I had an amazing experience with Quintero Jewelry. I came in for a ring resize. The price was less than half the price of other jewelers in the area. The nice man told me it would be a little while for their jeweler to get to it which was totally fine, but I didn't think ahead to clarify that I needed it by the next week because I had a vacation planned and knew my boyfriend would be proposing with this family heirloom ring. The day before we left for our trip I called in a panic hoping it was done. It wasn't quite finished yet, but the nice lady on the phone could hear my disappointment and offered to call their jeweler and ask if there was any way that he could complete the job by the end of the day. She called back shortly after and said he would get it done even if it was slightly after they closed and that she would stay open until the ring was ready for me to pick up. I was so incredibly grateful for this service. I will be back in the future! And yes, we are now engaged! :) read more

Great service and quickly repaired 3 watch batteries on the spot! Nice selection of watches in the store too. I'll be back!

Don't know who the attendee was. But very rude . Ask questions in Spanish and she anwer in English, like she was above others. Chains are over priced and outdated. Got a chain in Costco with the same specs for $700.00 less !!!!. Nada Bueno. read more

Replaced watch battery, but broke off a second hand on a chronograph watch. Cost $60 to have fixed at another shop.

Great little Mom and Pop store for jewelry and minor watch repair/batteries. Nice people.

I needed my watch battery replaced. The gentleman took my watch, went right to work, and replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. The charge was $10. Go to Quintero Jewelry and support small businesses. Urbano & Teresa are the absolute sweetest and due to the pandemic they are hurting. They have been around since 2003 so they know what they are doing. As soon as I walked in he took the watch and got right to work. Less than 10 mins later and he was done! Battery replaced, pressure tested, and everything. I was expecting the bill to come to about 40 dollars but my jaw dropped to the ground when they said $10. I was in disbelief that I almost got scammed for 5x as much at the place Fast and Fix place at the Chandler mall. I will be coming here for all my jewelry and watch needs and will be recommending to my family and friends. read more

The other 5 star reviews are right on the money and so was my experience at Quintero's. We received fast friendly service for watch battery replacements at a great price. It is a small mom and pop shop without the hassle of parking, walking, and waiting. They have a nice of assortment of jewelry with religious items that can be difficult to find. The shop cannot be seen from the street. They are in the far corner of the strip mall that has BK on the corner. My next mission is jewelry repair so I'll be going back. read more

I stopped by during my lunch break as I needed two new watches sized and a battery replaced. Small, family business that is super friendly and charges more than reasonable prices! I had 3 Movado watches that needed batteries. I called several places and got quotes as high as $65 for each battery. Some places wouldn't even consider the work since they were Movados. I did a Yelp search and found Quintero Jewelry a few miles from my home. They quoted me $10 each! I had them do the work. I asked if there was a special battery for my watches and they said no...watch batteries are watch batteries. I am grateful to have found this great business and wonderful owners. I will be sending them all the business I can. read more

I needed a watch battery replacement for my Michael Kors watch and they replaced it for $10. Quick fast and easy. The Chandler Fashion Center Mall Michael Kors store and the Watch repair in the Mall both wanted over $60 to change the battery. Great service, reasonable prices and the ability to think outside the box. They might not be in the best location, but they out shined their fancier competition with stellar service. I had two items repaired here in early Oct '14. One was a simple fix on a necklace with a broken link. Only charged $6 to repair that. The other was a ceramic fashion watch (Anne Klein brand). One of the ceramic links had broken. Unable to find a replacement online I had taken it to the original store of purchase, a high end watch store and a couple of jewelry stores to have it repaired or get the band replaced. None of those places were able to offer me any assistance. I brought it to Quintero on a whim and they were able to find a workable solution to make the watch usable again by thinking outside the box on the repair. It looks exactly the same. Oh, and they only charged me $5 for the fix. I'm grateful that problem solvers still exist in every business. I highly recommend Quintero for jewelry repair! read more
