Nothing on their website says that the showroom is closed to the public, but there are signs on the door that have clearly been there a while, indicating that. When I received the cuff I realized that it was much too bulky for daily wear so I promptly returned it with the logical expectation of a full refund. I was shocked to receive an email from them stating that they do not issue refunds, but store credit instead. This is basically robbery because their refund policy is hidden on their website. When a customer sees "15 day returns" on any website there is the expectation of a full refund. There is jewelry literally all over the place as you can also meet the artist. I originally went in to get a large belt buckle and I was like a kid in a candy shop. I bought the belt buckle. I saw on there website. I will be going back to have a ring made custom make for my hand, but the only problem is there's so many rings to choose from. If I could give Alltribes 10 stars I would! This place is incredible! I'm from out of town but I wanted to get a nice turquoise ring before I headed home. I walked in and was kindly greeted by Scott, who was helpful throughout my whole buying process. I told him I had seen a few of their settings online and he quickly showed me some options available to me. The owner, Richard, then came over and told me I could pick out my own turquoise stone and he would put it in a setting for me for the same price, only $55 (+tax)! Scott helped me decide on a stone and then took me for a quick tour around the shop, while my stone was put in the setting. Their inventory of rings, earrings, belts, cuff links, necklaces, and more was amazing. After about 10 minutes my ring was ready! I was SO excited with the results. This ring is exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to come back again in person when I'm in Arizona next. I might also do some shopping online. The owner/manager showed me around the facility which was fascinating as a crafts person and the sales woman who helped us was just wonderful and friendly. I wish I could call her out by name but I am terrible with remembering these things. My wife and I have visited the shops in old Scottsdale years ago and they were nice but not at all friendly and honestly very pretentious. Our trip to All tribes was just plain FUN! My wife was looking for a ring and they took out every tray and she just tried on rings to her hearts content. Evidently ... I needed a new ring too. They buffed them up before we took them home and I thought everything was reasonably priced. Its not a fancy place and .. it can read a little disheveled but dont let that dissuade you. I lost my Navajo wedding ring about 11 years ago, it was made out of Sterling Silver with coral and turquoise chip inlayed. I met someone that told me she could make me another one but it was made out of Nickel instead of sterling Silver and it turned brownish colored. I finally found my ring on Alltribes website. Ordered a Liquid Silver necklace with 40 strands of beads and a 4" chain and clasp. BEFORE I opened the box I knew it was junk that I purchased for $175.00. It was light as a feather. I know from experience that 40 strands would be a hefty weight because I had one stolen from my home. This is the poorest quality workmanship. There is NO sterling silver hallmark on either cones or clasp. Feels like plastic made in China or not as good as China. TOTAL RIPOFF. I want a refund! NOT a credit!!!!! Alltribes was able to repair two silver rings for me. They were my father's rings, one was his wedding ring, which he had worn for over 30 years. He had to undergo heart surgery and the surgery techs cut them off of his fingers before the surgery. He was upset by this and kept the rings in a biohazard bag from the hospital up until he passed away. I am so glad I found Alltribes to repair them. They are absolutely beautiful! They were delivered to a suite that I did not type in to the order form and does not exist; and the company will not do anything beyond providing a tracking number for me to find the earrings through the USPS. Everything I saw was authentic and I met one Navajo woman, Lenora, who makes jewelry at the location in their workshop area in the back. She made a Cross pendant for my Mom's birthday, it was beautiful. She picked out two sets of stones for me and let me pick which I liked better. While I was there an older couple was selling their old jewelry to the owner, an old squash blossom necklace and some other rings and stuff so I know they have old pawn jewelry for sale too.
