First yelp review ever. I walked in today just looking to buy a lighting IPHONE charger. The associate that "assisted" me kindly took me over and grabbed a USB-C charger. I calmly said no "lightning iPhone charger" He then asked "buddy do you even understand what I'm saying?" I said yes I need that one and I point to the lightning iPhone charger. And went to grab it and he pushed my hand away from grabbing it and said again. " buddy do you understand what I'm telling you this is a lightning charger." I said no sir I need the iPhone lightning THAT is a usbc. Wasn't even worth the money at that point. I went to the smoke shop right next to it got exactly what I asked for and had great customer service. Funny that that Verizon has an employee that sells the phones and devices to help with mobile phones and can't even differentiate the difference between the major two chargers. I'd leave a zero if I could and I can't even believe I typed this out I'm actually laughing out loud. You get the one star for laughing at your employee's incompetence. Don't do Verizon. Have a great day to whoever reads this ! You get one star because I got a good chuckle out of the experience.

Needed. Lost mine a year ago. Having 2 phones with a single charging cable since... what was I even doing with my life??

It would get so hot that my phone would not charge, and it would be extremely laggy. my screen would go static for a second and then go back to normal. That happened like multiple times a day. I called him and told him what's going on and I was told to come in and get a refund. When I come in he tried to say that I need to give back the TRASH screen and then I would get my money back. (He wanted to reuse it on someone else to scam someone else) He wanted me to leave the shop with no screen. Tf. After some talking, I got my refund. A couple days later my phone fell of my couch. And completely broke my screen. I went to Apple today to fix it and it was only $350. Moral of the story, don't go to these places. They don't put an original Apple OLED screen on. They did an off brand aftermarket screen without telling you. They are cheap and they scam you. Their screens break easy so you will come back and spend more. Just go to Apple or actual stores. Not these stipid scam places. Save your time and money. Ps the screen I got at Apple is so different. It's skinnier and you can tell it's the real deal

Jasmine who helped me yesterday was hands-down one of the best customer service professionals I've encountered especially in this industry. Sheknowledgeable, calm, funny, and incredibly sharp. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt scripted, and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold" anything. Instead, I felt like someone was actually on my side, helping me make the right decision. She explained everything clearly, anticipated questions before I even asked them, and handled a situation that could have been frustrating with total professionalism and grace. On top of that, her personality made the whole interaction enjoyable, Jasmine was the kind of person who makes you think, "This is how customer service should be." What really stood out is that she treated me like a human being, not an account number. That's rare these days. She listened, she cared, and she absolutely knew her stuff. Then manager came in about 10 mins later followed by another employee. Manager lacks customer service aparently because he told one of the employees to tell me I had to leave that I can't charge my phone and no one can be in the store without buying something . I've never had any issue if I needed to charge my phone at an att store before . Especially since I've had service with them for so long . Mind you absolutely no one was in the store . Not a single customer besides me . It's been dead since I walked in and it's been 30 mins.

So here we are Wed and he just text me to tell me he got the parts but my appt has been assigned to another technician and my new appt date is 5/15th. I've taken 2 days off work now and they are asking for me to take another one and who knows if they will even show up.. I try to call customer service what do you know I can't get through. SCHOCKER! Rates less than one star. We had CM Wireless install DISH TV over a year ago and even though it…read morehas not worked as promised, we have tolerated the lesser inconveniences. But two months ago, the Dish Joey, in an upstairs room, stopped working 90% of the time. No Joey=no active TV. CM techs have come to our home multiple times. We are on our 3rd Hopper because as one tech said, "It's not unusual to have multiple Hoppers that are defective." With each replaced Hopper goes the 100+ recorded shows (which means starting over again). Ironically, even though our complaint is the Dish Joey, no tech has ever checked it because "it has to be the Hopper downstairs." I have written to the CEO of Dish but most likely we will be forced to leave Dish by paying the penalty fee for the remaining months of our contract as CM Wireless tech and their managers scratch their heads or someone there decides "Maybe we need to check the Dish Joey upstairs." Very frustrating response from CM Wireless.
