These people are scammers! Recently I've had the responsibility to sell a fair amount of Native American jewelry. About 40 pieces. I called this place thinking I could sell to them and they would give me a honest price on what I have. When talking to the lady on the phone she told me, "don't come here unless you know what you have or we will just offer you a dollar"..... red flag. I do research, but I'm no expect. I arrive and ask for 12k for the lot. This guy looks it over. Doesn't even check the stamps. And goes on to tell me that, "he couldn't sell this all for 1.5k"..... doesn't even counter offer just says it's not even worth 1.5k I laugh, I can tell he's a scammer. He's talking in circles, telling me what I have is trash and then weighing his own piece to show how much it weights and how he gets 200 for this, ugly piece that weight less than what I was showing. I leave and do my research, find an appraiser that works for a museum in Tucson and works for the university there. This is a specialist who has done decades of this type of work. She goes through each piece and she tells me 12k is the lowest end I should sell this collection. One piece alone was appraised at 3.8k.... Worse case, this dude is a scammer. I go to the site and shop and I have a question about what I'm about to buy, call their store and no answer. Leave a message and I get no response. This place is bullshit. Went out there this morning bc business hours indicated they were open. Nothing on their website says that the showroom is closed to the public, but there are signs on the door that have clearly been there a while, indicating that. Someone did come to the door, but only to let in the other person waiting, not me (bc she used to work there...) Rad. When I called to talk to someone she said I could make an appointment, but they don't sell many rings anyway. What shit way to treat a customer. We used to live in Tucson so we had seen Navajo pearl necklaces in Santa Fe. My wife always wanted one so I ordered one from Alltribes webpage for my wife for her birthday. I should have known to not do it by myself. It was not what my wife wanted. Nancy and her team quickly let me send the original necklace back and gave me a credit towards a much larger necklace that they built to my own specifications/measurement. The wife loves it! When I received the cuff I realized that it was much too bulky for daily wear so I promptly returned it with the logical expectation of a full refund. I was shocked to receive an email from them stating that they do not issue refunds, but store credit instead. This is basically robbery because their refund policy is hidden on their website. When a customer sees "15 day returns" on any website there is the expectation of a full refund. There is jewelry literally all over the place as you can also meet the artist. I originally went in to get a large belt buckle and I was like a kid in a candy shop. I bought the belt buckle. I saw on there website. I will be going back to have a ring made custom make for my hand, but the only problem is there's so many rings to choose from. If I could give Alltribes 10 stars I would! This place is incredible! I'm from out of town but I wanted to get a nice turquoise ring before I headed home. I walked in and was kindly greeted by Scott, who was helpful throughout my whole buying process. I told him I had seen a few of their settings online and he quickly showed me some options available to me. The owner, Richard, then came over and told me I could pick out my own turquoise stone and he would put it in a setting for me for the same price, only $55 (+tax)! Scott helped me decide on a stone and then took me for a quick tour around the shop, while my stone was put in the setting. Their inventory of rings, earrings, belts, cuff links, necklaces, and more was amazing. After about 10 minutes my ring was ready! I was SO excited with the results. This ring is exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to come back again in person when I'm in Arizona next. I might also do some shopping online. If you purchase something that does not fit, Alltribes refuses to return your payment to you even if it is not a specially made item. They will only give you a store credit. This information is buried deep in their data. I purchased a $365 bracelet that was too large and too heavy and returned it. They will not refund my paymemt. I lost my Navajo wedding ring about 11 years ago, it was made out of Sterling Silver with coral and turquoise chip inlayed. I met someone that told me she could make me another one but it was made out of Nickel instead of sterling Silver and it turned brownish colored. I finally found my ring on Alltribes website. Ordered a Liquid Silver necklace with 40 strands of beads and a 4" chain and clasp. BEFORE I opened the box I knew it was junk that I purchased for $175.00. It was light as a feather. I know from experience that 40 strands would be a hefty weight because I had one stolen from my home. This is the poorest quality workmanship. There is NO sterling silver hallmark on either cones or clasp. Feels like plastic made in China or not as good as China. TOTAL RIPOFF. I want a refund! NOT a credit!!!!! Alltribes was able to repair two silver rings for me. They were my father's rings, one was his wedding ring, which he had worn for over 30 years. He had to undergo heart surgery and the surgery techs cut them off of his fingers before the surgery. He was upset by this and kept the rings in a biohazard bag from the hospital up until he passed away. I am so glad I found Alltribes to repair them. They are absolutely beautiful! I was shocked at how perfect they turned out, expecting they would always have some kind of scarring from the cuts, but they do not. They look brand new again. They were delivered to a suite that I did not type in to the order form and does not exist; and the company will not do anything beyond providing a tracking number for me to find the earrings through the USPS. They can't tell me if it was signed for and refuse to provide a new set or refund. I've never dealt with a company who would not make a lost order right, very odd. Disappointed for sure and will not use them again. Update: Someone in my building found the earrings and got them to me, so I've updated this review to reflect that.
