Forever Diamonds Jewelers - My repaired item - Jewelry Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

We have never sold any jewelry but after years of some family jewelry sitting in a box, and not being worn, I decided there was only one place I would consider taking it to. Rusty at Forever Diamonds spent time with me and understood the sentimental value the things I had. He gave a very fair price for everything. I left knowing these heirlooms were in the right hands. Thanks, Rusty!! read more

Forever Diamonds Jewelers - Beautiful ring done by Rusty - Jewelry Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I have gone to FOREVER Diamonds a few times. The personnel there are very professional. They checked my jewelry thoroughly and made suggestions to keep my rings in pristine shape. The people are trustworthy with repairs that I had on three rings. I would highly recommend them. read more

I have lucky enough to come here 2 x's now. I can only say good about this store. Rusty helped me the first time. He was so kind as to explain everything to me about gold and silver. More than i ever knew before. They have beautiful high quality items that are new, and they also have some wonderful Vintage pieces as well. Very unique pieces that you would have a hard time to find anywhere else. The thing i really like the most here is you do not feel pushed, you are treated very nicely weather you are there to buy or sell. Lots of parking in the lot as well. It is located in a large shopping center so it is easy to find. I feel they are very fair and honest and you won't feel cheated. So isn't that the best part of all. read more

I brought my wedding ring for repair of a minor stone and prongs tightening. I googled the place before I went saw that it was family owned and had been around for years. I was instantly greeted shown impeccable customer service, I had a few watches needing batteries and a clasp adjustment this was finished within the "blink of an eye"...The store manager faxed my information/estimate to my insurance as well, talk about a "keeper" in my book! The store manager was polite, store was clean, orderly and the diamonds shiny they have jewelry for just about any occasion. I will be upgrading to another wedding ring this year as well! My go to jewelry shop has been overturned by Forever Diamonds I shall look forward to many purchases and cleanings ect,. with them!!!!! Thank U As for price range i am giving it 4 $ because money is no object when you are dealing with fine jewelry in a classy establishment and with a personal caring touch! Although, i did not see any pricing outlandish..if you want a 2 or 3$ then go to a "pawn-shop" :-) it is up to what YOU are looking as for pricing. If you are on a "budget" they can definitely help you there as well, if you are looking for mid price same, now if you are looking for the "almighty-rock" I am sure they got you there too! Enjoy!!!! read more

My husband and I went to them to see about having a small diamond reset into a necklace. We walked in and was helped right away. I showed picture of what I wanted from their website. Carolyn said they didn't have it in stock but said she would get it in for us. The diamond was smaller than recommended but they could work with it. Now in about 14 days I will have a beautiful diamond pendant. Picked up the pendant today, it is absolutely breathtaking ! I highly recommend this family jeweler and their staff! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Forever Diamonds! My husband purchased my custom engagement ring here in March. Rusty created such a positive impression that we went back in November to look for wedding bands. At other jewelry stores I have always felt this sense of pressure from the person helping me, but I did not feel that way at all here. They cleaned my engagement ring for free while we browsed and I found the most gorgeous Orange Blossom wedding band. We like to support local family owned businesses, but this place is truly special. You are welcomed as soon as you enter the store and all of the staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We won't ever go anywhere else! read more

Forever Diamonds did a great job soldering my wife's wedding band to her engagement ring. They were able to fit me in their schedule the same day I called and got it back to me in a couple hours, which was really important to her. And, they did the work did a very reasonable price. It was more than just a simple transaction -- I could tell that they truly wanted to earn my business as a lifelong customer. read more

This is from the perspective of a customer who brought in a piece of jewelry to see how much the store would offer for it. The piece in question had been professionally appraised by a certified gemologist. It took him almost 30 minutes to complete the appraisal. I brought the appraisal with me as it showed the clarity and cut of the diamond. The lady who looked at the piece did not even bother to check it out. Neither did she present any credentials as to her qualifications to appraise jewelry. She took a few minutes to evaluate the ring and offered 7.65% of replacement value!! Not all diamonds are created equal, far from it. Will never recommend this place to anyone and if anything advise against it. Who knows if you are really getting what you pay for. read more

* Knowledgable, quality, friendly & overall fantastic customer service! * Fair trade in value. * In house jewelers * I'll be back! After going to different local jewelers for an appraisal on some items I wanted to sell & an estimate for getting my wedding ring diamonds replaced (and feeling taken advantage of) I found Forever Diamonds on Yelp :) I got a MUCH better offer on my appraisal. SOLD. The end. read more

Extremely pleased with the service me and my fiancé received at forever diamonds! I had her ring custom made and it turned out beautifully! We went back and got my ring there as well and once again was flawless. The owner always offered to clean my fiancés ring every time we went in. It's those little things that amaze me! We will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

A friend of mine recommended that I check out Forever Diamonds when I was shopping for an engagement ring. I have been in there a handful of times, a few for engagement rings and again looking for wedding bands. Each time, the staff has been very friendly, helpful and patient. My wedding band came in with some imperfections that couldn't be fixed. A new band had to be ordered and they took the old one and ordered a new one, no questions asked. Second one was perfect. I will definitely be back for future jewelry needs. A+ customer service! read more

We have had a great experience here every time! From picking out an engagement ring and wedding bands, to replacing watch batteries, to engraving in rings. Always excellent customer service and never any push to buy! They make jewelry shopping relaxing and fun! We will continue to use this local business for all our jewelry needs! read more

Every experience I've had here has been fantastic. Every employee I've talked to has been helpful and kind. Regardless of your budget or knowledge, you will be helped with patience and professionalism. I received a lot of help from a woman named Courtney who was so sweet, patient and helpful. She was knowledge, personable and had such a calm energy that made the process so easy. There was no pressure to buy or make any commitments. read more

My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band as a set here almost 5 years ago. The quality is great and they are fair and honest. We still receive the greatest customer service even if we're just popping in to have my rings cleaned and not buying a thing. I have since purchased a watch from here and again, a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, family run jeweler! read more

I have to say that I have been extremely pleased with both price and customer service. This is a family run shop and they are both friendly and willing to help. I had a ring sized and they did a great job and less then the quote I received from another jewelry shop. I just had a necklace repair and they were quick and gave me options. They are diffently my go to for repairs. read more

My husband worked with the jeweler here to create a custom engagement ring. It's perfect and I love it! The customer service has always been exceptional! Even 6 years later, whenever I go to get my ring cleaned, she asks about my husband by name! I don't even have to remind her who we are, she just remembers. We love this store and will continue doing business with them for all of our jewelry needs! And we recommend them to anyone looking for quality stuff. 5 stars forever! read more

Went here for a change of wedding rings for a 20+ Anniversary. Rusty and Courtney were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to custom make a beautiful new set using the diamond from my engagement ring. They spent a lot of time going through things with us and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this family owned store for selling old jewelry, having new pieces made or purchasing new pieces. read more

I have to completely agree with the other reviewers, everyone who works here is great! I had some jewelry that I needed to get a quote for and found them online with great reviews. So..I gave them a try. Rusty helped us and was very personable and very knowledgeable. While I was waiting for my quote, I found a charm I wanted to purchase. Their prices are very reasonable. Rusty also beautifully gift wrapped it for me. I was so impressed. I had gone to a few other jewelers in the area and was very disappointed in not only their service but also their products. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are in the need of a great jeweler, give Forever Diamond and Rusty a try. I highly doubt your be disappointed. read more

Truly as good as it gets when it comes to jewelry! From trading in your old stuff to custom pieces (and everything in between), Rusty and his no-pressure staff will go the extra mile to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. I have been working with them on all my jewelry needs (a few trades, a custom piece), for a couple of years now, and they are always consistent in their service and products. This review is way past due! I hope everyone reads it and checks them out! read more

I'm on the fence about this jeweler. Although they did a good job replacing a missing onyx stone in a ring. I found their ring sizing price to be terribly high compared to 4 other jewelers I called. Like 3-4 times more expensive - not even close. You would think because I was already having work done on a ring and rhodium plated that they would maybe charge $50 to be sized and keep a customer. I was sizing up which I know is more than making smaller, but still, this was ridiculous. Fortunately I knew a bit about jewelry and knew that was a rip off. I ended up paying $35 to have my 8mm band sized with white gold and another $35 to be rhodium plated over the - it looks great. Forever Diamond wanted to charge me $159!!!!! I already had the rhodium plating included in my other part of the job. They did do a nice job on my ring and it was I felt reasonable to moderately high priced. I should have price shopped the whole job. But the ring sizing was off the chart. I recommend shopping around for that for sure. Don't let them talk in circles around you to make you feel your dumb as that is what the lady did to me. read more

I compared the price they'd pay for a vintage diamond ring with 4 other jewelers. They were the BEST, and friendly, sincere and deserved the referral that I got to go to them from my cousin. read more

I had an incredible experience after making the decision to sell some gold & silver jewelry. First went to Cash for Gold, received an estimate, but did not have a warm fuzzy feeling so I decided to explore the options. I saw a small ad in the Chandler Republic for Forever Diamonds Jewelers. I took the same items to them. I found a real Jewelery Store, with merchandise, and staff, not some kid that had been trained. I received an estimate that was more than DOUBLE, then the other place. I quickly accepted the offer & was given cash right out of the register. They did require ID, to assure that I was not a thief. I returned the next day with more jewelery, some of which I thought was junk. They sorted it out and gave me another very good estimate. If I were to being the the market to purchase gold or diamonds, I would definitely shop with them, exclusively. It is wonderful to feel that you are dealing with honest people. read more
