We called multiple stores to get an evaluation on fixing an old model iPad screen that was just…read moreshattered and the iPad was completely filling functions. We were clearly stated multiple times it would cost no less than $140. So just from the start, we knew the price did not seem right when we came to the end of the payment. We were also charged an another $30 or $40 on top of $155 for a protector screen (which we never asked for) that is normally $8 or Amazon. Airj was still able to fix the iPad Air gen 1 which we are thankful for, but I think there was a misunderstanding and clarification on the prices. Which could've been better. In conclusion, this is not a place we will recommend others to go here. This review will be shared out through all socials because it is very important that the customers understands what they are charged for and also not overcharged.

The finger print scanner wouldn't work, the face scanner was about 40% and I couldn't remember the passwords. I called a local place that was close. They gave a very high fee, told me it would take about 2.5 hours and couldn't be done for 2 days. Then I called these people. Told me about 20 minutes and said they worked on more than iPhones. It was about 8 miles away, but I said great. I drove down, and they were very friendly. Told me it would take about 20 minutes, the glass would be the same as the original, not an after market product, and would have a 90 day warranty. Best part, a cost that was about half of the 1st place. I told them to go ahead. They replaced the screen, even repaired the broken charger port which I hadn't asked about (and they didn't charge me.) Also cleaned the power switch at no charge. Next day, my screen was just filled with what looked like static. I thought something was shorting out. I called and spoke to Sam, the owner. He told me to bring it down. I did, and of course I couldn't get it to happen again. I left, got about 2 blocks, and there it was again. I turned around and went back. Sam looked at it, then said he was just going to replace the whole phone.... no charge! No, not a used phone, the same make and model I had, just a different color, which I didn't care about. Could have had the same color next day. How can you not like service like that. On top of everything, they were friendly, easy to talk to, didn't get upset when they had to stay a little later because I got lost, or when I came back the next day. I know where I will go for other problems, how about you? Oh, they also work on computers, and other devices also. Stop by and say hi to Sam and his staff. You will be glad you did. Plenty of parking also.

I took…read moremy iPhone 17 Pro to get the screen replaced first red flag was but he couldn't tell me how much the price was until he already worked on the phone . But anyways, I decided to stay and give it a try after he was done replacing the screen. He had told me he has two different type of strains one is cheap and other is premium or whatever. I was down to spend extra money to get the premium, but he said he didn't have it in stock and will take him an hour. Anyone that has a busy schedule and that just needs their phone replaced would have done what I did and just take the cheaper one so I could go get my kids and do what I need to. After three days of having it the screen was already coming off so I decided to call and told him what was going on and immediately got blamed for dropping it or breaking it and couldn't even get a chance to talk because the owner is so rude. After trying to explain over the phone, what was going on with my phone and him being extremely rude and saying that he doesn't do any warranties or anything like that for the phone. And I tried to explain that the phone is not broken and that it just needs to be installed correctly. Then the owner decided to get extremely butt hurt because I criticize this work for being half done and then he got extremely rude anyways flashback to going to the store to get it replaced because I don't have another hundred dollars to pay just because someone doesn't know how to put a replacement phone. I go there and I still get blamed for doing something that I didn't do and owner is very upset that I criticized his half done work after further examination he said that the reason it was coming off is because he didn't install the glue right, even though he admitted to not having a clue right bro, still wants to be mad that I said that his work is half done so after being in his shop, literally screaming at each other because he has no manners and doesn't want to let anyone talk replace it and when I inspect the phone, a lot of glue residue and just a crappy job. After my horrible experience, I got offered a free screen protector, but didn't want him to install because I don't know if he's capable of doing something so hard I would stay away from this shop pelenty phone repaid that will treat you right and do a great job not half done

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)
