Took my phone in to have the charging port replaced. Left with motherboard issues that caused the phone to reboot every 5 minutes or so. The tech told me it was because my phone is old, but I wasn't having this specific issue prior to bringing my phone in. So after paying $200 for repairs and wasting the better part of a day trying to fix my phone, I ended up buying a replacement. Don't waste your time or money going here. read more

I visited the location on seventh Street and Bell Road. I was assisted by Mike and also Emily, both are friendly and professional. I have an older iPhone and the battery needed to be replaced, which they did. The battery took three hours but that was because they were shortstaffed ,Emily was the only one there at the time. That of course is no fault of their own. so for those of you complaining about somethings taking too long think about businesses that are short staffed don't be so hard on them. I would like to start off by saying that the store manager Brandon provided poor customer service and has made a simple resolution draw out for over 3 additional weeks. I'd like to mention that this made me have to call corporate not once, not twice but three times to only be disconnected on and not called back. If you have a client disconnect during a phone call is it not proper procedure to call them back? The representatives at the tier 1 call center all speak very poor English and did not understand my issue any of the three times I called. From there I went onto the website and submitted multiple forms to discuss my issue with the store location. Here is my issue: my Xbox One was said to have been repaired after needing the software reloaded. I paid for this service and took my device home. I will admit that it is my fault for not checking to see that the device was in fact fixed. Instead it sat in my family room until Christmas Eve when the kids wanted to fire it up to play. This is when we sadly found out that the device was still in fact not working. I called the Tuesday following the holiday weekend and was advised that my 90 day warranty expired during their store closures FOR CHRISTMAS!!!! Here I am almost 3 weeks later and an escalation manager has reached out to me to advise me that I'm SOL. Upper management and senior management has told me that this is not something they can budge on. Are you kidding me right now? Am I being pranked? " I apologize but unfortunately we are not able to extend our warranty past 90 days. The operations team stated that, if we extend the warranty for you, we would have to extend it for all of our customers." I definitely do believe that their should be someone above Jesse that would like to hear how the poor customer service continues to trickle through this company. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received at this company. I brought in three phones to have screen replacements and ended up spending a little over $400. I have use their services for years and never had an issue but this was my first time at this location. The last phone they put the screen on incorrectly, I could tell that it was protruding from where it was supposed to be but was assured that it was done correctly. Upon further inspection I ran my finger along the protruding glass and a crack formed in the middle of my screen. I thought since it had been only a couple days since I got the screen replaced that they would have met me with some sort of understanding, as the crack in the screen was clearly caused by shotty workmanship. However I was told that I had to buy a new screen at a discounted rate of 25% off. During these hard times I don't have extra money to spend another $150 on a screen. I reached out to their corporate offices in hopes to get a refund or at least have somebody help me and I was told the only way to get help was to send my phone in to their corporate office. My phone is the only way I can work and I cannot give it up for a few days in hopes that they will fix it when it seems they made it abundantly clear that they would not be fixing it without additional payment. I don't think I should have to pay for damage caused by lack of care on the technicians part. Had the screen been placed on correctly none of this would've happened and I would've continued to be a loyal customer. However, since I have expressed my concerns with the company I have been met with apathy and basically accusations that I did the damage myself when it is clear the screen was not placed on right, as you can see in the photo. I will never ever recommend this company to another person again. There are a few other companies that do the same thing in the area and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend going a different direction if you have a broken phone screen this place will scam you out of hundreds of dollars and then accuse you of doing damage to your own phone. read more

I spilled hot water on my laptop. Called a few places and was told that they don't fix liquid damaged computers. One of the technicians asked me to try Ubreakifix. So I found this place. Talked to Michael on the phone. He is very helpful and professional. He was able to retrieve all data from the computer for me. But he needed more time to look into the damaged issue. Since I have to leave for CA the next day, I can't leave the laptop with him. My overall experience with Michael is very good. Had a 10 am appointment and had to Wait in line for the other 5 people who had 10 am appointments. Finally got to the counter at 10:45 and was told it would take 24 hours to do a diagnosis on my computer. Two days later I called them and the tech said we're just getting to your computer now, but we don't see any issues, but we'd be glad to sell you a tune up. They don't know what's wrong, but if you pay x, it might help. How do you stay in business with this approach? It was ready then as promised. Good work and fair price. The problem was listening to pitches for their $25/mo protection plan on 3 attempts between dropping it off and picking it up. Let it go guys. Great experience! They can fix a phone that looks irreparable. The only thing they lack on is answering the phone.

The tech I initially spoke too told me that the part I needed would take 3-10 days to arrive and when I did, it would be fixed in 20-30 minutes. He was very clear about that. I initially visited the store on nov 18 and was jerked around repeatedly whenever I called about the part, even being told at one point they had no record of the part being ordered... The part arrived on December 11, more then 3 weeks later, far beyond what I had been told, and when I took it in today I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day... when I reminded them of the many broken promises they told me the best they could do was 5-6 hours. I'm a patient man but when someone makes multiple promises regarding the service they provide, and fails to live up to any of them, I become less patient. I'm already anticipating being told the repair will still take several days longer. If you can use an alternative service, I suggest you do just that. UBreakIFix corporate, you may want to speak to the people who work at this store regarding their over promise and under deliver mentality. You won't get my business ever again. read more

I brought it in and by the end of the day, they had already performed the diagnostic and told me it was ready for pick up! Apparently it was just dirty and needed a quick cleaning. Took them a whole week to "diagnose" my laptop just to tell me what I already knew about it. I told them I needed the screen replaced. They hadn't even touched my laptop until a week later when I called to check up on it. They told me no one has diagnosed it since they were "backed up" so its just been sitting there for a week. But an hour later they call back telling me they got it diagnosed and that it needs a screen replacement . They wanted to charge me $750 so I picked up my laptop and got it repaired for $100 at home after ordering the replacement screen. Ordered the screen on ebay and it got to me in 3 days, took about an hour to fix. So how is a tech repair company going to take nearly 2 weeks to tell me what I already knew and only touch the laptop when I had to call to check up on it instead of quoting me for the repair when I had told them what was wrong with it. read more

THEY STEAL YOUR PARTS !! Didn't do the repair i asked for they had my phone for 20 days also stole my front screen and replaced it with another one that is now pulling up from the middle and sides. This place is trash... stay away from here. I have proof of the damage and proof my screen was changed without me being notified... also i now am seeing that my phone is letting me know there is an unknown part in my phone that is not apple approved. Im even missing the small screws that are located near the charging port & Just letting everyone know be careful.
