I'm not one to ever right review but theses guys deserve some kudos for sure! I was in need of a new charger port (or so I thought) and started messaging stores about my problem. Most came back with short remakes saying I was most likely gonna need a new port and battery so I was looking at the 200 ball park range to fix my phone. Cellairis was the only store that listened to my problem and had great costumer service! Went in today to have a nice guy look at it, (sorry man forgot your name but shout out to you!) he listened to me patiently then proceeded to pull out ball after ball of lint. Jessica at Cellairis was extremely helpful. I made an appointment to be the first customer. Before I could fully mention what I was there for, she was already opening her hands to take a look at my phone. She already had an idea where to check. (I had issues with using the charge port, lighting cable kept falling out.) I tried toothpicks, old toothbrushes and got hardly anything out. I took a phone in for a simple repair to the Gilbert location (in Walmart). The back glass was cracked. The phone was fully functional it just had a crack in the glass. When they returned the phone it looked fine. I took it home (it is my sons phone). The front screen had been replaced and the Face ID no longer worked. They refused to fix it and said I had signed paperwork releasing them from liability. They claimed that I accepted it and that it had broken when I took it home. I didn't check the Face ID because it's not my phone and didn't notice the screen was inferior to the original screen. They never told me that they replaced the screen. They never said a word. That's not very ethical. They should have given a full report on what was done and why. They we could have examined it together. Beware. read more

** Update** regional manager is helping to get the phone fixed, he seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. - One week after the replacement of the back of Samsung s22 Ultra, It got water on it and now will not turn on. I took it back to Cellairis and showed the phone to Paul, he stated it should of been water proof. After drying it out it still will not turn on. Zero stars. I brought my iPad for battery replacement. It worked well until cellaris got it. Now, two weeks later, i now have a.broken iPad that won't work at all. I'm getting tech double talk regarding the failure. I had to pay for the battery in advance. Don't bring your iPad here for repair. They have no idea what they are doing. Tech guys are impossible to talk to. They are not easy to find. THE REST OF THE STORY: So to resolve the issue, I was given another iPad device. The apps which ran well on my original iPad do not load or run due to iOS incompatibility. I'm talking about basic apps like Facebook, Gmail, Office, DejaOffice, etc. Totally useless to me now. What is the solution? Buy a new one? Ha. read more

Great service, fast and reasonable. I had called U break I fx a few months ago, didn't like the price to replace my ipad screen, they said it could be more once they open it up. So I looked around to buy a new Ipad, just kept using it with a cracked screen. I was at walmart couple months later and they said they had the screen in stock, quoted me a much better price and said they could repair it in 24 hours. I went to one of their locations and they were closed during their post to business hours. Below is a transcript of the email I sent to their national and how they resolve my problem....not. Me: I came to your location at 4505 E. McKellips Rd, Mesa, AZ at 10, which is when it was suppose to open per hours posted. I waited until 10:27 and no one showed up. I have to now drive to the next closest location, which is 11 miles away. This is an unacceptable business practice, when I am a paying customer. In the past few months I've been here twice and both times have been amazing. I haven't had to make an appointment either time, the employees were very friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing (I am usually very critical of customer service so I was impressed by the two employees who helped me on these separate occasions!). The price for the service is well worth it, as I'm able to drop my phone off without waiting or without an appointment, do my quick grocery shopping, and pick it up on the way out. So easy! Pretty disappointed by the service here and won't be returning. I came here to replace the glass on my iPhone. The guy helping me also said it included a screen protector and advised that if I had that on the screen wouldn't break (I've never broken a screen prior to this and to my luck have now done it twice in just a couple months). I dropped my phone the second time and my phone was shattered. I peeled off the "screen protector" and yep, glass shattered. After talking to a coworker he said that they usually have a warrantee. I called and talked to someone that sounded, well, incompetent. He claimed he couldn't find me in the system. I told him I went there and he checked again, and voila he found me (probably because he didn't look the first time). He said I didn't have any warrantee and they couldn't do anything. They have no idea nor care about customer service or the customer experience. So now I need to find a new place. Suggestions anyone? read more

My daughter cracked the screen on her LG phone and after checking here, it was not very expensive to get the screen replaced, so I decided to go ahead. Her phone apparently has a hard to get screen and I was told it would be in within a few days. A week later, the screen was still not available, but that was because his vendor sent him the wrong model, which is obviously not his fault. He got the right screen and installed it. However, when my daughter got her phone back, the external speaker no longer worked. This means no alarms, no ring tone, no text alert, no watching videos or listening to music without headphones. I took the phone back at the same time as I brought my son's phone for a battery install. He said he could fix the problem, and we left both phones with him. A couple hours later, when we came back, a different guy was manning the booth and said the problem was fixed. Well, it wasn't. Her external speaker still doesn't work. At that point I gave up. It sucks that her phone doesn't have full functionality, but either they aren't interested in fixing the problem they caused, or they don't know how, neither of which is good. As a bonus, my son discovered that his headphone jack no longer works after this place opened up his phone to change the battery. It's clear to me that they don't know how to work on these devices without damaging something in the process. Definitely not recommended. read more

Hat's off to CELLAIRIS and moreso to NORM YANEZ! Going back a few months my HP Pavilion wasn't a happy camper and the repair shop I would have taken it to had moved. On a shopping trip to WalMart, saw the CELLAIRIS sign and stopped by and chatted with Mr. Yanez... I did that a time or two and my assessment was...here's an honorable man!! He proved himself admirably! The repairs were done and the cost was well below what I anticipated...and the machine is chugging along better for having been taken under Norm's professional care. Having proven himself beyond a doubt... I then brought in an older HTC and once again Norm performed magic! The smartphone is up and running properly and once again costs were extremely fair!! My phone had a broken charging port and I was afraid I was going to have to get a new phone ... made a call to see if they could help before I drove over. Kyle was helpful and friendly over the phone and assured me he had the part and could fix the phone. I'm paranoid about leaving my phone with strangers, so was happy that he could work on it right there while I watched. What a joke of a place! First of all its in a Walmart so there's that. Secondly I showed up at 10:02 and the employee literally got there 1 minute before me to open the store which is listed to be 10:00 am. The gates were still down and I stood there with the hopes he would hurry and acknowledge me. He didn't and proceeded to take his time. Mind you I left work specifically to get there right when it opened so I could hope to be in and out so I could get back to work. WASTE OF TIME, run don't walk away from this place. Went to get my phone screen and charging port fixed. I had no other problems with my phone.Came home and had a ton of ghost touching going on.I would touch my phone and it wouldn't even respond. Or it would click something else. My phone did not do this before I brought it to Cellairis.I took it back and they supposedly fixed it, took it home same thing was happening. Called them, and asked for a refund because I don't have time to keep bringing it back, and they said to bring it back again, try to fix it again, and if that didn't work they would give me a refund. Took it back a again, the manager Paul supposedly fixed it this second time and said he actually put a 50 dollar more expensive screen on it, which was not true, because my phone tempered glass was still on the screen from last time, with the same exact air bubbles. So that was a big lie. Took it home and it was even worse with the ghost touching. Just took it back today for a refund, and they had to put my old cracked screen back on it. So now I have a messed up ghost touching phone now. So I've been there in all 4 times. Wasted gas, time, and now I have a broken phone, that Hardly touches, can barely swipe to answer a phone call, and a broken screen, and they took my screen protector that I had just bought and put on! First they said it could have been a pinched wire or a faulty screen they put on, now They said it's something going on with my phone not the screen, but my phone was not acting like this until they started messing with it. I would first like to state my previous experiences were good. I am unsure if the poor customer service is due to new ownership or that I just received better service at the now closed Signal Butt location. I originally went in to have the glass replaced on my IPad mini and purchased their 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed product warranty for both my IPad mini and IPhone 6. Additionally I purchased the then stated required Cellairis cases for my phone and tablet as if I came in to have them repaired they would not be covered under warranty. All of these things I did not mind purchasing due to my phone and tablet being the most expensive asset beside my car I use daily and thought it was a good deal. So much so I even recommended the warranty to my friend who also purchased the warranty and cases for both his phone and IPad. I had to go back in and have the protector replaced on my phone at the original store where I purchased the warranty and again had a pleasant experience. However, the most recent experiences have failed to be satisfactory nor tolerable. I would be writing a book if I were to detail everything in this review, as I stood in there store for 2.5 hrs the first time and another wasted estimated 3+ hrs the second time. From the moment I walked in I felt as if their main intent was to find validation to void my warranty. They were unable to find my iPhone identification and showed little to no effort in attempting to find it. I was told it wasn't the same phone which was not true. While trying to point the finger at me it was brought to light that the person I recommended and who bought the warranty was under my account and would have never been able to find his account had I not pointed it out. Again they continued to find excuses to not honor my purchased warranty. Since this is a review and not a letter to the corporate office I will simply say if you are shopping for a warranty or if you are contemplating purchasing one or having a screen protector placed on your phone I would recommend you continue looking for a reputable company. The protector itself is good, however on the second visit, the employee failed to install it correctly after two attempts and refused to replace it. Somehow again my iPad mini was the issue. Not true. He also installed my case incorrectly which only damaged the protective cover at the corners. I was at a loss as to what I could do further and even wanted to call the police due to them continuing to lie to me and trying to charge me for something I had already paid for the first time the glass was replaced incorrectly and caused my phone to quit working. They attempted to charge me again. Due to my frustration, I had to get the Walmart Store manager as a witness simply because I was completely at my wits end as to what to do. They provided me the worst service I have ever received despite the area manager attempting to convey he was being nice by replacing my iPhone glass, which was installed incorrectly and yet was charged. A service that should have been provided without wasting several hours of my time. I am curious if the employees get a commission for their sales therefor are encouraged to not honor the warranty. I shop by reviews, and hope this deters future customers the grief, wasted time and disgust I walked away with. read more

I broke an iPhone 6 screen. took it to them to have it replaced. while it was being replaced I went and bought an iphone6s plus. picked the 6 up and it looked good. took it home put it in a drawer. just pulled it out yesterday to realize there glue failed and the screen was not sitting in the actual phone!!!! I take it to them. they said since it is a month out of there warranty they wont fix it. you could see the dust on the phone. broke my6splus and they wanted almost 300 bones to fix it.... batteries and bulbs is 169. Cellairis doesn't back there workmanship and they are way over priced. read more

I searched Yelp for nearby, quality repair places and decided to give Cellairis a chance. I was pleasantly surprised to be quickly greeted, given a repair price and time estimate by Jessica. She allowed me to watch her repair the phone and even answered all of my questions. Since she was alone, she divided her time well, by taking other customers and still finishing my repair at the promised time. She was professional and made a good repair. Took my iPad in because of a cracked screen. Worst experience I've ever had. On the first repair attempt, they got the glass replaced but the home button and power buttons were intermittent. When I showed it to the manager, he just mashed down extra hard on the home button to get it to work. At this point I just assumed the home button was l little sticky and would eventually free up. I took it back and was told later that "someone" had cut the power cable when they removed the screen, then folded it over incorrectly when they re-assembled it. I took it back 5 more times because the screen kept popping out of the frame. The last time I went back, I asked the manager for a full refund. He told me that he would have to take the glass back. Are you kidding me! You wasted days and days of my valuable time, charged me 129.00, and you were never able to fix it. WORTHLESS! Do not take your iPad to these idiots.
