Staff was very friendly when I go there, got me taken care of quickly instead of having to wait awhile. Said it would take 2 weeks to have the necklace ready to go, but it actually only took a week. When I came in for pickup, the gentleman who helped me the previous week was there and remembered my last name without me even saying anything which I found impressive. The new silk strand after repair is strung in such a way that there is now a knot between each pearl to keep the pearls from all falling out if a break ever happened again, and it looks really nice! I had some rings resized and repaired. These rings hold a lot of sentimental value and when we met with Danielle, she could see how anxious I was about leaving my jewelry for repair. My fiancé and I got engaged in December of 2021. Yay! But unfortunately what we didn't realize was the original ring was in a tension setting and we were not told of the downs of having one. I am a dog groomer so I use my hands quite a bit. One day one of the side diamonds came loose and I was so upset. From the moment my fiance (now husband) walked into Christopher Diamonds to look for an engagement ring, to the second we both left with my wedding band, the entire experience was incredible. Adam went in there with an image of what ring he wanted. They told him they could customize that ring and they did. They even added MORE to the ring than what the picture showed and made it exactly how he wanted it to be for me. They even sat down and took time to show him different quality types of diamonds. When we both went in, before our wedding, to look at what they could do for us for the wedding band, I was curious about the actual sizes for thickness of the band. I asked for samples of 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm rings to see the difference. The guy helping us asked for my ring to look at the thickness to compare and realized that it was 2mm, instead of 1.5mm, like we wanted. He apologized that we were told my ring was 1.5mm, when it really wasn't. He then said they would start making the proper engagement ring for no additional cost since it was their mistake. They started to make another ring for me right away, and a couple weeks before our wedding, I just went in and traded my old engagement ring for my new one and they just swapped the diamond into the new ring. I was truly blown away and so thankful that they did this and never made me go without a ring! I have the most amazing, custom made, engagement ring and wedding band because of Christopher Diamonds. They were affordable to our budget and provided remarkable customer service. We are so thrilled and couldn't be more thankful. This was intended to be the center stone of my "upgrade" ring. I knew I wanted a custom ring, but wasn't sure where to go. Several friends had highly recommended Christopher, but I thought I would probably end up with one of the big name, high-end jewelers for my project.
