My wife and I recently stopped by the MAC counter at Macy's Arrowhead while she was shopping for a…read moredate night outfit and looking for some new makeup. I felt compelled to leave a review because the level of service we experienced from Arisa was genuinely exceptional. The time, care, and attention Arisa gave went far beyond what you would expect from a typical retail experience. She was not focused on simply selling products and moving on to the next customer. What I watched was someone who truly wanted to create an experience and make sure every want, expectation, and concern was heard. What stood out most was that it was not about finding the most products for my wife, but rather the right products. Arisa took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for and thoughtfully guided her toward a handful of items that truly fit her needs and style. From a male perspective, as someone who does not buy makeup but absolutely values great customer service, Arisa is exactly what you would hope for from a brand like MAC. She represents professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer experience. Macy's and MAC are lucky to have her at the Arrowhead location.

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. My experience at the Macy's in Glendale was…read moreextremely disappointing from start to finish. The store was dirty, disorganized, and poorly maintained, and the customer service was among the worst I have experienced in retail. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like assisting customers was an inconvenience to them. The management was just as disappointing. I honestly questioned how some of these managers were placed in their positions because there was very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine concern for customers. The jewelry department was particularly frustrating. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience left me feeling completely unwelcome. Customers should not be treated as though they are bothering employees or judged based on how much they may or may not spend. Especially the manager Trashy Tracy! A retail store should make customers feel respected, valued, and comfortable--not judged or looked down upon. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Macy's Glendale seriously needs to address its customer service, management, cleanliness, organization, and overall treatment of customers. There are plenty of other places where you can spend your money and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Will file a complaint with BBB as well! My recommendation: take your business elsewhere.

Let me tell you about myself I have 16 years of retail. I see it all, I have done it all. The are about 67,987,20 trillion people in the world. I have seen the company rise and fall. All I want is part of the American dream. I told to my face on Friday, I didn't make some people happy. I don't have a degree in psychology, I don't have a degree in working with adults. I do like paying my bills, I do like the feel of paying my bills. I do like Hulu. My boss threatened my job. But I got work all looking to have the American dream, a horse, a friend, and a safe neighborhood. Threatened my job because because I was not helping a customer. What manager didn't see that I was off the clock,I had no food in the house to have any lunch, just water. The food bank is closed, I have to wash my clothes and clean my apartment so I don't smell, I don't live in dirt, but I guess mine wants me to go without food. I am the top credit in my job, NOT the other employee that been there to help me out. I do what I can to help. I am not god. I do my best to do the right thing. I do my best for my company and myself. If Myboss what to the job. I was raised to do the best I can, at my job, with people, my bill, and stay clean and mentally healthy. That being said IF I don't want me there that is his right to let me go, it is his right he is the boss, the boss is god. We can all be lighter kinder and understand because YOU don't know what a person is going through at that moment. Let me tell you how I got hired applied at like every one else looking for a job to pay my bill and food on the table. I waited a week no one called, so I did what everyone else did I called the assistant manager and was told that high credit and I love to help customers. She told me I had to wait a week, so I did. I went into the interview I told her that I like to give a discount to my customer. She like what I say.( because customers shop I get an hour. She told me I had to wait a week so I did and NO word. So I moved on to look for another job because I have food and rent. Two weeks went by, then I got a message on my Twitter account, my Facebook account, my Instagram, my text, and my email " If this is cheryl who is looking for a job please call xxxxx I want to talk to you.I was so happy I could pay my bill and have food in my stomach. I was trained on how to do my job. After two weeks the the employee came to ask to me and asked me to train them to do my job. Now keep in my we had long-line customers, making sure the prices were right and the sensors were done. After two work I was doing well. my bosses started to ask me to stay later because someone was running late, Thought more money. So I did, well I stopped eating I stopped cleaning, I started to smell very bad. But now I have to train new hires, help the customers and make them happy, do my job right stay late because I don't have a mom who still me I'm worthless ( I have a bother don't help his mother don't call who his my on her birthday) So I get another job as a caregiver to help more money to pay my bill to have a car to get me to work on time.So I can take of everyone because I am god. So when an employee don't show up for work and I have to stay over (because I am god) I can leave because my boss es asked me to stay or the register is slow and the customer wants to leave, that is my fault, When I smell and don't eat only that is my fault, When a customer don't help and mess up that is my fault. When a little old lady doesn't understand what she and I explain it to her and yell gos us know I cant help her. I work two job go to school.I am paid to everyone's work because I am god. read more

While purchasing items for my son's dorm room, I had to make multiple purchases. The first order had multiple items and everything I planned on keeping. I earned a total of $45 Kohls cash. Of course, you get reminders that you if you don't use the Kohls cash, you lose it. So, I placed another order and used the $45 Kohls cash on some sheet sets. After receiving them, I realized the quality of the sheets was very poor. A few items from my original order didn't fit and one item, Cuisinart double waffle maker, was made mostly of plastic and poor materials. I knew returning those items would reduced my Kohls cash but since I was returning the sheets, I wasn't concerned. Here is the issue: it doesn't reduce my Kohls cash...it reduces my refund. Since I had used the Kohls cash, I am stuck with the Kohls cash. They reduced my refund by $20 and stated I could just use the Kohls cash on something else. I don't have a problem with receiving store credit BUT I do have a problem with receiving store credit that EXPIRES IN TWO WEEKS!! I don't need anything at the store especially when they charge over manufacturer's suggested price so you can earn Kohls cash when buying it???‍‍ This is a SCAM! No other store does this. They want you to let your Kohls cash expire so they get to keep the profits on their over priced items. If it wasn't a scam, they would have allowed me to get a gift card of store credit instead of Kohls Cash but I was told that isn't how Kohls Cash works. I will find something to spend my Kohls cash on so they don't get to keep my money. However, I will not shop here EVER AGAIN and will make sure to tell everyone why. read more
