I can't believe the experience I had at this place! My iPhone XR (very old phone) was on the verge…read moreof being dead, charging port was over utilized and just plain worn out. The battery life, at full charge, was 68%. I was looking for a miracle. I drive for a living and my phone is my lifeline for my job. I walk in and immediately was welcomed and I explained my dilemma. The owner (Saleim, sorry if I misspelled it) was so understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do to fix it. In about 1/2 hour he had everything fixed except the power port. He explained the issue and that he didn't have that exact part in this store but he had another store just 3 miles down the road and could fix it immediately there. I was able to pay for everything at this location (which was great) and headed to the other store. Within 1 1/2 I had a brand new phone! This establishment may look like a 'hole in the wall' but those, in my experience, are the best! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Turned a bad customer experience into a great one! Took my phone in to replace the glass. When I…read moregot it back the speaker volume was so low I had to use my Airpods to use the phone. Couldn't hear out of the speaker at all. I took it back and the guy who replaced the glass couldn't figure it out. He siad he put in a new speaker and the volume was still very low. He told me to come back the next day and talk to a manager/owner. If they couldn't fix it, I was going to ask for a partial refund or possibly do a chargeback on my CC. I went back and the manager replaced the speaker and and didn't charge me a penny. Not sure what he did to get it working but now it works great now. Thank you for taking care of the customer!
