The company called and said at my 3pm appointment I'll be paying a deposit for parts and my phone can be fixed in 3-5 business days. I was set to travel in a couple of days and needed it fixed. So I replied to the owner of Cellairis and said I'll be in at 12:30. I went in and was greeted by two young men. My phone was done by 1pm!! This was the second time the screen on this phone was replaced and apparently the first place did a bad job. Screws were loose or missing. They seemed like a very knowledgeable pair and they seemed to like their job! That typically shows in the quality of the work performed. I'll be back

It would get so hot that my phone would not charge, and it would be extremely laggy. my screen would go static for a second and then go back to normal. That happened like multiple times a day. I called him and told him what's going on and I was told to come in and get a refund. When I come in he tried to say that I need to give back the TRASH screen and then I would get my money back. (He wanted to reuse it on someone else to scam someone else) He wanted me to leave the shop with no screen. Tf. After some talking, I got my refund. A couple days later my phone fell of my couch. And completely broke my screen. I went to Apple today to fix it and it was only $350. Moral of the story, don't go to these places. They don't put an original Apple OLED screen on. They did an off brand aftermarket screen without telling you. They are cheap and they scam you. Their screens break easy so you will come back and spend more. Just go to Apple or actual stores. He was very cool about it!! And didn't make me feel bad for dropping it so many times. The shop was very clean and simple. I will say that they did not have the best selection of phone cases but that's all right if you want something plain and simple. I was charged only $25 for a glass protector and was told there is a guarantee ! so if something happens it's only $5 dollars to replace, which is nice since I seem to drop it so often. Xavier greeted us right away and was able to answer our questions about the phones, internet and watches for our kids. There were some issues getting our new phones activated and he was able to figure it all out in the store before we left which I greatly appreciated as the last location didn't and I ended up spending a day figuring it out on my own. We had our two kids with us and they did great during the time it took us. Xavier gave them water bottles which they enjoyed. I had to stop over at Einsten bagels as the switching of phones took longer than expected. The kids were able to eat the bagels while they waited. I would highly recommend this location
