I have many pieces of jewelry my husband bought for me from Michael's. I have been satisfied with them until recently. I have a bracelet that wasn't clasping. I was told they tried to repair it. It wasn't ! They didn't want to send it back to the manufacturer. The message from Michael was rude! My wedding ring was purchased there as well. I take it in every 6 months to be checked and cleaned. While on a trip the prong was catching and my diamond felt loose. I had it looked at another custom jewelry store and found out it had all kinds of issues. The channels need to be built back up so I don't loose the diamonds on the side. It needs a new prongs for my main diamond and the shank is cracked. This didn't happen over night and when I brought it in to be checked at Michael's I was never told about anything wrong with my ring. I would tell them that my hair would catch and they didn't say anything. Just to make sure I took it into another custom jewelry store and had it checked and they also confirmed that it has all these issues. The range for repair was from $900. - $1200. It's too bad these problems with my jewelry wasn't taken care of. Any future jewelry purchases will be at another jewelry store. I will using another custom jewelry store for the repairs of my jewelry. They lost my confidence and they lost a customer. read more

I have now been to Michael's Creative Jewelry several times in the last couple of weeks. They have now become my go to jewelry store. Before I went to Shane & Co. I felt they were very overpriced and a bit cold. Michael's has now fixed and cleaned my wedding band. Then after one of our dogs jumped up and broke my wife's necklace they are repairing the broken clasp. Their selection of jewelry is so beautiful. After talking to Dori I let them take my wife's engagement and wedding band to redesign. I feel very comfortable letting the do the work and consult me in updating these rings. My pendant came off of the necklace. I was looking around on fixing my jewelry. I wasn't sure which jewelry store to go. I came across with Michael's creative jewelry. I really need it so bad to fix the pendant chain before NYE 2023. It was promised on later NYE. I was a bit sad. I got a called from them that it was fixed. It made me happy and amazed. I previously went to the Ahwatukee store and had an awesome experience, but was happy to see they also have another location a little closer to where I live (Chandler/Gilbert area). I went in yesterday for a few things and as always had another amazing experience. Eric is so fantastic, so knowledgeable, honest, fair and helpful! After my mom passed away I needed help sorting through her jewelry and getting it appraised. I called Michael's and spoke with Eric, who told me he could help. I went into the store and Eric was very helpful and kind. He weeded out the costume jewelry and appraised what was left, explaining the values as he went. I would highly recommend this store if you need help with an appraisal. They also have some very nice jewelry for sale, and if I am ever in the market, they won a customer for life today. read more

I went in today to see about getting my watch fixed (just needed a new band) and my grandmother's necklace that she left to me, fixed. I went in and was greeted by Eric with a huge smile and a super friendly personality. Not only did he replace my band right there, he buffed the face of it (it's a vintage watch, so has quite a bit of wear on it). The watch looked brand new when he was finished. He took my grandmother's necklace and gave me a really great price to fix it. I'll be going back for sure for other repairs and purchases. read more
