You know he turns the lights on proceeds to walk the flags out to the road and I understand that it was still 10 minutes before the store opened. However it is now 10 minutes after 10:00 a.m. which is the store opening So I look to the right of me to see if he's coming up the sidewalk and then I look to the left and he's coming out of the Dollar general store with the bag of stuff and the stores to open at 10:00 am. And I have been here twice already to have my phone fixed and never had an issue the store opened on time He seen me parked in front of the store when he parked and walked up but regardless if he didn't know if I was going to the store or just waiting in the parking lot the point being there's a 10:00 a.m. opening time 10 minutes after 10 11 minutes after 10:00 he comes out of the Dollar general and the store is not open yet.
