We were never told you had to have a 360 warranty as well. We have to phones and lines. Even if you have the 360 service plan you still have to pay for major repairs. We went for the highest T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 2 devices: a Gateway & WiFi Mesh Access Point was sent to us and we found switching over and installation to be quick and not difficult. The speed was to be about 200-300 mbps and ends up being about 135 mbps. Why the difference? Because our devices are wireless. Our everyday speed for internet and television streaming is adequate. The beloved T-Mobile customer service is VERY disappointing. For example, when addressing an issue, they said they will email me a link for a VISA gift card to be after 90 days of service. They did not send me the link and when inquired about it they told me it was too late. I told them I never got the link so it took me several calls, being on hold, and transferring me, and then giving me reassurance which ended up being just words and a few lies on what they told me and promised. This involved hours of phone time, and when they decided to enable me to still be eligible for the gift card, they told me it would take "10 weeks, plus or minus 7 additional business days from when it is approved". During this process I was told 3 times I would get a confirmation email, which I never got and also a call back pledge which I never received. So more lies. Gone are the days of their award winning customer service. Now I will be waiting to get the digital MasterCard gift card which I have my doubts about ever receiving. UPDATE: After jumping through hoops and waiting weeks, I DID receive the Promotional Digital MasterCard. To add insult to injury, my home security system has been giving me problems and after a 2 1/2 hour service visit they told me that my T-Mobile internet was inadequate for my security system making it's features unaccessible except for working only intermittently - great huh? I will consider switching from this service when feasible but now I cannot enthusiastically recommend using it.

I quickly realized how bad Cricket service is and how bad their customer service is. I went back just a few days later to get my money back, but they refused. They said they could get a credit of $19. I would not accept such an insult. They said I could call customer support, which I did... literally 5 times. The first call was such a bad connection I couldn't understand the rep and asked for a supervisor. No supervisor available. He said one would call me back. That never happened. I called back the next day, only to find that they are closed on Sundays. I called back on Tuesday when I hit home from work and they were closed again. They close at 6! So I called back today and waited on hold for nearly 30 min and my call dropped I called back and stayed on hold for nearly and hour and when I told the rep I was calling because I'm very u happy with cricket, she flat out disconnected the call. I'm furious so I called the store back and Maria answered. I told her why I'm so unhappy with cricket and she says there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused. What a bunch of bologna. This company is trash, the service is trash, and don't ever waste your time or money on Cricket. Worst cell service on the market.

    New customer looking for a phone for an employee. The clerk did OK until I got home and reviewed…read morethe bill. She charged me for a case I did not order. I called the store number 3 times and it rang until it hung up. Then I called customer service and the guy told me I had to go back to the store to get the refund. (Not helpful) Day 2 return to the store and there are 2 employees and 4 customers. I waited 25 minutes and the employees were so slow they were still with the two original customers. Now I am forced to go back a third time to rectify a situation that should never have taken place. I am not thrilled with Cricket poor customer service already.
