I was also promised a $1000 trade-in credit for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After multiple one-hour calls with representatives in different call centers, I was later told I would only receive $800 instead. There seems to be major miscommunication, and I have spent significant time trying to resolve this without success. First they ordered me the wrong phone, then they wouldn't send it back for me and said I had to call customer service. Customer service told me I could take it to ANY AT&T store. I went to another store to see if they would send it back for me, and they said I had to do it at the original store I ordered it from. I was also promised some "holiday bundle" which I never got even though I went into the store several times to ask for it. The salesman just kept telling me to come back when someone else was working... I probably went into this location 4-5 times during this whole fiasco, and the last straw was when I showed up in the middle of the day and the doors were locked and it was closed during regular business hours.
