I first went to a T-Mobile at a different location with issues with my 90 yr old mother's phone. Without looking at it to see if there was anything that could be done they said they couldn't help. Next we made an appointment with the Apple Store. Let me just say they're not geniuses there. So then we came to this location and spoke with a young lady named Cheyenne(sp). She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location. read more

They were blaring music when I walked in and not paying attention to the customers one of the floor workers was pretending to be busy while I stood there and waited for service. Finally, somebody approached me, asked if they could help me and then put me on a waiting list when She could've clearly helped out so I left. there's other locations that do better and I know this location can do better. read more

The wait time is horrible, we paid our phone off on the app and ordered a new one. No one has attended us for over an hour.

Horrible experience. Full of scammers. Was helped by Jose. Added a new line to my account and they claimed I could trade in my phone within 30 days to get new phone for free. When I went back to trade in old phone they claimed that was false information. Why in the world would I make up that lie. Now I'm stuck with an additional line, overpaying, and very unsatisfied. Why would I switch from verizon paying 100$ to Tmobile now paying 200$ + makes absolutely no sense. This Tmobile is clearly full of commission Based scammers. Never returning to this terrible location. read more

Can't answer a fucking phone call Ive tried calling them over 6 times still no one picks up

Great Speedy Service. Walked in, 1 person in front and called up in less than a minute. read more

I'd like to commend Aurora and Cheyenne for the excellent customer service they provided me. When arriving I was stressed out due to my daughter's phone not turning on. I was given the runaround for a whole week calling customer care and 2 more locations. I should have started here to begin with. I truly appreciate the above and beyond support I was given. Truly grateful. read more

Made the switch because I got tired of paying 450 for a phone bill. Thank you adam!!!

I came in wanting an upgrade from my 2nd gen iPhone SE to an iPhone 11 and it was literally one of the most painless processes I've ever gone through when dealing with phones. from first walking in to leaving the store, it's a legit night and day difference with the customer service that I received here compared to other stores. read more

I had to return to TMobile at10030 W McDowell Rd as I was having problems with my 200 Nord phone. Sammie was there to help me. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a Samsung phone instead. Sammie went over and above to get it all straightened out and the new phone set up . She was awesome! This is the best TMobile location for knowledgeable and courteous customer care. Thank you, Sammie read more

Please go to another location since I won't go into detail because it's a very long story. If necessary, travel to Goodyear. Customer service is not the priority at this T-Mobile store. When they want to sell something, they are quick to call customer service. They refused to make the call when I explained that I was having issues with Aussurant's and T-Mobile customer support. This is the fourth negative experience with this site. Management didn't care...Mr. Lucas. If I could give customer service a zero star rating, I would. Please make your purchases somewhere else. I will be reaching out to corporate and if you have issues with location I strongly suggest you do the same. read more

They opened my nephews phone and removed the sim card then returned the phone without it and now we are getting a run around from them and the assistant manager is being a punk about it and if i could this store would get negative stars from me read more

My roommate and I made a decision to go look at Apple Watches and we were lucky enough to receive Matthew! He was such an awesome worker and so patient with us. we had some difficulties hence it was my first time trying to do all this without my parents, and he was so helpful through it all. Such a positive guy!! Definitely recommend him if you're going to stop at this location. read more

Worst carrier ever, they steal from you, dont help at all. I highly recommend you reconsider if planning to switch to them. I called them in Feb to discontinue services and they left them on to continue charging me and wasnt aware until 2 months later. Called 2 different times and they still didnt cancel my services. Zero integrity read more

Alex is very rude. He wanted nothing to do with helping me and acted as if I was bothering him. When I asked him why he was being so rude to me, he told me I was being a jerk and he didn't have to put up with me. I asked for the manager and he told me that he was the manager read more

I walked into this T-Mobile store by my work during my lunch hour yesterday to add a line to my contract and apparently 4 out of the 5 employees there were also heading out to lunch. I stood in the space where I thought the line would normally be for at least 5-7 minutes while employees went in and out of the back storage area, logged on and off of computer stations at service desk and answered phones and not one said 'welcome to T-mobile we'll be right with you' or offerd to 'help in just a few minutes'...nothing! I got bored of standing while being ingonerd, so I walked around the store for a bit. I noticed they have a poorly labeld second desk at the entrance of the store where one of their employees came out of the back room and logged into that station, I gave her a few stares while I was at one of their demo stations to see if she would maybe offer to help and again nothing. I walked out of there after about 15 minutes of zero acknowledgement or even a sign of service. read more

This place is usually my go to T-mobile store but excuse my language i dont know if this place is dumb, stupid or slow. I came in to pay my phone and get a new privacy screen protector, they didn't have any in stock so they gave me a protector for a completely different phone and told me I would get the right one in the mail in 7 days. It's 12/13/2022 so I came in and let them know the situation also added she didn't charge me because she is giving me a protector for a different phone. They blankly say " oh well that was her fault and I can't exchange it because you would have to buy it" THEN WHY THE FUCK are you guys giving out screen protectors for incorrect phones? Why am I having to be stuck with a protector that doesn't fit and can't exchange it because that's YOUR guys fault. Lmao it's pathetic anyways Verizon does sound great right about now, I rather be overcharged for quality then be stuck with whatever T-Mobile has in store. On top of that the guys wanna flirt in between my legs experience is this tinder or T-Mobile I'm confused. read more

Blanca made a mess with my account. She added services I did not need and straight up lied to me.Customer service was horrible on her part. However Go with Luis he is absolutely the best. Blanca gave me horrible customers service and added services I didn't need but this guy fixed it all. He is awesome ask for him! read more

Will not ever be my first choice of a location to solve any tmobile issues. I just needed another phone for my absent minded son that decided to wash his. The manager and employees didn't even try to help with the purchase of a new phone. When I finally found a new phone I was informed I had to pay extra for buying it in store. So at the end of the day it is better to go online to get a cheaper product without employees that hate their jobs. Would be better to close the brick and mortar and just keep everything online for tmobile anyway. read more

When I usually go there I have a good experience exept when this associate Tommy helps me. It feels like he wants you out of there like he does not what to help you. I usually go with Edgar but he was not there today. But I'm gonna start going somewhere else because it is getting annoying that you walk in there and he helps you with a bad attitude. I thought it was just maybe once him having a bad day but no it keeps happening read more

Oh my gosh! Let me start by saying THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS T-MOBILE!!! Especially Jaime! We visited this location the day after Christmas to just ask a few questions and get my sons I phone figured out. We were all a little crabby from our previous visit to another T-MOBILE store. We were promptly greeted with smiles and willingness to help with anything. I was truly amazed and satisfied with the entire experience. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for turning the day around! read more

Adam has the best customer service! He helped us, answered every question we had! Thank you T-Mobile Avondale!! You guys are the best!!!

Went in yesterday evening around 5pm to buy temporary SIM cards for family visiting for the holidays and had the best customer service experience! The Manager , who I worked with, is an exemplary role model and leader for his team. He is professional, courteous, and very approachable. He listens to what you need and will suggest different options that might fit your short term and long term needs. I'll definitely be returning to this branch for my family's phone upgrades in the near future! read more

Chris Perry is the best ever!!! He deserves a raise! He is always helpful to me and my family when it comes to our phone plan!!

Had a couple good experiences, some not so good experiences but the over all mood of the place is too busy for you. I feel like everytime I could have been served sooner but I do get good service each time, today I met Cody, Jesse, and another gentleman and was assisted right away with an explanation, installation, and purchase of phone accessories. Couldn't recommend this store enough read more

I've come to this place with problems over problems and they have been great. Josh, is awesome at what he does and got things done quick. Sales rep Tommy is horrible. Acted the whole time like he had better things to do than help us. He yawned while looking up availability of a phone we wanted, and was on his own personal cell phone the entire time we weren't asking him questions. The lady who greeted us was nice and prompt, which is the only reason why this place gets the second star. Having worked in sales/customer service myself, I can recognize when someone doesn't care about their job. Beware when shopping here. read more

Overall this location has friendly people but the wait is way to long. I went in for some service and I had to wait an hour and a half just be told I had a over priced paper weight because my phone may not be able to be fixed. There would be a $250.00 deductible and I would receive a loaner phone that was way under par. I was told I should never of paid my phones off. I went to T-mobile because I wanted a S6 my plan was to pay off the phones and have them unlocked (which I did) only to have another prolonged issue of getting the phones unlocked. After getting the phones unlocked I still was unable to use the phones on another network. I had T-mobile service from March to the end of April and the cellular service is terrible there are constant dropped calls and dead zones if you attempt to stream anything you may as well just give up because it will not work. The combination of the s6 phone being crappy and the terrible signal from T-mobile has made it where I will not return to T-mobile for any service in the future. I finally ended up trading my two unlocked T-mobile s6 phones in for s7 phones through Verizon It was the best decision I could of ever made better phone and way better cellular service, no dropped calls, able to stream things without waiting for it to buffer and, I can receive all my text messages. I have only had my phone for a little under a week and the service at Verizon surpasses the service I had with T-mobile for 3 months. read more

This is the worst place ever. It is always crowded and the wait time is ridiculous. All of the staff are fucking idiots.
