I first went to a T-Mobile at a different location with issues with my 90 yr old mother's phone. Without looking at it to see if there was anything that could be done they said they couldn't help. Next we made an appointment with the Apple Store. Let me just say they're not geniuses there. So then we came to this location and spoke with a young lady named Cheyenne(sp). She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location. read more

They were blaring music when I walked in and not paying attention to the customers one of the floor workers was pretending to be busy while I stood there and waited for service. Finally, somebody approached me, asked if they could help me and then put me on a waiting list when She could've clearly helped out so I left. there's other locations that do better and I know this location can do better. read more

Horrible experience. Full of scammers. Was helped by Jose. Added a new line to my account and they claimed I could trade in my phone within 30 days to get new phone for free. When I went back to trade in old phone they claimed that was false information. Why in the world would I make up that lie. Now I'm stuck with an additional line, overpaying, and very unsatisfied. Why would I switch from verizon paying 100$ to Tmobile now paying 200$ + makes absolutely no sense. This Tmobile is clearly full of commission Based scammers. Please go to another location since I won't go into detail because it's a very long story. If necessary, travel to Goodyear. Customer service is not the priority at this T-Mobile store. When they want to sell something, they are quick to call customer service. They refused to make the call when I explained that I was having issues with Aussurant's and T-Mobile customer support. This is the fourth negative experience with this site. Management didn't care...Mr. Lucas. If I could give customer service a zero star rating, I would. Please make your purchases somewhere else. T-Mobile in general is the worst I ever dealt with Trying to switch from Verizon I was misinformed totally about the hot spot 6/27 Tried to cancel or get a better deal I was on the phone 6/30 with their customer care in Philippine for 1:15 minutes no resolution or any supervisor to contact me call the store on Dysart and Vanburn per Steve even I go to the store still can not help 7/1 I spoke to online their customer care who have no knowledge about canceling a service which still have not used Rejected there delivery iPhone 7/1 and spoke to customer care manager who she manged to cancel my order yet on 7/5 I recieved email I was charged for the Simms cards which never recieved nor a service that I have and was canceled 7/6 I were I'll be going in person to their stores to get a copy of the cancelation including why I charged. read more

I came in to pay my phone and get a new privacy screen protector, they didn't have any in stock so they gave me a protector for a completely different phone and told me I would get the right one in the mail in 7 days. It's 12/13/2022 so I came in and let them know the situation also added she didn't charge me because she is giving me a protector for a different phone. I walked into this T-Mobile store by my work during my lunch hour yesterday to add a line to my contract and apparently 4 out of the 5 employees there were also heading out to lunch. I stood in the space where I thought the line would normally be for at least 5-7 minutes while employees went in and out of the back storage area, logged on and off of computer stations at service desk and answered phones and not one said 'welcome to T-mobile we'll be right with you' or offerd to 'help in just a few minutes'...nothing! I got bored of standing while being ingonerd, so I walked around the store for a bit. I noticed they have a poorly labeld second desk at the entrance of the store where one of their employees came out of the back room and logged into that station, I gave her a few stares while I was at one of their demo stations to see if she would maybe offer to help and again nothing. I walked out of there after about 15 minutes of zero acknowledgement or even a sign of service. read more

The manager and employees didn't even try to help with the purchase of a new phone. When I finally found a new phone I was informed I had to pay extra for buying it in store. So at the end of the day it is better to go online to get a cheaper product without employees that hate their jobs. Overall this location has friendly people but the wait is way to long. I went in for some service and I had to wait an hour and a half just be told I had a over priced paper weight because my phone may not be able to be fixed. There would be a $250.00 deductible and I would receive a loaner phone that was way under par. I was told I should never of paid my phones off. I went to T-mobile because I wanted a S6 my plan was to pay off the phones and have them unlocked (which I did) only to have another prolonged issue of getting the phones unlocked. After getting the phones unlocked I still was unable to use the phones on another network. I had T-mobile service from March to the end of April and the cellular service is terrible there are constant dropped calls and dead zones if you attempt to stream anything you may as well just give up because it will not work. The combination of the s6 phone being crappy and the terrible signal from T-mobile has made it where I will not return to T-mobile for any service in the future. I finally ended up trading my two unlocked T-mobile s6 phones in for s7 phones through Verizon It was the best decision I could of ever made better phone and way better cellular service, no dropped calls, able to stream things without waiting for it to buffer and, I can receive all my text messages. I have only had my phone for a little under a week and the service at Verizon surpasses the service I had with T-mobile for 3 months. read more
