Walked in, I was immediately greeted by a Miss Crystal who was at the front left helping another guest. She asked me if I wanted to be added to the list and I agreed. I asked about how long (since I have to get back to work) and she said it could be about 15 minutes... because the store had quite a few people Being helped +2 other families. I think I waited about 5 to 10 minutes (maybe 15, I'm not sure, i girl I've tried it like three times it's not picking up on my watch. Thank you. was in my phone lol) and then she walked over to help me. She was very kind, helpful, explanatory, and offered great opinion on me setting up my iPhone. Super sweet young lady and a pleasure to speak with. The reason for my visit is I put in a claim with TMOBILE (Assurant) cause my phone was acting up, and they ended up sending me a new phone, and I needed the SIM card switched out to new phone and the iCloud back up uploaded to the new phone . Also, wanted to mentioned while we waited for my phone to Update, she asked me if it was all right if she went and helped another patron, I said "absolutely, I completely understand" she came back and check on me after about 5 minutes. I really appreciate her asking me, and I also appreciate that instead of her just sitting at the table with me doing nothing, she took it upon herself and took initiative to go help somebody else that was waiting. I think that is amazing cause if I was waiting, I'm sure that would've meant a lot to me as well. Also, wanted to give a little shout out to Liz, she answered my question when Crystal was in the back. My boyfriend and his family all got a new phones through the mail, everyone else's automatically connected to service except his. We took it into this stole and the guy was rude and had absolutely no clue what to do. He reset his entire phone deleting everything, then said "well we merged with AT&T so that's why." And my boyfriend asked "so what do I have to do?" And he just stared blankly back to us and said "well we merged with AT&T" Which doesn't make sense at all lol. Took it to the T-Mobile on Gilbert and main and the lady fixed it in 30 seconds. They are very unprofessional and acted as they didn't care and you are bothering them for being there. Their way of fixing things is call customer service. No customer service here. I have been a TMobile customer for over 35 years and had the worst customer service at this store. Xina, store manager is the one who delivered it which was even more unfortunate. I had to return to the store for a 2nd time in a 2 hour period because Xina did not exchange nor update the new SIM card in the modem I had received during my first visit. When I arrived to a lobby full of people I expected she would have helped me when she was in between guests as I had already been there once that day and experienced a long wait. She briefly approached me and I explained the issue and she told me what I would have to wait. She refused to help me and made me wait in the queue again. I waited about 20 minutes until Xina called my name from the que. when I expressed my frustration with how she made me wait again after I had just spent over two hours trying to install a router that she failed to update the Sim card for. Great Customer Service would have been when she saw me walk through the door she would've tried to help knowing that she had failed me the first time as a customer. Apparently she didn't see it that way and threatened that she would refuse service and walk away. Xina threatened to refuse me service because I complained to her on how she treated me. Honestly I think she pushed me down in the line because I was a no $$$ sale to her and she had better options with the others visiting, my opinion. We've used this store for several years but management's has gone downhill. I'll never use this store again. The manager yesterday was insulting and tried to get mobile customer service in trouble for assisting and refused to accept payment by card for a purchase. The manager called their manager and they stuck to their rigidity proudly and kept saying they were doing it for us. If somebody that worked for me treated my customers that way I'd fire them. I completely understand why the store only has a two star review went in at the beginning of the month to trade in my phone and the representative was very short with me very quiet didn't really do much wasn't personable wasn't helpful and then just kind of left me there by myself most of the time didn't engage in any conversation. Then I go back today to return some thing nowhere on the receipt does it say that I have to have photo ID and a half to have the card that I purchase with an order to return it? I'm on my lunch break. Then I'm asked for my ID and tell him I didn't bring it so he doesn't really talk to me once again the entire interaction bypasses my ID then tells me next time when I come in if I don't bring an ID, no one will assist me . He's about to return the item then asked if I have the debit card I purchased with. I told him no once again I'm on my lunch break. I just ran here, so he declined the refund said I physically have to have that card if I want to even bother getting a refund for this item that I'm returning, but gives me a timeframe that I have a couple more days to still drive out of my way again to bring the product back before I have to pay for it. If I could write the store less than one story, probably would that man it doesn't even seem to want to be at work. He looks miserable. He doesn't care about his customers. I've been a loyal t-mobile customer for almost 10 years so when my last two year contract was up, I knew I would sign another and upgrade my phone. I put off the upgrade for a few months because we were in the midst of planning a cross country move. When we were settled I just happened across this location and decided to go in. I want sure what phone I wanted (my previous upgrade experience was less than stellar and I was expecting to pay a lot) and the girl who was helping me walked me through all my choices. She was patient even when my daughter started asking when we would be done over and over and over. I settled on the galaxy s 2, got it for even less than what the girl thought I was going to have to pay, but I did have to change my plan because the sweet unlimited plan that I was so lucky to hold on to for the past 8 years or so was no longer compatible. Service was fast, staff was friendly, I only knocked down one star because they were lacking in the accessories department. Oh, and this location is great for people watching. In the short amount of time we were in there, I got to witness some interesting interactions. All the other guys who were working never missed a beat. read more

Hard to give more than one star to this location and its practices when they lied to me and when I called them on it, they just lied to me some more. I got my daughter an iPhone 6S and was told the monthly payment would be $20 per month for 24 months, while the lease agreement said it was an 18 month lease with $29 monthly payments. Although the difference was $42, I could never get the store manager and sales rep to admit that I was going to be charged what the lease agreement said. Even when I called T-Mobile and told them the situation, they agreed that I wasn't going to be paying the $20 per month. When I went back to the store, the manager said the corporate office can't keep up with the local promos being done and they were wrong. Unsurprisingly, my monthly payments are $29 per month, and not $20. Bottom line - if the lease agreement says something different than what you are told, just be prepared to pay what you signed for, or leave without signing. read more

I could not be more disappointed, disgusted and downright outraged if I tried. I'm trying to keep my feelings towards T-Mobile themselves separate from this review of this T-Mobile store but they both go hand-in-hand. Absolutely clueless, absolutely disrespectful, absolutely will not tell you the truth, and absolutely do not give a crap about you, your business or their service. To start with, there could not be anything more disrespectful than having somebody speak about you and about your account in front of you in another language. English is the language of America, to speak Spanish in front of me about me is absolutely uncalled for and should not be allowed. I went in to change my account from me no credit check to a credit check, and one of the representatives at the store messed it up and created me a separate account for the credit check account and now the information didn't match the other one that was already set up so my phone has been suspended under a fraud account for over a week and a half now. I keep trying to get this resolved, I keep being told I need to go back down to the T-Mobile store so I go back down to the T-Mobile store and finally as of yesterday the representative is asking me, so what is it that you want to do why do you keep coming down here? Well I don't know how about resolve my account? Do not ever choose to go with T-Mobile if you know what's good for you, because on top of that soon as you stick a Sim card in your phone your phone is now locked to T-Mobile. Which is ridiculous especially when they have your account suspended and refused to fix it. If you choose to disregard that and you must go with T-Mobile, do not go to the store. Went here for some cell phone accessories today. All of the staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The T-mobile representative that helped us specifically was Carlos. I am very impressed with Carlos and how he interacted with us. He was able to answer every question and gave us many options to choose from. Kinda helpful. mostly just wanted to sell me on a plan so he told me to check my credit, and that they use soft inquiries (don't show up on credit reports). that was not the case. It showed up on my credit reports. Maybe he believed that it was a soft inquiry and was not educated correctly. either way, these guys hurt my credit report and score. read more

Then the guy says go to baseline and Stapley store they have it. Hahaha I said, "ok I'm here, do you have the phone?" The guy didn't even know his location then he kinda tried to upgrade me and didn't know shit about the cell. And then he told me why don't you keep your old phone. Told him my cell is 3 years old I would like a new one and if they display a phone that isn't there then they shouldn't put it on display. Stay away from this store! I do like Tmobile overall, they provide great service at a very inexpensive price. Where else can you pay $110.00 dollars plus tax for 5 lines with unl service, text and 500mb internet. Not even Cricket can beat that, not to mention that Cricket is extremely unreliable and their customer service sucks. But enough about that, lets get back to this particular store.
