitized on a regular basis. I don't know. All I know is I will not be going back to your store until the fitting rooms are open. I don't by clothes online for a reason, I need to try them on with my body type. I truly hope you open the fitting rooms soon so I can begin shopping at your store. You already lost my business yesterday because I wasn't going to purchase three pairs of pants to see how they fit. I was going to use a coupon. But the coupon does not work for the item I was buying. I did not complain at all. I just accepted the way it is. (I know I'm still getting a great deal.) My cashier was wondering why the coupon did not work but I was ok. Then a cashier next to him butt in and she tried to make me look bad saying "it's back of the coupon. When trying to reopen the account they said no problem....denied me and did a hard inquiry on my credit. 750 doesn't qualify.
