I scheduled an appointment online, and they responded right away saying I can come in whenever. I came in around 12-1 pm on Monday and was greeted by such welcoming staff. I got a watch resized and had the battery replaced. The whole process took about 20-30 minutes and Cole, (the birthday boy) did a great job in ensuring my watch was the right size, and ensured my needs were met. In the meantime, I had talked with Lauren at the front and had a great time!! The staff here are truly so welcoming and helpful. They ensured the process went as smoothly as possible and ensured all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend checking this place out for any Jewelry needs! read more

Capri Jewelers offers some of the most professional experience. They are all so welcoming, and I agree if you contact them online, response is almost immediate. I just purchased for the 4th time today, and no matter how big or small, or how expensive the items are, they treat everyone the same. I 1000% recommend them as a business and your next jewelry purchase should definitely be with them. Thank you for everything read more

They got back to me right away and are making things right! They were super transparent about what happened and are redoing the ring with longer prongs so it'll be more secure this time. read more

I had been to Capri Jewelers a few times, looking for engagement rings and wedding bands. The store is clean with an array of designer brands. On my last visit I was specifically looking for a Tacori or Verragio wedding band. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, which has been true of all my visits to this establishment. I was able to take advantage of their bridal show and snag an extra discount on my wedding band. The store is conveniently located near the Men's Warehouse in Tempe Marketplace. read more

This jewelry store recently moved into Tempe Marketplace, and I'm so glad I checked it out. Everyone working there was extremely kind to me and my young daughter, even though we were a mess and clearly not in the market to buy jewelry that day. I had my wedding ring cleaned there, and they also checked the housing. No other place had ever done that in my presence, so I appreciated the extra info. read more

10 stars if I could!! Delilah was super helpful (and patient) as I took time to decide what wedding band I wanted. I went in not really knowing what I wanted because I love so many rings! I really just wanted to try on some other styles and get a better picture of what fit me. I went back and forth on some and ended up coming back a week later. To my pleasant surprise, Delilah! She (again) was very patient and helpful as I ended up with the ring that caught my eye to begin with! I had to come back due to resizing, but it was super quick. I went on Saturday (they're closed Sunday) and had my ring back by Monday! Even Nahui was super kind and hyped me up with the ring I chose. Thank you Delilah and Nahui for being so kind and helpful for such an important decision! :) read more

One year ago today my now husband proposed to me. Happiest day ever. As we all know the ring must be perfect something that you can wear and look at everyday. My husband was so into researching and looking at multiple company's what styles and what they offer. Capri Jewelers was one of many jewelry stores in the valley. But what made them special was that they are a family own business and they can make whatever your heart desires. They have so many options in bridal to choose from, Forevermark Diamonds Verragio Tacori Danhov Michael M Capri collection And the most beautiful line A.Jaffe Bridal collection. Yes yes I chose an A.Jaffe ring. Our sales associate was the owner Faraz and the Diamond specialist Steve smith. But everyone was beyond nice and helpful. They were not pushy as other sales man. Not here they helped me from day one to place my order and make few changes I wanted to make. They also helped me find my center stone, which I love. The process was smooth and easy. After our engagement we stopped back and look at the men's rings. Guess what they had the perfect ring for my husband and we bought it with in few days. They offer so much more so make sure to stop by. We've bought everything from here. Watches, earrings, bracelets. Everything and had our jewelry cleaned as much as we want for free. Capri Jewelers thank you for being the best Jewelry store and making our dream rings. read more

I want to be a returning customer but they just won't let me. I bought a diamond ring with matching band here and I loved it. That was two years ago. Now I want to upgrade my diamond and of course I want to come back to them for an upgrade. I came the first time and they told me the owner isn't here so they can't show me their loose diamonds. Ok, fine. They told me that they will call me and let me know when loose diamonds are ready. Ok, fine, again. I waited two weeks for them to call but nothing. I called in and asked them if they have loose diamonds available for me to see. They said yes. So I came, and they only had two loose diamonds for me to view. I told them more specifically what I wanted to purchase and they (same people) told me that they will order the loose diamonds and call me and let me know. Over 2 months later...still no calls. Capri Jewelers, do you even want to make money?? Thanks for no customer service. read more

Nope. Unprofessional. Quoted +$1k for a plain 10k band that costs under $400. Just lol. The girl talked to her manger then handed me a piece of paper from the garbage where she scribbled a number. Go to a reputable place with a proper letterhead format quotation and research prices prior to entering this place. read more

After stopping at 2 other "discount" jewelry stores, we found Capri jewelers inside of the Az Mills Mall. The jewelry is so pretty that I thought for sure their prices would be outrageous. But this was not the case! Not only did we find a beautiful, quality, diamond ring at a very reasonable price, but the owner literally kept his store open for an additional 15 minutes after closing so they could size our ring that day! There is a master jeweler onsite that can take care of almost anything. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to ask about our wedding plans. We really enjoyed the ring shopping experience at Capri. Thanks everyone!! read more

One year ago I proposed to my now wife and I have Capri Jewelers to thank for the perfect ring! After looking through countless amounts of rings, the a. Jaffe bridal collection stood out to me. It is a beautiful yellow gold ring with a vine of diamond wrapping around the center Stone, stunning design. The moment I took it out of my pocket and proposed on a hot air balloon ride, my now wife and everyone in attendance were in awe of such a beautiful ring. When it was timed to find a ring for me, we knew exactly where to go, Capri Jewelers. Thanks again to everyone from Faraz and family and specially steve, he did an amazing job and is my go to guy. read more

Capri Jewelers left me so disappointed. Their prices are so overrated; Therefore defending the No return policy. The employees there are of no help. I wouldn't even bother asking for the manager because he did not even try to accommodate to my situation. I recommend doing all the research possible for whatever jewelry you are looking to get before even coming near this place. I will not be returning nor recommending Capri Jewelers to any friends or family. read more

The link wristband needed to be adjusted on a watch my girlfriend received as a Christmas gift. This store was quite busy on the day after Christmas. Never the less, we were greeted promptly and courteously. The wristband had to be adjusted three times in order to get the fit just right, which was accomplished quickly. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes for a flat fee of $10 and were completely satisfied with the service. read more

Great experience. If you go ask for Eric. I recently bought a wedding band on sale. However, I was accidentally charged full price instead of the sale price. As I was walking back to my car I receive a call from Eric telling me that they had over charged me. Since I was coming back the next to get a ring modified I asked them to just add it towards the ring modifications, and they did. They're level of honest was very much appreciated and they have earned my continued patronage. read more

Don't spend money with these guys. You spend thousands, buy a warranty, and if you don't keep that original warranty paper, AND drive to ghetto Arizona mills mall to have them sign it every six months, they keep your money and won't help you with anything that happens to your jewelry! At first I was over the moon and happy with them. They had a location inside Chandler mall. I spent a lot of money on jewelry directly with the owner and purchased warranties. I bought my wife's platinum tacori engagement ring, my white gold wedding band, two diamond white gold wedding bands for my wife, a tacori ring for my mother in law, and a tacori necklace for my mother. All with warranties, and it's like you are dead to them the minute the transaction goes through. We actually drove 96 miles to purchase from them specifically. A year goes by and we take the jewelry in for cleaning and we're still happy. Shortly after that, a diamond falls out of the wedding band. I called them and learned that they closed the Chandler mall location and only operate out of mills mall. I finally get up the nerve to go down there, knowing all of the stories on the news about the shootings that take place there and request a cleaning and a replacement wedding band diamond under warranty. The lady that works there claims that the warranty is void because I didn't have the original warranty paper and didn't come in every 6 months to have it signed. No one ever told me that this was a requirement... not when I purchased the jewelry, and not when I came in for the maintenance. They told me I would have to pay for the replacement and offered to give me a quote. I asked to speak with the owner. They reluctantly let me know that he would be into the store today at 2pm and that they would call me when they ask him what to do. Hours went by and I had to keep calling in and explaining what was happening with the jewelry I had checked in to them. At about 6:30p they called back stating that they will not honor the warranty we paid for and i would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have the ring fixed and cleaned. On top of that, I don't even think they know what I purchased from them. They act like this is my fault like I would actually spend that much money on jewelry and intentionally blow the warranty by not following the requirements. I don't even understand why they would have this paper/warranty/signature system anyway. As with the responses from the company shown in the other one star reviews, I feel like there is no shame, and they are quick to point the finger at the customer for not jumping through their hoops. It reflects exactly how you will feel if you spend money with them. They don't even try to make things right. If you want Tacori, go to Robbins brothers. read more

I planned on visitting plenty of Jewelry stores in Arizona when I was shopoing for a ring for my Fiancee. Capri Jewelers at the AZ Mills Mall was my first store and it ended up being my last store because Faraz and the staff here provided amazing service. Faraz took the time to listen to what kind of ring I wanted and not only did he get the ring I wanted, he got me a ring that was better than what I wanted at a reasonable price. The ring came on time and my Fiancee, Family Members, and friends were all speechless at how beautiful the ring looked. Thank you Faraz for all your help and I highly encourage anyone out there that's shopping for a ring to give Capri Jewelers at the AZ Mills Mall a chance. You won't regret it! read more

Steve was nothing but professional. I came in feeling pretty defeated and frustrated, asked him specifically what I wanted and he showed it to me. No gimmicks or funny business. I have a thin neck, so I need the chain shortened and they can do it in shop! Prices were WAY better than Kay and Zales and quite frankly customer service was impeccable. Steve is also redoing the rhodium plating on my rings before my big day next week for a fraction of Kay. I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs from here on out. Very very happy random person, now loyal customer. Thanks Steve for becoming my jeweler! read more

After our wedding my husband and I decided my ring needed another band. Given our positive experience with Capri Jewelers, we chose to purchase the second diamond band there. John H. And Tina at the Chandler Mall helped us design a diamond band and had a 'we can give you what you both desire' attitude when we gave them our request. Today we picked up our wedding ring and we haven't stopped admiring the stunning effect of the second diamond band. I don't think I shall ever tire of its exquisite beauty and the love it represents. Thank you again John and Tina for making this a memorable and positive experience. We appreciate your professional and personable service. Richard and Katherine read more

Outstanding job I wish there were more stars to give! My husband also bought a citizen watch we ordered through these guys. At no fault of theirs we had to wait a little bit longer than we expected, but Betsy an extremely nice representative, called us well in advance and apologized profusely for the extra time we would have to wait. Again this was totally out of her hands, and we understood this. She knew exactly who we were when we walked in to pick up the watch. I ended up getting three rings resized, polished and a stone replaced in one of them.... All done in a timely fashion! Great, great customer service! read more

Poor communication with customers regarding cancellation/refund/return policies. I ordered a chain around 2pm, cancelled the order the same day, only to have a salesman tell me that although the order is cancelled, they will not refund my down payment of $80. The original salesman did not provide a copy of the terms and conditions of purchase and didn't bother to mention anything about the cancellation/refund/return policies. I did feel pressured to complete the sale, even though they wouldn't guarantee delivery prior to Christmas, knowing this was to be a gift. The owner wouldn't speak to me on the phone, but told the salesman on the phone that he would not refund my money. Then I was told to call back the next day and talk to the original salesman to have him handle my problem. Very poor customer service. Deceptive sales practices in my opinion. read more

I wasn't even intending on buying any jewelry when I came to the mall. This guy Michael had such a great personality, I couldn't help but just hear him out. I've done sales before, so I really admire the skill of the trade. He showed me this necklace that was extremely beautiful and was actually within my budget. He asked if I had a girlfriend, told him yes. We haven't been together for too long, so I didn't want to buy a ring and freak her out. He assured me necklaces don't send the wrong message, so it wouldn't hurt to buy her one to show her how much she means to me. I'm now super excited to see her again, so I can give it to her. I wasn't even somewhat expecting this to happen, but with Michael's help. I got the right one to express my feelings. She will be super flattered. Thanks a lot Michael. You're the man. read more

My fiancé purchased our engagement ring from Capri a few years ago. We absolutely love the ring it's gorgeous! I was devastated when I discovered one of the little diamonds had fallen out. After a misplaced warranty I took my ring to Capri to fix it. Despite the fact that I could not prove my lifetime warranty at that moment Steve still helped me out anyway. He fixed my ring for free and I left very happy that day!! The next time I went back to Capri I was lucky enough to see their manager Betsy. She reinstated my warranty! The staff there is an absolute delight everyone is very helpful and very charming! read more

Went in and ordered my husbands wedding band after I think Betsy helped us. She told us his 10k band would be there the next day around 2 PM she then called me a couple hours later to let me know it had arrived and is ready to be picked up upon arrival we were informed that they delivered a 14 carat ring and I would be charged the same price. I must say I was not disappointed to have a nicer ring for the same price. Along with a lifetime guarantee of cleaning for his ring. I give this place a 5 star review read more

Thanks for exchanging my fiances ring! Very friendly employees and great service. Thank you!

I just wanted to acknowledge Steve Smith for helping create my wedding band! My fiance ordered a Verragio engagement ring through Capri which I absolutely love. We're now shopping for our wedding bands, but are trying to cut some costs and not order the designer wedding band for the over 2k price tag. He quickly found a wedding band that matches the band diamonds on my engagement ring and even had their on site jeweler add rose gold accents to match my engagement ring perfectly! Could not be more happy! He also resized my engagement ring all for the cost of the wedding band alone (and he didnt try to up charge me with the rose gold add ons!). Great to do business with him! Thanks again! read more
