Later that evening upon pick up I realized how pixelated my screen was. Needless to say I reached out to a store associate there stating that they never seen this issue before ... claiming maybe the issue was because they used a aftermarket screen replacement instead of the official Apple phone screen. Then I asked for them to fix the issue they claimed there was nothing they can do . Bad business and $250 down the drain . Almost want to report them .

I scheduled the appointment for the update and new screen protector. I got a call the week of the appointment, wanting to discuss the time of the one I selected. I chose Christmas Eve Day, from like 2-5 or something like that. I ended up going a few days earlier since they assured me it would not take the full time slot. It also turned out they are not Verizon but are located near them. They are a small store; they have some phone cases and signs. I waited for someone to come from the back and then we got to talking about my phone's issues. This appointment was not for that- but I was there so what the heck. They said it would not take long, so I went and ate nearby. I came back, and they then informed me there was an app, I think McAfee that was preventing them from doing their job. I told them they could delete it- then they asked if they could delete other apps if needed to do the service. It turned out my phone was okay, but they thought there was a virus & they suggested a full reset. I did that a few days later. The issue I was having is resolved.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Poor Repairs and Even Worse Customer Service…read moreI would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering using this location for a repair. My laptop was taken in for repair, and the technician installed or ordered the wrong part. I specifically made it clear that I did not want to be held responsible for any damage to a part that was incorrect, especially since the part technically belongs to the company and is not something I want or need. For two weeks, I went without my laptop while they waited for a part to arrive. During that entire time, no one ever called me to provide a meaningful follow-up or update. I ultimately had to reach out to the company myself. When I spoke with Stan, instead of taking responsibility for what went wrong, he repeatedly told me that the situation was my fault because I left the laptop there for two weeks. That completely ignores the root cause: if the technician had ordered or installed the correct part in the first place, none of this would have happened. I was also told that I could simply come pick up the laptop and use it whenever I wanted. Yet somehow I was still being blamed for not having a working laptop for two weeks. That logic is unacceptable. Stan also told me he could not issue a refund or start the correct repair that day. What he could do, apparently, was begin the reversal of the existing repair so that I could pursue a refund. That raises an obvious question: if he has the ability to reverse the repair, why can't he address the actual problem and make the situation right? The customer service during the call was just as disappointing as the repair itself. Stan repeatedly talked over me, insisted that I was wrong, and continued trying to place the blame on me rather than acknowledging the company's role in creating the situation. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company takes responsibility and resolves them. In this case, I saw neither accountability nor a genuine effort to make things right. If you're looking for a repair shop, I would seriously recommend taking your business somewhere else. Based on my experience, the staff are not on the same page, communication is poor, the repair was mishandled, and customer service appears to be the last priority.

Jasmine who helped me yesterday was hands-down one of the best customer service professionals I've encountered especially in this industry. Sheknowledgeable, calm, funny, and incredibly sharp. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt scripted, and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold" anything. Instead, I felt like someone was actually on my side, helping me make the right decision. She explained everything clearly, anticipated questions before I even asked them, and handled a situation that could have been frustrating with total professionalism and grace. On top of that, her personality made the whole interaction enjoyable, Jasmine was the kind of person who makes you think, "This is how customer service should be." What really stood out is that she treated me like a human being, not an account number. That's rare these days. She listened, she cared, and she absolutely knew her stuff.
